- meher (10/5): - I would like to thank the hotel for the wonderful experience. Special thanks to Mr. Walid for the warm reception — he was very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting during the Zamna period. Mr. Walid can also arrange a car to take you to the party and bring you back, which was very convenient. I would also like to thank Mr. Youssef, the hotel’s driver. He is very kind, and we had a great journey together in Fayoum. Overall, it was a great stay, and I truly recommend this hotel.

- Anthony (10/5): - L'emplacement de l'hôtel a quelques minutes en voiture des pyramides. Nous avions la chambre familiale deluxe qui était propre et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner de grande qualité, à volonté et varié chaque jour sur la terrasse face aux pyramides. Possibilité de dîner le soir sur la terrasse car l'hôtel fait restauration. L'amabilité du personnel que ce soit à l'accueil où bien au niveau de la restauration. Un grand merci à Mustapha au niveau restaurant qui est aux petits soins pour les clients. RAS

Aussi nous avons eu un excellent tour organisé avec Youssef Elkomy, visite aux pyramides, visite du nouveau musée, bazaar et une bonne sélection d’adresses pour déjeuner basées sur nos souhaits. Très disponible, très amical et super gentil avec nos enfants. Un grand merci !

- Louise (6/5): Decent hotel if you’re on a budget and don’t need to stay connected - The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Mustafa. Good view of the pyramids and really nice breakfast. The WiFi doesn’t work so we had to buy more data for our eSims. There was a sewage smell sometimes in the rooms and corridors. The shower water was cold, even after turning on the boiler 30 mins in advance.

- Silvana (9/5): Good accommodation with a view of the pyramids - This apartment is located not too far from the pyramids, yet offers a good view of them. The advantage is that you'll be in a quieter area than the surroundings of the pyramids. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast had slight variations, which is rare in Egypt. Comfortable room with a balcony that offered a view of the pyramids, internet worked well. Our toilet seat was broken, which gave us a bad impression when we arrived, and when we mentioned it to them, it seemed like it was normal. The Egyptian way of looking at things is truly different. The cleanliness wasn't good on the first day either; we requested a cleaning, and that was resolved. We used ride-hailing apps to get from our accommodation to the attractions, and I must confess it wasn't easy; many drivers wouldn't accept our ride requests. I recommend you persist with the app and avoid paying extra fees.

They have a roof top terrace with a lovely view during the day and night. Having breakfast at the rooftop was amazing overlooking the pyramids. The staff were exceptional, really nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect throughout our stay. As we’re a family we booked 3 rooms which also overlooked the pyramids, couldn’t have asked for better views. The rooms had all the essentials that were needed for an overnight stay. Would 100% recommend to stay here.

- Mohamed (5/5): المكان كان جميلًا جدًا، ولكن للأسف هذه الفتاة أفسدت علينا رحلتنا تمامًا. لحسن الحظ، كان هناك موظف في - أكثر ما أعجبني هو التراس الجميل الذي يطل على منظر رائوالمطعم. كما أن طاقم المطعم كان ودودًا جدًا ويعامل النزلاء بابتسامة واحترام. أما بالنسبة لما لم يعجبني، فكانت التجربة مع موظفة الاستقبال سيئة جدًا. كانت هذه الفتاة فظة للغاية وتعاملت معنا بطريقة غير محترمة أبدًا. لقد جاءت تطرق باب غرفتنا وطلبت منا مغادرة الفندق فورًا، بسبب حادث وقع في اليوم السابق ولم يكن لنا أي ذنب فيه. تصرفها كان سيئًا جدًا وغير لائق، كما أنها لا تملك أي ذوق في التعامل مع النزلاء. أنصح إدارة الفندق بشدة بالاستغناء عن هذه الموظفة في أسرع وقت، لأنها تسيء إلى سمعة المكان وتؤثر سلبًا على تجربة الزوار.

They always try to find what we want. I even asked for things outside the place and they brought them to me. I thank them very much because they are always the best.
