• Cherie (7/5): - Great location, and plenty of space. Easy to access the property. We had a problem with mosquitos, despite having all doors and windows closed we were all bitten during the night.
• Irina (8/5): If you are travel by train with big family and need several bedrooms with bathrooms it is a perfect choice with very goo - 5 minutes from railway station, 15 minutes to the center, 5 bedroooms were perfect for family with different ages children, bathroom to each bedroom, every child got his own bedroom and was absolutely happy, small courtyard was fantastic, very good price for such big apartment Small kitchen in case if you are planning to cook all times, but we took away pizza, so it was not problem for us

Excepcional para pasar una semanita en la ciudad - El apartamento está en una ubicación excelente muy cerca d la estación d tren, con parking cerca y al lado d todo lo visitable. Además con espacio más q suficiente para un grupo d 7 personas q éramos. Al lado d supers, restaurantes... De 10 Me gustó todo

• Claudia (7/5): Casa com jardim no centro de Florença - A localização é excelente. Conseguimos fazer check in pelas 12:30h. Tínhamos várias comodidades como gel de banho, shampo, café, sal, guardanapos. Quase todos os quartos tinham casa de banho privativa. Tivemos dificuldade em abrir a porta de entrada do prédio e só da segunda vez nos deram acesso ao código de entrada. Tivemos de pedir a uns vizinhos para nos abrirem a porta e eles ficaram muito desconfiados. Foi desagradável. A sala de jantar é muito fria. Tivemos de mudar a mesa das refeições para a zona da sala de estar porque não era possível estarmos confortáveis principalmente ao jantar. A mesa da sala de jantar estava suja com migalhas e a cozinha com gordura.

• SILVIA (8/5): Molto soddisfatti - La posizione ottima, appartamento molto ampio, pulizia dei locali e biancheria da letto pulitissima. Avremmo gradito al nostro arrivo trovare una casa già riscaldata, visto che avevamo confermato per tempo l’orario di arrivo.
• Ida (9/5): Vi var ett kompisgäng som sprang Florence maraton. Perfekt boende för detta! - Centralt och bra läge. Boende låg med gång av stånd till tåg satinen och se värdigheter. Nära till affär för att kunna köpa frukost. Trevliga rum och sköna sängar.

• Robin (8/5): Large appartment for a good price. - Very good quality for the price you pay. Location is also very nice. Everything is at walking distance from here. The rooms are nice and the appartment is very big. The garden is a very nice place to sit in the sunshine in the morning and have a coffee. The wifi was also excellent. All in all it is a very good place to stay with a larger group to visit Firenze for a very fair price. The beds are extremely firm. Actually quite uncomfortable to most of our tastes. There were two camera's in the apparment to watch the main door and one in the living room wich was pointing to a wall.
• Jerry (9/5): Great apt for a family vacation - Large apt. We rented the entire unit. Was clean stocked and a short 10 minute walk to the train station. Close to all of the attractions in Florence. Nothing. It was fine.
• Kevin (8/5): Great location and large house, highly recommend - Large house with good sized rooms. Outdoor garden was amazing for evening drinks. Owner was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend. Upstairs rooms were quite hot and uncomfortable, despite the air conditioning being on all the time.

• Jayne (8/5): Comfortable beds, huge house and excellent showers - Enormous house with bedrooms to suit all although some were nicer than others. 3 rooms on the ground floor which I wasn't sure I liked and the front bedroom was quite noisy from the street outside. All good sized rooms though with en suite bathrooms so nice to have privacy when travelling with friends. Well equipped kitchen and garden area with seating if you can handle the mozzies! Excellent host to greet us on arrival and only a 5 minute walk from the train station. Rooms weren't ready on arrival which meant we had to head out for an hour or so until the cleaner had finished cleaning - it was filthy when we arrived so disappointing that it wasn't ready for us although we did arrive 10 minutes earlier than originally planned.....still not the cleanest place I have ever stayed but the beds were comfy and the showers excellent.

• Jessica (8/5): Recommended stay in Florence for big families or groups - The apartment is so picturesque, location was great, walking distance to a lot of tourist spots you’ll go in Florence such as SMN train station, duomo, ponte vecchio, shopping district, museums, popular restaurants etc. Kitchen is equipped, including an oven if you want to re-heat dinner leftovers. Ana responded to all of my inquiries and accommodated us well. The apartment could be cleaner like having the floor mopped and baseboards and loght dusted, have extra garbage bags available, and get some minor easy repairs like painting, aligning doors so they latch properly, cleaning tile grout, re-caulking, and putting a screendoor by the balcony door since it doesn’t latch too.
• Tay (7/5): Good - Representative was responsive and easy going. Allowing us to check in 1.5 hours earlier was very much appreciated. More than enough room for the group of 7 of us. Kitchen well equipped especially dish washer is really helpful. Location is great just a short walk from station and quite easy to find. There are supermarket, restaurants and laundromat stone throw away. Toilet doors in some rooms cannot be close fully. Cleanliness needs to be improve. Our feet/socks turn black! Stained sofa quite a turn off. There's a foul and weird smell in the dining area which we find it very disturbing. Lastly, pillows are as good as non existence. They became so flat with no support at all. Surprisingly there's no washing machine in the apartment and nearby coin laundromat almost no chance as always super long queue.
• Karlene (10/5): I would stay again. Lots of space, plenty of bathrooms and great service! - Very clean; Our host was very gracious! We were able to leave our luggage there before check in time. She was very informative. There were extra trash bags and toilet paper. She was available for any of our needs😁 Location was a further walk to the sites than what expected; but it was nice that it was close to the train station.
• Eliza (10/5): This beautiful quaint property is the most perfect practical place I have ever stayed in whilst in Florence, there is ai - I loved everything about this apartment. It was close to the station, close to the markets, and only a short walk to the centre of town. It is clean and tidy, it has a wonderful Florence feel and the backyard is a perfect touch especially if you have kids. Nothing we didn’t like
• Redden (6/5): Overall a comfortable stay and nice location but really didn’t match the description. - Great location and value. The floors were filthy. They turned our feet black and one wipe with a damp towel pulled up so much grime. Stained couches were off putting. Why is this place called a Bed and BREAKFAST and there is no breakfast??
• Savina (10/5): Charming home base for exploring Florence. Would recommend! - Very good location - close to Florence Central Station and historic centre. There are many restaurants near the house. The house has a very good layout and has all the amenities. The rooms are spacious, the beds are large and comfortable, almost all rooms have a private bathroom. Ideal for accommodating a larger group of friends or family. Excellent communication with the host. I liked everything.
