• Liz (4/5): - Das Essen im Restaurant war gut. Frühstück gab es aber keines. Es war nirgends gestanden, dass im Erdgeschoss des Hotels eine Disco ist. Jeden Abend bis 2 / 3 Uhr morgens sehr laut. Es wurde ebenfalls unten in der Bar geraucht und das offene Treppenhaus roch entsprechend nach Rauch. Auch war es ein Raucherzimmer, was ich eine Zumutung fand.

• Murat (1/5): Uykusuz Ankara yolundayım. - Konumu mükemmel Otelin kendine ait bir gece kulübü bulunuyor. Gece kulübü hemen otelin altında. Ve desibeli inanılmaz yüksek şekilde müzik vardı. Yetkililer bunu saat 4:30’a kadar süreceğini sabaha kadar süreceğini söylediler. Benim oda zeminin bir üstü olduğu için sabah saat 4:30’a kadar sadece müzik dinledik. Kesinlikle kalabilecek dinlenebilecek uyabilecek bir yer değil.

Rooms had provided storage and clean towels with slippers The noise from the bottom bar and streets was next level.

Several issues marred the experience. Firstly, there was no provision for breakfast, which was unexpected. Additionally, both the room door and the washroom facilities exhibited maintenance problems, causing inconvenience during my stay. Furthermore, I was charged an excessive fee for the airport shuttle service, which was significantly higher than the standard price. Lastly, the ambience within the premises remained noisy and disruptive until late hours, with disturbances often extending until midnight or even 1 a.m. I believe that addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and improve the reputation of the establishment. The absence of a designated workspace, including a table and chair, posed a notable inconvenience during my stay.
