• Alexandra Bogdan (8/5): - Apartamentul a avut toate facilitățile pentru o ședere mai îndelungată. Un supermarket la câțiva pași si o farmacie la 150 de metri. Apartamentul este la nivelul străzii ceea ce il face victima cățeilor care ies la plimbare. Ar fi binevenit un produs la indemana clientilor ca sa respinga cainii. Pledul de pe canapea si cearceafurile ar fi putut parfuma a proaspăt spălat. Salteaua e de tip moale.
• María (9/5): Buen apartamento para pasar unos días en Murcia - Muy agradable y práctico. Faltaban cojines de cama para el sofá cama y no se puede aparcar en la zona. Hay que ir al parking que hay cercano.

• Anca (10/5): - Todo a sido muy bien, el anfitrión muy amable y a estado al tanto de todo, que estemos bien y que no nos falte de nada. Seguramente si vuelvo a Murcia buscaría al mismo anfitrión. El apartamento muy bien, limpio y la ubicación muy buena!

• Marga (10/5): Especial - El estado del apartamento muy cómodo y moderno y con todo completo . No avía nada q no me gustará. Solo q le faltaba luz solar .
• Francisco (10/5): - Todo en conjunto. El alojamiento estaba muy bien adaptado, cubriendo todas las necesidades de sobra y todo muy limpio. Además está en una zona perfecta, a menos de 5 min andando la estación de tren, supermercados, bares, transportes, todo cerquísima accesible a pié. Y, el servicio de la propietaria fue increíble, atenta, comprensible, amable y respetando la intimidad todos los días. Ha sido un gusto la estancia sinceramente.

• Zapata cortes (10/5): - Todo era precioso, la pasamos muy bien de seguro repetire Una muy mala sona para niños, deberian poner baden para corregir la velocidad de los coches.. El aire acondicionado efectuava problemas algo que se deberia comprobar antes de la llegada del personal.
• Reyes (10/5): - Cerca del centro, el apartamento tenía equipamiento adecuado y todo funcionaba. Los anfitriones están super atentos en todo lo que les preguntas. Un placer El aparcamiento, muy difícil y el barrio, parece que va a ser complicado, pero luego todo genial.

• Angel Luis (10/5): Agosto en las ultimas - la cercanía a Renfe Murcia y la facilidad de ir a los centros médicos como el hospital virgen de la Arrixaca que a primeros de agosto no había prácticamente nada abierto para comer, a tal punto que en los días siguientes se empeoró la cosa y me marche antes de terminar mi reserva cosa que el propietario no tiene nada que ver

• Terrywalsh (9/5): Lovely apartment in quiet street. - The apartment is just right for two people. It would be a little tight for three or four. The street is quiet enough, despite being 50 metres from a busy avenue. Everything works well and efficiently and the apartment is tastefully kitted out. Nothing, really.
• Mario (8/5): Todo muy bien! - Super cute and comfortable. They were very nice and kind and helpful all the time Walking distance from city center Not their fault, but very hard to find parking! And as a plus when we came the whole neighbourhood was in construction work
• Louise (4/5): air conditioned ground floor bunker close to the train station - Very convenient for the train station. Plenty of towels, plenty of cleaning supplies (including dish soap and dishcloths), kitchen reasonably well equipped. Wifi was great. Aircon worked. Big tv. They gave me the wrong code to access the keys and it took about five minutes to call me back, not a good feeling sitting in the road in 34 degree heat with nobody initially answering my calls, but once I got the callback the host was very friendly and efficient at resolving the issue, so it was only a few min of discomfort. Bathroom was huge. There's a massive washing machine. The place is very new, but everything is very plasticky. More plastic plants than your local hiper chino. It all felt a bit cheap. The cover on one of the wall sockets in the kitchen was falling off the wall. Two of the rings on the brand new electric stovetop weren't working. The worst thing, though, is that this is a ground floor apartment in what looks like a former shop floor, the entire flat is just one big rectangular space, on a very narrow street, with the door from the street opening straight into the flat - it feels like you're walking off the street straight into the bedroom. You cannot open the shutters on the window unless you want people staring straight at your bed. There's bars on the window and the door is metal and fit for a bunker, which means it feels perfectly safe, but with no natural daylight (because of the closed shutters) it also feels like, well, a bunker. It's also a complete fire trap - only one exit, no visible smoke alarms or extinguishers. I didn't feel very comfortable there and left a day early. Bed was fine though, and if you just want a place to sleep that's convenient for the station, you might find it ok.

• Elaine (9/5): Superb - It's a well appointed, clean and comfortable with all the appliances needed for an enjoyable stay. It's close to the high speed rail station. Like many city locations there is some street noise but that's not the fault of the host.
