• Fanqian (10/5): - It’s well decorated, nice, quiet and clean. All the staff members are really sweet and welcoming. Very easy to check in. Walking distance to the metro station. There’s also free luggage storage service available which can be really helpful if you want to explore a bit more before the upcoming trip.
• Julia (9/5): - Excellent size room, with a small balcony, room very clean, excellent soundproofing. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I think the shower needs a deep clean, there was red bacteria in the corners, but the shower otherwise looked clean.
• Salvador (10/5): - Ciao Marina was definitely the right choice to stay while in Naples, Italy. Not only was it a beautiful hotel to stay in, but also had everything in a walkable manner. Next to the pier with its lovely view, but also get to see the town up north as well. Mario help me get to my room the moment I arrive through the hotel. Explaing the hotel features, but also help navigate everything around the city, like what museums to visit, parks, restaurants, tickets etc. Mario made not only my stay feel welcome, but also felt safe to be in his hotel and enjoy my time visiting Naples. Definitely will come back one day to re-enjoy my time again. Grazie Mario.
• XINHAO (10/5): Definitely will stay agin if return to Napoli. - Location is perfect and most convenient if you are planing to visit capri, and also there is a nice restaurant down stairs which you can tell by just the look of it, and we had been there for dinners the whole stay. Room decoration is pretty new and clean, great space in the shower and balcony is a huge plus. And what’s most important is that the staff is super nice and helpful, also very responsive. Providing all sorts solutions. Even the door man of the building is very welcoming if you tell him you are staying with Ciao Marina.
• Maximilian (10/5): Tolles familiäres Stadthotel - Sehr tolle Unterkunft! Lasst euch nicht vom Eingang abschrecken, die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet und perfekt für einen Stadttrip! Die Lage ist perfekt um alle Viertel von Neapel zu Fuß erreichen zu können und durch die Nähe zum Hafen auch super um Tagestrips nach zb Capri zu machen! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und Rosie war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit!!

• Patricia (10/5): Great accommodation with wonderful hosts, short taxi ride to the port. - The appartment was wonderful. it was immaculate, obviously very new, comfortable and secure. It even had balcony where you could sit out and get fresh air. The staff were also wonderful. This was a last minute booking I made when staying in Naples overnight. I couldn't have found a better place if I had researched for months. It was also extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone spending time in Naples before catching very to the island. FIVE STARS. Nothing!

This property is close to the port, a very short walk, and there is great food all around. The airport is about 10 minutes with no traffic. We were under the impression this property was a hotel. In reality this is several rooms in an office/apartment series of buildings.

• ＭＡＳＡＭＩ (10/5): 最高でした！！ - 部屋は7階、バルコニーがあり眺望は最高です。入口の写真を見ると治安大丈夫かなとちょっと心配でしたが、入るとA・B・C棟と宿泊施設がたくさんあり、何重にもセキュリティがかけれらているので安心でした。冷蔵庫内のドリンク類（ワインもありました）やスナック菓子が無料で、利用すると翌日補充されていました。

• Nicole (4/5): - Positives: Close to the port if you’re getting on a cruise Negatives: Reception is not 24 hours. They were able to accommodate by leaving the key on the counter which was good but because there were no human help, there were issues that couldn’t be resolved. When we were trying to leave the building to get late night food we were unable to, as the building is locked from the inside. In order to unlock the door, there was a button 10ft behind but the button was broken and pushed into the wall. We were starving and couldn’t leave. No reception to help us. We messaged the desk and the person replying would not address it but would respond with something irrelevant. The shower was easily flooded. There were flies in the room. The complex itself was a little eery too. I wouldn’t consider this a “hotel”. More like a motel.

• Feriha Sevval (8/5): - Her gün temizlik yapıldı. Havlular ve sular yenilendi. Deniz ulaşımı ile gezmek isteyenler için harika konumu var. Yatak çok yumuşak ve konforlu değil. Sabah çok erken saatte uçağımız vardı ve alt kapının kiliti açılmadığı için mahsur kaldık. Kimse yoktu, mesaj attım ve kimse dönüş sağlamadı. Kendimiz zorlayarak kapının kilidini zorladık ve çıktık. Çok stresli ve kötü bir durumdu.

Mindennel elégedettek voltunk, nagyon kényelmes volt az ágy, mindennap takarítottak, tisztaság volt! Könnyű bejutás a kapu kódok segítségével. A lift elvileg pénzzel működik, de nem dobtunk be és működött úgy is, de ki volt készítve apró a szobában. Külön köszönet minden nap a vízért a hűtőben, a kávékapszulákért és a pezsgőért. Nagyon figyelmes. Külön köszönet, hogy a csomagjainkat érkezéskor és távozáskor is ott hagyhattuk. Nem volt ilyen

• Frederik (10/5): Great Service, Beautiful Rooms, Great Location - Even more beautiful rooms than in the pictures (which already looked amazing). Very clean and tidy, with great, attentive and easily accessible service. I’m usually a bit skeptical, but this stay was a truly positive surprise – even though expectations were already high from reviews and photos. Perfect location close to everything and right by the harbor, with ferries to places like Ischia and Sorrento. Especially loved the smart TV, making it easy to log into our own streaming services. If we come back to Naples, this won’t be our last stay here. Thank you for a wonderful 4-night visit.

The staff is so kind. Shout out to Rosy!! I loved this place so much I extended my stay. Did not want to leave Napoli. It’s a less than 10 minute walk to the port to catch a ferry out to the nearby islands or for a cruise. Thank you for making me feel welcomed!

Huone oli siisti ja viileä, jääkaappiin mahtui omiakin juomia. Välipaloja ja vesipullot kuuluvat hintaan. Sänky hyvä, samoin suihku ja kylpyhuone. Parveke kiva lisä. Lähin uimaranta (Lungomare) noin kolmen kilometrin rantakävelyn päässä. Rannalla suihku. Kokonaisuus omatoimimatkailijalle tosi kiva.

• Finaa (9/5): Super für kurzen Aufenthalt - Letztes Wochenende habe ich in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und war absolut zufrieden. Die Lage gleich am Hafen ist perfekt. Man ist auch schnell in der City zu Fuss. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt, im Gegensatz zu anderen Unterkünften. Dezent und angenehm. Ich hatte 23° eingestellt, was absolut ausreichend war. Nein, die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht bei geöffnetem Fenster (hatte ein Gast sich beschwert). Wo soll da der Sinn sein?! ;-) Das Zimmer lässt sich für die Nacht komplett verdunkeln, was ich top fand und auch nutzte, da ich wach bin, sobald es draussen hell wird. Von aussen sieht man auch, dass die Fensterläden die neuesten vom Gebäude sind. Das Gebäude ist in einem sehr alten Zustand, was man aber im Zimmer nicht bemerkt. Also hier wurde aus der Unterkunft absolut das beste rausgeholt. Ich hatte vom Zimmer sogar Blick auf die Sehenswürdigkeit San Martino, was ich toll fand. Mario antwortet innerhalb kürzester Zeit für Fragen, einfach top! Danke Mario. Auch die Angestellten sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist in einem ziemlich alten Zustand. Ich hatte gleich beim Eintritt ins Zimmer Haare am Boden liegen sehen. War nicht gerade angenehm. Am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, obwohl ich "nicht stören" hinterlegt hatte. Ich war nicht im Zimmer, aber wollte nicht dass mein Zimmer gereinigt wird, da ich nur zwei Tage da war. Andrerseits hat man ja gesehen, dass der Boden nass gereinigt wurde, was auch gut war. Der Spiegel war am ersten Tag sauber, am zweiten Tag auf einmal Putzstreifen. Das sind aber wirklich kleine Beschwerden, ansonsten wird schon auf Sauberkeit wert gelegt, was man auch merkt. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Snack, bevande calde e fredde a disposizione senza sovrapprezzo, ciabattine e articoli da bagno di ottima qualità. • Christian (10/5): - Toplage, fußläufig zur City, absolut sauber Minibar war kostenlos und wurde mit Wasser täglich aufgefüllt, tolle Dusche, nur 6 Zimmer - kein Hotelservice Man erkennt auf den ersten Blick den Eingang nicht , da das Hotel auf der 7. Etage in einem Hinterhof liegt, alles Gewöhnungssache.
• Francesca (10/5): Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! - I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was much larger than expected, spotlessly clean, and refreshed daily, including fresh water and snacks. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Mario, who went above and beyond with fantastic recommendations for activities and local restaurants – many of which we tried and loved. It’s also in a great spot, with easy access to public transport, making it super convenient for exploring. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Napoli!
• Sergio Alejandro (10/5): Great value for money that will exceed your expectations. - Simple hotel, but exceeds your expectations with great service, cleanliness, friendly staff, small details like replacing the complimentary water bottles every day. Nothing that stands out considering the price. The building is a bit old and the elevator requires a 5 cents coin to be used (free on weekends), however the hotel gives you several 5 cents coins for your use.
