• Sven (10/5): - For me, this accommodation was perfect. The convenient location, the size, the view of Porta Maggiore, the cleanliness, the supermarket/bakery/restaurant around the corner. But the best part was the friendly welcome by Federica. And shortly thereafter, a message with useful links for all kinds of things. Great, I have never experienced anything like that anywhere. After two days, my well-being was asked about. Shortly before departure, luggage storage for the last day was offered. I have rarely been taken care of so thoroughly. Therefore, I can highly recommend this accommodation.

C’était un peu bruyant la nuit du aux sirènes des véhicules d’urgence, mais j’ai quand même bien dormi car le lit était confortable.

Finding it can be a bit confusing at first so it’s best to message the host when you arrive in the area. The host can also provide specific instructions with location of the property to assist future guests.

• armand (10/5): Extremely superb great experience and wonderful weather and sites very close to the bus stop. - Thing was great. The facility was great. The location was great and the owner was very hospitable not one thing to complain about all us so very beautiful and when we come back, we are definitely staying here again we. We stayed nine evenings and eight days the best we’ve had yet the elevator was very helpful. The kitchen facilities was very helpful. I even cooked at all utensils everything you needed in one place to stay was an enjoyable experience. We thank y’all so much God bless. Maria was such a friendly lady always joyful gave us all we needed and plenty of clean inside and it was very clean. Diana and her daughter were so helpful. Everything was exceptional without hesitation we recommend it to everyone.

En la zona hay restaurantes y cafeterías para desayunar y comer o cenar. En el piso hay dos apartamentos con baño privado que comparten una zona común donde se puede cocinar o calentar comida o preparar café. Tanto Federica como Maria son encantadoras. Están muy pendientes de que la estancia sea lo más agradable posible

El departamento es precioso, súper cómodo y además lleno de detalles desde café hasta adaptadores para los cargadores. Cabe destacar que la zona es muy buena, un poco más alejada del centro a pie son 20 min para llegar al coliseo y también dos líneas de metro que conectan todo. • Coletti (10/5): - La mia permanenza presso la Domus Tyche guest è stata molto gradevole. Tra i punti di forza c'è sicuramente la posizione vicina alle Metro Manzoni e san Giovanni. La zona è molto tranquilla e pulita e ti fa sentire sereno e sicuro soprattutto quando rincasi la sera. La struttura è molto curata in tutto sia nella parte comune sia nelle singole stanze fornite di bagno in camera di nuovo arredamento. Ma il valore aggiunto che ha reso speciale il mio soggiorno è stata l'accoglienza di Federica che è venuta incontro alle mie esigenze con una grande disponibilità e professionalità. • Marta (10/5): Świetnie wyposażone i komfortowe miejsce! - Jedno z lepiej wyposażonych miejsc, w jakich zdarzyło mi się nocować. Lodówka i czajnik w pokoju, mała kuchnia w części wspólnej, kawa, herbata i przyprawy do dyspozycji, ładowarki i przejściówki do kontaktów - to nawet więcej niż można oczekiwać. Cześć wspólną dzieli się tylko z jednym pokojem, więc nie było problemu, żeby skorzystać z kuchni. Jest naprawdę bardzo czysto, a pokój jest całkiem duży. Na główny dworzec można dojść na piechotę, blisko jest metro i kilka autobusów. A do tego Federica to niesłychanie miła i pomocna gospodyni. Bardzo komfortowo i sympatycznie spędziłyśmy czas w Rzymie.

We stayed there twice and both times everything was at a very high level. - The guest house is located in a residential building in a non-touristic area: it is quiet, beautiful, clean, and safe. There are Italian cafes and restaurants around the property, which are frequented by locals, allowing guests to experience the real city and its inhabitants. The only minor drawback was the lack of an ironing board. The iron was owned by the staff, and guests were not allowed to use it. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

• Bogdana (10/5): Adventure - I enjoyed looking out the window every morning and seeing Porta Maggiore, and Federica was responsive to all our needs. From the first day we had a list of restaurants, shops, etc. Well-organized public transport close to the place, and we walked to the Colosseum.
• Dragos (9/5): Nice! - Federica and Diana were the nicest hosts, provided clear information and good recommendations. The room and appartment were nicely renovated and furnished. Our room and bathroom were very clean and we had everything we needed. Plus some nice features like the wireless charging pads and extra USB-C port on the nightstand lamp, various plug adapters. And finally, a bathroom with enough hooks for towels and stuff. The only downside was that the water pressure of the shower was really low, to the point you can barely take a decent shower.

There are a lot of product shops, cafes and the famous gelateria Fossi. The place is very quiet, the room is clean. But the most important thing is that the hostess Federica is very attentive and caring. Everything is good.

Accomodation was clean, spacious, it contained everything needed for a stay. Really easy to find by walking along the parallel street along the tracks. The owner waits and tells and shows everything. Information materials are available. I liked everything. All my questions were answered immediately. There were no problems. I would love to choose this place again on my next trip to Rome.

• Eirin (10/5): Spotless and comfy room with everything you need, and a great host, in a newly renovated guest house - Spotless and comfy room with everything you need, and a great host, in a newly renovated guest house. The guest house is an apartment in a classic residential building in a Roman neighborhood. The beds are very comfy (not as hard as most Italian beds!) and the host has thought of everything: Lots of outlets for charging, plenty of towels, AC (we didn't really need it but great for summer), and little details like felt on the night stand so that you don't make noise and wake up your travel companion! The room has a desk and a fridge, while the common room has a small kitchen. We only ate breakfast there, but there is everything you need to cook, including an electric burner if you want to stay in and cook some pasta. There are shops (supermarket, pharmacy etc.) around the corner, as well as some great restaurants and cafes. I stayed for five nights and really liked it. The windows are really good, but I still slept with earplugs just in case - but I am super sensitive to noise; my friend didn't need them at all. I believe the neighborhood is Esquilino, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the Colosseum, and 25 to Termini. We used the metro a lot (get off at San Giovanni, not Manzoni, the walk from San Giovanni is so pretty, through a beautiful park) to get to the center, and the tram no. 3 (Carlo Felice stop) to get to Aventino, Circo Massimo, Trastevere etc. Make sure you spend some time in the neighborhood as well - San Giovanni in laterano, Via Sanni flea market, etc. are great places to visit. (And check out La virtu in tavola if you want an excellent fish restaurant!) Remember that the fixed price to and from the airport is 50 euro, so if you are two people, it is really a good deal. Last, but not least, the hostess! Federica is just wonderful! So sweet and helpful. Her mom met us when we arrived and she was also really great. I was delighted to meet Federica in person on my last day - she is such a dedicated professional. Grazie mille...

The room exceeded my expectations - it was very clean, the sheets and the towels were being changed often, there was a good amout of storage for luggage and clothes. Our hosts - Federica and Diana were very helpful and nice, the communication was a pleasure. Highly recommend! Apart from the location, which was still pretty good even though it was not super close to the city centre, I don't have any reservations about the place.

The rooms at the DomusTyche are really good and VERY CLEAN new rooms, with lost of space and light. the room has a big and clean beathroom, and you get shampoo, soap etc. You also have a fridge in the room which is great. And there is a common area outside with a little kitchen so you can cook. The room i cleaned every day, and you get fresh towels. The area around i relatively peaceful, away from crowds and there are some really cool caffès and restaurants around. Federica, the owner is suuuper cool and its really easy to talk to her and arrange enything. All in all I had a really great stay. Real value for money. the beds could be a bit more comfortable. i found the mattress to be a little bit to hard.
