Bardzo blisko do plaży, na przeciwko przyjemna restauracja w której zjadłem bardzo dobre śniadanie w przystępnej cenie. Kantor na rogu . Wszystko czego potrzebujesz na szybką noc lub dłuższy pobyt. He speaks very good English and he's happy to answer any questions you have about anything. He (and his mother) go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and that all your needs are 100% met during your stay.

Our host organised our transfer from the airport and made so many wonderful suggestions in the area from a great breakfast spot to the best beach to hire a day bed. The accommodation was very central, affordable, super clean and easy to make our short term home. We appreciate everything you helped us with and your extraordinary hospitality. We would definitely visit again in the future.

• Oliver (8/5): Gute, saubere und ruhiges Appartement mit gutem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. - Es war sehr sauber und bequeme Betten. Es war alles auf kleinstem Raum vorhanden, es gab eine Terrasse und die Besitzer waren freundlich und bemüht. Die Wohnung lag nicht an der Hauptstraße, dadurch war es nicht so laut und man war ein kleines Stück weg vom Trubel. Der Ausblick aus der Terrasse und das es mit 3 Personen recht eng war.

Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è sempre stato molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato anche quando eravamo in difficoltà ad arrivare in struttura dandoci un passaggio. Consigliato vivamente! Una piccola nota dolente il rumore del traffico notturno ma chiaramente non dipende dalla struttura
• Natali (8/5): Boa localização, quarto charmoso, banheiro deixou a desejar - A localização fica muito próximo à praia. O quarto é bonito, igual as fotos. O banheiro é pequeno e não existe espaço de box no chuveiro. O chuveiro fica junto com o vaso sanitário. O lugar não tinha placas muito fácil de ver, então demoramos um pouco pra encontrar.

L’unico aspetto negativo riguarda la doccia: l’acqua non defluiva bene e tendeva ad allagare il bagno. Per il resto, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e confortevole.

Wir waren eine Woche Gast und sind wirklich begeistert. Es wurden regelmäßig auf Anfrage frische Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt, Klopapier wurde aufgefüllt und Handtücher wurden ebenfalls ausgewechselt. Wir sind wirklich mehr als zufrieden und glücklich Gast gewesen zu sein. Vielen Dank!

• JOHN (8/5): - Two minutes walk from the beach, close to shops, bars and restaurants. Ideal for beach time. It's a fair walk or a bus ride to the centre. I didn't mind the walk past the port on the cycle path and the buses and very cheap if you prefer. It was a smaller apartment than shown in the photos but I was on my own so fine.

• Soraya (9/5): Très bon emplacement - L’emplacement était génial! Tout proche de la plage (2min à pied) et du centre de Durres. Le propriétaire est très réactif et arrangeant, nous avons été surclassé dans un appartement plus grand car nous voyageons en famille. Le balcon offre une belle vue sur la ville. Il est difficile de stationner, le garage privé était fermé lorsque nous avons voulu nous y garer. Il fallait chercher une place dans les rues à proximité, en journée on trouve mais en soirée c’est beaucoup plus compliqué.

A small space in front of the room with a table and chairs is a good idea for having meals and trying clothes. The price is attractive, too! The only thing missing was a proper knife in the kitchen.

Selon les occupants des autres chambres, il peut y avoir beaucoup de bruit car les murs sont fins. Le parking est rudimentaire comme trop souvent en Albanie. Pas de paroi de douche comme souvent en Albanie.

La falta de ventanas y remates a lo pepebotero y otilio.

• Manuel (10/5): Perfetto in tutto. - Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni e siamo stati anche l'anno scorso, e per la qualità dell'appartamento, la gentilezza del personale che è una famiglia che si occupa della cura degli appartamenti e il buon rapporto qualità prezzo, tornerei sicuramente altre volte. La zona in cui si trovano gli appartamenti è ottima poiché molto nel centro di durazzo e a due passi dal mare e dal porto. La zona è fornita di tutto ciò che si desidera come supermercati, bar, locali notturni, parrucchieri, ristoranti e altrettanti servizi. Punto forte dell appartamento la piccola terrazza indipendente per ogni appartamento, dotata di tavoli e sedie che per stare di sera fuori è perfetto. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie troy per la gentilezza e la disponibilità per qualsiasi evenienza.

• Tracey (10/5): Amazing base for exploring the area! - Booked this property as 2 adults and an 8 year old. My daughter loved the loft area. Was very clean and had everything that we needed. Lucca was fantastic, he arranged a shuttle from the airport for us and had great local knowledge to share with us on the journey. Will definitely book again when we return to Durres. The area is great, is having a lot of work done in time for the summer season so there was a lot of construction noise from early in the morning but I believe this would be the same for every apartment in the area!

The interior is cute and cozy.Bed are comfortable and spacious.Loved the cute little kitchen with most necessary supplies. Munito di ogni necessità, phone presente, utensili da cucina, aria condizionata e piccolo terrazzino per fare colazione o fumare. La host ci ha assistito 24/24h durante tutto il nostro soggiorno offrendoci il suo aiuto a 360 gradi. super gentile la ragazza che ci ha aiutato a trovare posti belli da visitare e offrendoci il loro servizio taxi per poter raggiungere il centro città di Durazzo. L’appartamento è praticamente di fronte al mare Era tutto perfetto

• Polina (7/5): Соотношение цена/качество 10/10 - Очень близко к пляжу, вокруг много ресторанов, у дома остановка, откуда каждые 10 минут ходит автобус до центра, ехать 5 минут. Доброжелательный хозяин, отличная коммуникация. В доме напротив всю ночь горит фонарь над входом и он светит прямо на кровать. Это не просто фонарь, а яркий белый софит, как в театре. Спать без маски невозможно. Не всё было чисто в номере: липкие вилки, волосы на полу в ванной.

Restaurant is part of the house and shops/other restaurants near by. - Bus stop with buses going to the city center every 10 minutes is 2 min walk from the apartment. - As written by others, the bathroom tends to flood.
• Petra (10/5): Naprosto skvělé - Jako první nám hostitelka poslala trasu k ubytování a pak nás mile přivítala. Ubytování je krásné a čisté. Předčilo naše očekávání. Postele pohodlné, bidetové sedátko na wc je také fajn. Je tu klid i venku na terase i když jste blízko hlavního tahu. Dostupnost - pláž, lékárna, potraviny, restaurace, atrakce,... Byli jsme opravdu nadmíru spokojeni.

Locatie was dicht bij zee en centrum. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. We hadden deze kamer geboekt voor 2 nachten. We kregen daarna een berichtje van de gastvrouw dat er een fout was bij booking.com en dat de kamer niet meer vrij was. Hierdoor kregen we een andere kamer maar die was veel kleiner. Aangezien we maar 2 nachten hier bleven vonden we het niet zo erg.
