• Jennifer (9/5): - Super emplacement Vue incroyable On peut faire toute la ville à pieds Le canapé lit est confortable. Super table à manger Très bonne douche. La chambre n'est pas fermée donc pas d intimité car communique avec le salon. Peu d'ustensiles de cuisine.

• Radosław (7/5): Luceros Sky - niebiańskie widoki - Lokalizacja super, widok na panoramę miasta z 30 piętra oszałamiający. Windy działały bez zastrzeżeń. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, czysta lodówka. Klimatyzacja działała - w lutym trzeba było się delikatnie dogrzać. Apartament mieści się w hotelu, ale nie można w lobby zostawić bagażu. Nie można było też wykupić śniadań w hotelu. Pomimo że do obu pokoi są drzwi, to w tylnej części jest przejście i de facto to jest jeden pokój. Łóżko w salonie mega twarde i niewygodne. Łóżko w sypialni ma zbyt miękki materac i trzeszczy przy każdym ruchu. Łazienka mogła by być lepiej posprzątana. Kosmetyki w łazience niskiej jakości.

• Előd (9/5): Fantastic Central Apartment with Amazing Views - We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location is excellent—right in the city center, close to everything. The beach, bars, restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance, making it a perfect base for exploring Alicante. The view from the apartment is stunning, especially through the large windows. The layout is very well designed, with two separate bedrooms, which makes it comfortable even for more than one person. The kitchen is neat and practical, and perfectly equipped for a short stay. Overall, the apartment feels bright, comfortable, and well thought out. We would happily recommend this place and would consider staying here again in the future. Nothing
• Attila (10/5): Központi elhelyezkedés, fantasztikus panoráma, nagyon segítőkész házigazda. - Fantasztikus a panoráma a városra.Közel belváros, gyalogosan elérhető minden, de a tömegközlekedés is a közelben van. Sophia nagyon figyelmes, segítőkész házigazda, sok hasznos tippel a látnivalókról, tudni valókról, éttermekről, bárokról. Tiszta és jól felszerelt az apartman. Nem volt ilyen

• Ema (7/5): Amazing city center location! - The location, the view. The staff here is amazing, we checked in a bit earlier than it’s written. We met amazing host and he showed us around, gave recommendations for some nice food places. The shower was not very comfortable and leaking water all over the floor. The shower head (smaller one) was a bit too small. The TV does not have Netflix or Youtube, just spanish channels, we had to bring our own laptop. The water system. One day on the 19th floor some pipe broke and we did not have water for a couple of hours. It’s okay, these things happen but after this situation the water was splurging all the time. Not in the shower but in the kitchen and bathroom sink.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato cialde del caffè, camomilla e dei set cortesia (carta igienica, asciugamani, biancheria letto). Vista dal trentesimo piano MERAVIGLIOSA. Il contatto è stato molto disponibile e ci ha fornito moltissime informazioni riguardo alla città e altro... Esperienza positiva e struttura molto accogliente Personalmente avrei preferito che il "corridoio" che separa camera da letto e soggiorno fosse separato da una porta, ma per chi gradisce sentirsi in compagnia nonostante sia in una stanza diversa da quella degli amici è sicuramente più inclusiva

• Svetoslav Slavov (10/5): - The apartment is located on the 30th floor with a wonderful view of the city. The elevators work flawlessly. We were greeted by the owner and given the keys, after which we were very kindly shown the apartment. The owner accommodated our early arrival and did everything possible to check in well before the time mentioned in the reservation. I am delighted with his kind assistance - he sent us a message with attractions we could visit, good bars, restaurants and pizzerias, as well as directions on how to get there. I highly recommend and thank you very much!

• Audrius (7/5): Great views but with an unpleasant surprise - The location was perfect. In the middle of all the main attractions. Views from the 30th floor were amazing. The apartment itself was ok. We had all of the things we needed. There was even a shampoo in the bathroom. Self check-in was clear and fast. However, there were cockroaches in the kitchen that showed up in the evening and night :(

• Patricia (9/5): The location is perfect. - The location and the view was perfect, Sophia was really nice, she gave us many suggestions (bars, restaurants, etc), was always available. The flat is on the 30th floor, unfortunately it was not possible to close the windows perfectly, when the weather was windy, we had to open a window for all night, because it had really strange noise. Sophia tried to fix this problem the day after, and we were lucky, because the weather changed-no wind.
• Richard (10/5): Alicante is a nice city, the Explanada and the Castillo de Santa Barbara is a must to see - The apartment is very comfortable, clean and plenty of space. The location is perfect, in the very centre of Alicante on the 30th. floor with a beautiful view. Many Restaurants/Cafes and Supermarket in 5 min. walking distance The apartment is well equipped with everything you need even with washing machine. The Manager, Sophia was super friendly and helpful. The TV has only Spanish channels, it would be nice to have English speaking channels or you tube.
• Arkadiusz (10/5): Exceptional - During my stay in Alicante, I had the pleasure of staying in an apartment perfectly located in the heart of the city. The central location is unbeatable, offering easy access to major tourist attractions and the best of the city's vibrant life. Everything from historical alleys to local cuisine is just a walk away. Public transport is conveniently close, with bus and tram stops nearby, making it easy to explore further parts of the city or reach even other cities or villages. The proximity to shops, restaurants, and cafes adds charm to the location. The apartment, located on the 30th floor, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city.

• Bruce (7/5): See the city from on high and enjoy the vibe. - Great views and perfectly located for tram, train and shops. Good space and functional. Nothing major but a few enhancements would elevate the apartment. eg bedside lights, an extra occasional table, more comfortable sofa.
• Liviu (6/5): The fact that the noises were always present in the apartment made my stay not pleasant - The apartment is big enough for two people, with enough space to store luggage. I found a clean apartment that offers a very pleasant view over the city of Alicante. The kitchen offers the necessary things in case you want to cook simple things. The location is ideal. In just a few minutes you can reach the important locations of the city. I chose to take a taxi from the airport because I was told that if I arrive after 22:00 I will have to pay €30 extra for check-in. Even though I told the owner the time I landed and the time I left the airport (with Google Maps estimate to the destination) I had to wait 10 minutes in front of the hotel. The bed is not very comfortable due to the fact that the mattress is not fixed and moves very easily. The windows do not close well and this makes all the noises from the street sound as if they are happening just a few meters from your room. Unfortunately I couldn't sleep 4 nights in a row due to the fact that the sound of the wind was hellish (the fact that the windows don't close well means that the wind comes in through the spaces where the window stays open and it sounded like a whistle).

From the apartment there is also an amazing view, where you can see everything you want to explore. View is nearly as good as from the Castillo de Santa Bárbara. The place is modernly furnished, with all the necessary amenities. Check-in and check-out also went smoothly. Thanks to many recommendations of the best places to visit and where to eat from the very nice landlady we felt very cared for during our first stay in Alicante :)
