- Saioc (9/5): Ottima posizione in Las Palmas - Posizione eccelente - l'appartamento si trova tra il parco di Santa Catalina (ci sono vari bar e fermate bus) e la playa de las Canteras. Dintorni ci sono due supermercati a distanza di 2 o 5 minuti, ristoranti e negozi souvenir. Tutto nel appartamento era in ottime condizioni e abbiamo avuto tutto ciò che era necessario. Il caffe offerto è stato fantastico! tutto bene

- Kurt (5/5): Fin leilighet om du er på farten hele tiden. Kommer nok ikke tilbake, med mindre det ble oppgradert! - Flott beliggenhet, fin terrasse. Enkelt å komme seg rundt siden det ligger veldig sentralt og i ett rolig område. Burde vært bedre møblement. Det meste fremstår veldig slitent. Er ingen form for varme eller aircondition i leiligheten. Heisen var trøblete og til stadighet i uorden.

There are absolutely no sunlight in the apartment, it is like staying in a shoe box, no clue of the weather outside , before going out in the street. We got a little depressed, because the lac of sun rays. Lots of small windows with a view to walls in the other apartments. We stayed in the apartment Gran Canaria which we cannot recommend. The pictures were very misleading. We had the impression of terrace or balcony in all apartments.

Unfortunately, there was some renovation on the third floor at that time, which was very noisy, which was also disturbing. Some additional accessories in the kitchen would also be useful, e.g. lemon juicer, bread knife, etc

Éramos un grupo grande y cogimos varios apartamentos. El del bajo era el peor porque olía bastante a humedad y era más frío, los de la primera planta están mucho mejor.

La ubicación es muy buena, es céntrica pero, a la vez, está en una calle tranquila. Está a solo diez minutos caminando de la playa de Las Canteras. Nada que reseñar.
- Teemu (5/5): Life in a bunker - Location was good The apartment is on the lowest floor of the building, so there are practically no windows. The bathroom was in such a filthy condition that we immediately went to the nearest shop to buy cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom ourselves. Otherwise, we really didn’t feel like going in there at all. The toilet seat was loose/detached, and the shower was terrible. The corners of the sink and the shower enclosure looked very suspicious — hard to say if it was mold or something else. Practically all of the apartment’s bed linens and textiles had dirt or stains on them. Pretty disgusting.

- Jane (7/5): Fien for short stay. - Most importantly it was quiet the most of the time. There was a little road noise the last couple of nights but it was Carnaval and the property's near Santa Catalina Park. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen wasn't well equipped and I couldn't use the fridge door because it was so small. It would have been nice to have some instructions for the appliances and information about the cleaning service, although Marco was responsive when I contacted him. There wa a nice big shower but no tray or rack to put your toiletries, and I would have liked a towel rail - there was space for one.
- GianlucaDM (8/5): un appartamento ben posizionato in una zona ben collegata e tranquilla. - Abbiamo trovato un set per il caffè per qualche giorno, ed una buona selezione di elettrodomestici per fare una buona colazione, bollitore, caffettiera e tostapane . Le tende nell'area giorno erano poco coprenti, anche chiuse si vedeva perfettamente l'esterno e viceversa

El apartamento tiene techos altos que le dan una sensación de amplitud y luminosidad. - Danna (2/5): 避雷不及 - 地理位置不错 订的是四人间，但实际上此房只适合两个人。只有一个大床一个沙发床。大床的席梦思睡上去严重变形，中间隆起两边塌陷。大床只能让一个人睡中间位置。沙发床位于客厅，客厅阳台只有沙窗窗帘，私密性极差，早上阳光使人不能入睡。阳台落地窗隔音也不好，很早就被楼下交通吵醒。浴室卫生情况也不好，淋浴下水严重堵塞，报修两天后才有人上门通渠。

El fregadero con restos de comida pegados, el menaje de cocina (vasos y platos) no estaba en condiciones de ser usado sin antes lavarlo. El baño con las esquinas de la ducha con suciedad incrustada. Los zócalos con suciedad acumulada. Bajo mi criterio, el mantenimiento y limpieza de las instalaciones no son correctos.

- Alessia (4/5): - Comoda a tutti i servizi e centrale. Nella struttura erano presenti formiche ovunque, in bagno, cucina, soggiorno e camera. Abbiamo contattato gli host che ci hanno detto di “aver gestito” la cosa ma senza intervenire veramente. La camera era sporca e piena di polvere. Le lenzuola del letto non erano adatte e di notte si disfava finendo così a dormire sul materasso, per niente igienico.

- Teresa (9/5): Buena relación calidad-precio. Lo recomiendo. - Apartamento bien equipado para dos personas, resulta cómodo y bien ubicado para acceder a la playa y al transporte público. Por la noche hay bastante ruido en la calle y los alrededores por la gente que está en los locales de ocio.

A lakás felszerelése is tisztasága nem is beszélve az elhelyezkedéssérol ! Minden megtalálható kar nyújtásra : városi busz ,távolsági busz pálya udvar, bevásárló központ , üzletek sokasága a környéken! Pár perc is a gyönyörű las Canteras plajan találod magad ! A lakás tiszta , mindennel felszerelt amire szükségünk volt ! Szóval ….Kiválo !!

- ANTHONY (10/5): A centrally located and newly developed apartment, fully furnished with lots of amenities close by. - It was centrally located. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, close to the main shopping area and El Corte Ingles department store. Also, lots of cafes and Restaurants in the area. A supermarket is 50 metres away. It was an interior apartment so wasn’t as light as I would have liked.

Al entrar al apartamento, lo encontramos algo sucio, parecía que no barrieron ni fregaron el piso. Para estacionar el coche, mejor ir a un parking privado ya que todo es zona azul y no encuentras (1 día, más de media hora buscando. Opté por parking). En la habitación, había un olor a vómito, cada vez que habría la nevera, insoportable.

Super claras las indicaciones y los datos tanto para ingreso como salida del apartamento, te envian toda la informacion con anticipacion. Tiene todas las comodidades , buena limpieza. No es lo más comodo para aparcar, pero dando varias vueltas al final se consigue.

The cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality of the place were very good, and it had everything we needed. The host was always available and helped us with any questions or concerns. The host was very helpful and responsive, told us in advance how to get in the property and everything went smoothly. Besides, he even got us a mixer so that we could prepare food for our baby! It is well located, close to buses, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The only negative thing I have to mention is that it could have been cleaner. There was quite some dust on the floors when we first arrived, and there was no vacuum cleaner, only a broom. Besides, for a rather long stay, it would have been nice to be offered bed sheets and towels exchange. However, when we did ask, they provided new towels.
- Sharon (10/5): Perfect stay - Everything was perfect there was anything you would have needed. Location was perfect lots all around No full length mirror (minor issue )
- Annemarie (7/5): Ok - The location was perfect, in the centre of Las Palmas, with a lot of nice restaurants. The appartement was close to the sea and the bus station. For sure I should chose Las Palmas again. The kitchen was not equiped very well. There was a lot of water in de badroom (overvloed), after taking a douche.
- Cooley (5/5): Macaronesia LPA Suites. Calle De Cuba. - Located 10 mins walk from seafront. Appartment located in a side street. Noisy a lot of the time. Settee not comfortable. Bed and pillows just OK. Trap in shower was really dirty and grout around shower not clean. Appartment needs freshened up. Very basic. Was there for 11 days and no fresh sheets or towels were provided. Balcony very small. Doors to the balcony didn't close properly. Also very basic kitchen equipment. When having showers the water went cold several times. Unfortunately I wouldn't go back.

- Alessio (9/5): A week enjoying the sun! - Perfect location close to our favourite restaurants. Walking distance to the bus stop, shopping centre and beach. The apartment was big with a small balcony, it had a washing machine and a wonderful shower! The staff was amazing and always ready to help!
- Natalie (10/5): Very nice clean flat in great location - Flat is very well located, close to bus station with lots of restaurants and shops around. Clean , well equipped, you’ll have everything you need for a short stay. Very easy self check in, great host, would highly recommend Nothing

Also some welcome consumables like drinking water, cleaning products and shampoos was appreciated. Very quiet also so had a great sleep in the apartment Some building work next door but that is not in control of the owners of this apartment
- Didde (5/5): Passable - It’s quite centrally located, the rooms are nice and the staff is friendly In the ground-floor apartment there isn’t any windows giving natural light and the WiFi is almost nonexistent

- Tamás (8/5): Very good - Great location. Walking distance from the beach, from restaurants, grocery store and also the bus terminal. Very comfy beds. The penthouse apartment had a nice terrace. Some kitchen tools were a bit more used than one would expect (eg. the frying pan was scratched, teflon coming off), the fridge door couldn't be used.
