• Alice (9/5): Neapel Familienunterkunft - Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihren Wohlfühlcharakter. Alles, was man benötigt und noch mehr (z.B. Waschmittel, Feuchttücher, …), ist vorhanden. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und die Nachbarschaft ruhig. Ebenso war die Nähe zum Flughafen für uns ausschlaggebend. Alle wichtigen Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in Gehweite. Auch mit Kindern ideal. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder.

• Jeremy (10/5): Homely, comfortable, well equipped apartment that made us feel part of the city, not just tourists. - We stayed in 5 different apartments over a recent two week trip in and around Naples. This one was by far the best. Well equipped, homely, clean and felt like authentic Napoli living, not just an anonymous rental. The price was great, it felt spacious, nice comfy bed, and little extra touches like cakes waiting for us on arrival showed the owner wanted people to feel welcome. It's in a typical Naples courtyard style apartment block, within what felt a safe and interesting community. Good access to the city and airport too, on the nearby frequent buses, and lots of small local shops and bars on the doorstep. We loved strolling in the botantic gardens, only 10 minutes walk away. Overall, we wished we could have stayed for longer.
• Dmitrii (7/5): - Clean apartament and beautiful Napoli atmosphere in the house. Good kitchen and wifi. Bed was noisy, wifi password is a puzzle, no shelf for shampoo in the shower. Bad transport around.

Museum Caruso just a few steps away. Easy to go to airport and to central train station. We enjoyed so much watching football matchs with Naples people at place carlos III, it was a wonderful time!! The location is excellent, close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, yet the area is quiet and peaceful at night, which made it easy to relax. The host was attentive and made sure everything was in order. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place.
• Milos Marjanovic (10/5): A spotless apartment with an amazing host - Everything is exactly as described. The host is wonderful and very responsive. We didn’t want to bother him, but I got the sense that whatever we needed, he would have helped. Truly friendly and helpful – an amazing host. The apartment was spotless and had literally everything we needed; it really feels like home. The neighborhood is lively during the day, but at night the street itself is quite quiet. In my opinion, it’s very safe and clean, especially compared to some other parts of the city. There’s a small market just 50 meters away where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. Parking is not a problem: in Italy, private parking is rarely included on Booking, so I don’t see it as a minus. Plus, there are plenty of free spots on the street where you can leave your car. Overall, a really nice place to stay, and I can definitely recommend it. Look no further – you won’t regret it! Not really related to the host or the apartment itself, but the public transport in the area was quite poor. Possibly it was just that week due to some unexpected maintenance works, but I still wouldn’t rely on it to get to the city center. If you’re by car, driving back can be inconvenient if you plan to have a drink or two downtown. Although the apartment is not very far from the city center, it’s definitely not within easy walking distance. You might do it once if you’re adventurous and want to explore, but honestly, there’s nothing special to see along the route, and walking back every night is not a great experience in my opinion. So just keep that in mind: if you already know what you want to see and do, it’s better to book a place as close as possible to avoid waiting up to two hours for a bus that might not even show up.

• Lara (10/5): Exceptional - We spent four nights at the apartment San Giovanniello and were very pleased with our stay. Everything was according to the previous description and photos. The owner was very kind as he agreed to meet us for the check-in earlier than the scheduled check-in time. We truly enjoyed our stay and kindly recommend the apartment San Giovanniello when visiting Naples.

• Cameron (7/5): Would be perfect if not for a few things. - Very comfortable and presentable apartment with responsive owners. There was no WiFi for the majority 4 day stay. I got there Saturday and the issue wasn’t fixed until Monday, this meant i had to use my mobile data for most of the stay. The shower was also leaky which would wet the bathroom floor after using it. The electric stove didn’t turn on either.
• Mihaela (10/5): Exceptional - The hospitality, the apartment and location. You have everything you need. Perfect also for families with kids! The infrastructure, traffic and pollution in the city. You can stay for 2 nights to visit the landmarks, but other than that the city is not very welcoming.
• Mihalyka (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very clean and quiet neighbours, the owners was very friendly and helpful, they offered to help me with everything they could to make me and my family feel comfortable. I don’t have words to describe how happy I am because I chose to stay at their house instead of the hotel. The only thing that I didn’t like was the bed because was a little hard for me but other than that I felt very good and comfortable. If I ever go back to Napoli I would definitely stay there again.

• Christos (6/5): Pleasant - It was renovated. It was supposed to have private parking area but the parking was an underground area with extra cost of twenty euros for two days. For this we were not informed although we asked for.

• Tetley18 (8/5): Very enjoyable stay - would highly recommend. - Met at and shown around flat by friendly hosts. Flat was in very good condition with lots of extra toiletries. Fridge stocked with complementary soft drinks. Coffee and snacks also provided. Main tourist attractions 20-30 minute walk or accessible on bus no. 201 or metro - 1.30 euros for local journey. Complementary breakfast at cafe across from flat. Attraction information leaflets and map of Naples in flat would have been helpful.

• Στέφανος (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious and comfortable, located on the first floor of a quiet inner yard! Very clean and had everything you need, fridge,cooker, even a coffee machine 😄! In the fridge there were many drinks for free and some snacks on the kitchen bar too 🥰! Hot water all day and plentiful bathroom care products! The owners were very friendly and helpful! The apartment is located approximately 2,4km from the airport and the same from the city centre. We didn''t have problem with walking and didn't want to wait for buses, so the location was fine for us. Furthermore, you can find free parking for car, whereas in the centre you don't!

It's also in a great location and easy to get to anywhere in Naples. Also the apartment manager was extremely kind, accessible and helpful in terms of the apartment, getting around Naples, information on the neighborhood and overall general tips on Naples. I highly recommend a stay at San Giovanello House.

• Romuald (9/5): Good comfortable place to stay for one night - It was really nice that owner meet as at the evening. In Naples to find address is not easy. Outside is really much worse comparing what you get inside :), the interior was really ok, new, modern, kitchen from ikea, clean, all what you need to stay for one night (we use it for one night between the flights)

• Amber (10/5): Exceptional - The host was wonderful! We checked in pretty late and we're starving and they went and got us pizza. Communication was great! We got to walk across the street to a bakery for breakfast which was provided and it was very good.
