Danielle (7/5): Cute home, but noisy dog next door - The place is a cute little home with basic kitchen and private bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the check-in process was very easy The dog next door barked all night long, keeping us up both nights of our stay. The wifi is not very good
Bruno (8/5): Buen alojamiento - Muy limpio y cómodo el apartamento. Nos tocaron dias fríos y nunca lo sufrimos, buena calefacción eléctrica. También cuenta con limpieza casi diaria. Check in y out autónomo. Quizá podria sumarse algun horno eléctrico para cocinar algo mas, solamente cuenta con anafe y a veces la potencia no era buena.

Dorian (5/5): Idéal pour 1-2 nuits, mais un effort sur le ménage, les ustensiles et l’isolation doit être fait. - Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement du logement et la literie Les photos du logement évoquaient un petit appartement sans étage. Problème nous avons était logé dans la seule chambre avec un appartement au dessus. L’isolation était très mauvaise, nous entendions tous les faits et gestes des locataires du dessus. Le ménage sous le lit n’était pas fait, il y avait énormément de poussière et également un sous vêtement d’une autre locataire. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont très limités

Garao (10/5): - Excelente. Muy recomendable. Te dan todo lo necesario para que pases una estadía super cómoda. Y Agostina es un amor de persona. Nos ayudó a elegir que trekkings hacer en base al clima y nos dio recomendaciones. Lo pasamos de 10 !!
Paulo (10/5): - Estaba muy calentito y tiene trato de hotel, nos hicieron aseo y nunca había visto eso en un apart hotel. Muy buena onda el personal, cero complicaciones con el pago. Nada, me gustó todo.

Bshlomo (6/5): An apartment in El Chalten, could do better with maintenance and cleaning - Communication with the host was quick and responsive Upon arrival, we noticed that the bed sheets, blankets, and pillows were full of human hair. The toilet was flashing continuously, and there was no toilet paper. We called the owner and told her that the bed sheets were not replaced, but she argued that they were replaced and that the hair belonged to the cleaning lady. She immediately sent for the cleaning lady. The lady replaced all the beddings and brought some toilet paper. She also called the maintenance guy, and he fixed the toilet and the front door. The response was quick, but the problems shouldn't have occurred in the first place.

Seth (4/5): Overpriced, cheaply made apartment whose ceiling is also the floor of the upstairs apartment. - The property is well located, comfortable, and has all of the amenities. The bed was comfortable and the communication with the host was good. The apartment is the lower unit of a two-unit house. The ceiling of the bottom floor apartment is the floor of the upstairs apartment, so every step taken by someone in the upstairs apartment made a loud thud. You could also clearly hear everything being said by the upstairs tenants. There were also bugs in the bathroom. Also, the price is outrageously expensive, especially for such a cheaply made apartment.

Westley (9/5): Convenient, comfortable, and an overall great place to stay - Apart Aluen is an excellent option for a stay in El Chaltén. The property is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and hiking trails, offering great value for the price. I truly appreciated the owners' attentiveness and how promptly they addressed any questions or concerns. Note to those who book: Like many properties in the area, be prepared to pay in cash. I encountered some challenges withdrawing cash in El Chaltén, and I’m grateful for the owner’s patience and flexibility as I worked with my bank to resolve the issue.
Michael (7/5): Barebones, simple place - nothing fancy. - Very quiet area of town. This is pretty barebones - if you care about the quality of your sheets, this is not the place for you. But if you just need a place to crash after hiking all day, then it is fine. Kind of isolated from the activities of the town. This was okay for me as a single guy who will walk anywhere, but if you want to be in the heart of El Chalten, this is not for you.
Sarah (8/5): Clean and nice cabin close to town centre with all the basics. - The cabin is close to the centre of town, and has all the basic essentials. We were able to cook meals. Agostina was very responsive and helpful! We had to ask for toilet paper several times as there was not enough. We were also surprised we had to pay in cash at the end of the stay, in a town where cash withdrawal is challenging- although Agostina does say it is cash only the fine print.
