• Albiñana (10/5): La estancia insuperable. Repetiría una y mas veces. - Excelente en todos los sentidos, nos alojamos 8 personas (2 parejas y 4 niños), Cristian nos acomodó en las habitaciones dejando el comedor libre para un mejor descanso, excelente ubicación, las camas comodísimas. Teníamos lavadora y secadora, lo que fué un gran acierto para nuestra comodidad. Tuvimos un problemilla y Cristian lo solucionó rápidamente. Nos dejó para poder desayunar café y unas pastas. Muy atento, recomiendo el alojamiento 100 %.
• Sai Phani Krishna (6/5): - The location was excellent, with a tram stop and bus stop right outside the door. Despite the apartment being on a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet. There were some maintenance issues during our stay. One of the bathroom had leaks, with the bidet leaking from the rear pipes. The sink tap in the same bathroom which was connected to one of the bedrooms made a loud noise every time it was turned on. The dishwasher was dirty on arrival and had an unpleasant smell, so we had to run a full cycle and clean the filters ourselves. Additionally, when we arrived to check in, a cleaner was still working in the apartment, so we had to leave and return an hour and a half later.

Además de trapos o algo para limpiar el banco, los sofas y los sillones estan bastante mal, las camas cómodas pero los sofas cama para dos bastante incomodos Falta mucho menaje para la cocina, vasos cubiertos, sartenes platos etc.... es insuficiente para 8 personas

• Sarah (10/5): - It was beautifully appointed, clean and spacious for our family of 6. We had everything we could need closeby and were able to walk to most places easily. Luca made himself available to answer any local questions we had, and his recommendations for restaurants were spot on. Nothing that I would not expect from a lived in home in Rome.

The check-in and check-out processes were very easy, and the owner was coope - The location is perfect; it’s only a 30-minute walk to the main attractions, and the tram is conveniently located right in front of the apartment. The building is safe, and the residents are friendly. Restaurants and supermarkets are very close by. The apartment itself is spacious and extremely clean. The AC wasn't working well, so it was a bit cold, especially since we were there in January. Other than that, everything was perfect.

• Roni (10/5): Comfortable, homey, and close to everything we wanted 😊 - The apartment is beautiful in a very central area, walking distance from many restaurants and cafes. There is AC and a lot of room! Alessandra the owner of the apartment was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. There is an elevator!
• Lindsay (9/5): Overall, I would stay here again! - Huge flat with so much space! The rooms were perfect for our stay. I really liked the building as well, its location was close to so much including the bus line, bars, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood cafes were awesome. The building and accommodations were clean and comfortable. We were also permitted to drop our luggage off early when we arrived in Rome. Two minor things, the keys were located nearby in a lock box that made it feel a bit like a scavenger hunt to access the property - not a huge deal once you find it. The flat was also not ready at check-in time, which was mostly just an issue with the cleaning crew. They permitted us to wait in the kitchen while they finished up and were very kind but we were really tired and hot from a day of exploring and it would have been nice to have that hour to shower and relax before our evening.

• Lori (7/5): Large, spacious apartment in a good location for transportation & walkable restaurants. - The location and size of the property were great. 2 couples, 2 bathrooms with very large living & dining area. The host was lovely & accommodating. She was easy to reach & she had prepared a handy list of nearby restaurants & grocery stores. Having a washer & dryer was most convenient. Kitchen was old and dated. There was no coffee maker as we had in the three other rentals we had during our stay in Italy.

She had a booster seat for eating, a diaper changing pad, a crib with blankets & toys for all our children in the living room!! It was amazing to have our children taken care of in this way. She also left us a pie and a bottle of wine which we enjoyed!
