• DANIEL (9/5): Pied à terre idéal pour découvrir Naples. A recommander. - Appartement très spacieux avec de belles et grandes chambres indépendantes, lumineux et calme, bien distribué avec de beaux volumes dans un élégant immeuble de la fin du siècle dernier, en étage avec ascenseur. Meublé avec goût. Situé dans un quartier central avec de nombreux et bons restaurants, pâtisseries et boutiques. Possibilité de faire de belles promenades à pieds. La station de métro Municipio juste à côté permet d'accéder très rapidement et facilement aux grands sites touristiques. Luana a été d'une présence remarquable et attentive pendant tout le séjour (bonnes adresses, conseils, logistique, facilitation pour les bagages...) Il serait souhaitable d'améliorer la qualité du sommier du lit de la plus grande chambre Dans la cuisine (bien équipée) en plus de la cafetière moka express qui fait certes partie de l'art de vivre à l'Italienne, une machine à café expresso (capsules ou café moulu) en plus serait bienvenue
• polsinelli (7/5): - The flat is very central, located in a well maintained historical building and ideal for walking around Napoli. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything needed. The host was available and helped us with logistics and recommendations. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms windows are exposed to the main road which is quite noisy during the night, they could be better isolated from noise and light.

Стильная, просторная, чистая в самом центре, но на улице немного шумно( расположение самый центр туристический )очень все удобно, внизу море кафешек, магазины, недалеко море, порт, достопримечательности. В квартире есть кофе, чай, сахар,стильный холодильник.Но самое главное великолепная хозяйка, очень внимательная Луана, заботливая, учтивая , много внимания от нее и рекомендации и советы , все было полезным! Если снова Неаполь то только к ней🌹 Шум на улице, но это район , ничего не изменится, если хотите центр, но удобно передвигаться, все рядом

• lewis (10/5): Fantastic holiday in a beautiful apartment with an excellent host - We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, the location is perfect, right in the heart of Napoli with so much to see in walking distance, the apartment is beautiful and spacious, the host Luana went above and beyond to help create a most memorable trip for my family, would 100% recommend staying here

• Patrick (5/5): Could have been so much better if it was in a nicer and more modern building. - Beautiful apartment and very spacious. Luana, the host, was really nice and friendly. She was very helpful in arranging taxi and boat services. The entrance from the street to the apartment was not inviting. The interior courtyard did not match the apartment. It was a bit scary, especially arriving in the evening. The electricity to the entire place went out shortly after arriving. There were no instructions on where the breaker box was located. We found it and had to turn off one of the A/Cs.

• Julie (10/5): Amazing apartment in the centre of Naples - large and spacious and very comfortable - would stay again in a heartbeat. - Loved the location, the size of apartment that was beautifully furnished, the owner (Luana) who was incredibly responsive and helpful and made us feel very welcomed. No complaints at all.

• Georgina (9/5): Lovely apartment in a beautiful city. Right in the hustle and bustle of Naples. - The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and air conditioned. Really important because it was very hot outside. The beds were super comfortable. Really central for the Spanish quarter with a lot of restaurants and shopping close by. Handy for a walk to the train station and the local sites. The owner sent lots of recommendations for things to see and do. She also provided a local driver for an airport pick up for €30. Cheaper and less crazy driving than a taxi. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The only reason I haven’t given a 10 is because the gas bottle was empty and we couldn’t brew the coffee we bought in the mornings. Caffeine is important to us. 😂 Many thanks to our host and her friendly driver friend. He was really nice and pointed out sights for us to go to. The photo of the breakfast is the food at the amazing healthy breakfast bar right underneath the apartments. Highly recommend. Just needed the gas for the hob.

This is nice if you’re looking to have a bite at home. There are many pasticceria in the area, I recommend Poppella there fiocco di neve are out of this world. Close to taxi cab area never need to worry about transportation. Nothing
• Catherine (10/5): Fabulous stay in a very elegant apartment in a lovely area of the city, great host. - I loved everything about this property. First they have AC in every room which is very unusual for Italy. They have an elevator, we were on the 3rd floor and believe me you did not want to walk up steps in 90 degree weather. The apartment is very elegant it has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a complete kitchen just in case you wanted to cook. The apartment is large in size and has a clothes line and clothes pins just in case you wanted to wash your under garments and hang them outside, I promise with the heat in Italy they will be dry in hours. The area of the city was great lots of shops and cafes, easy walk to many tourists sites. The pictures on the website are true to how the apartment looks. I never meet the host but she always checked in on me via What’s App and we also spoke on the phone. There is a doorman that takes care of the building and he is always there to help. Host arranged for taxi to take us to the airport. Luana was a great host! I hope to return one day and would stay at this property again. There is really no negative to this property.

• Lisa (10/5): A wonderful apartment in the perfect neighborhood. - We were three generations staying here including my 89 year old dad and 27 year old son. With three bedrooms we were all perfectly comfortable and the living room was wonderfully large to hang out in. The location is so central - we could walk, grab a taxi, or take the metro everywhere. We were so sad to leave! N/A

The apartment was incredibly spacious, with big rooms, comfortable beds, and the convenience of two bathrooms—perfect for a group stay. The location in the city center couldn’t have been better. We were within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, cultural attractions, and historical sites, making it easy to explore Naples without needing transportation. A nearby subway station also made it convenient to visit museums and historic sites like Pompeii and Villa Poppea. Our host Luana was great, providing us with valuable information, interesting background about the area, and useful tips that truly enhanced our experience. Her hospitality made us feel welcome and ensured we made the most of our time in the city. Especially the recommended restaurants were very good. Overall, a great stay in a comfortable and well-located apartment. Highly recommended!
