• SPYRIDON (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια. Δίπλα στο σταθμό τρένου και δίπλα στο κέντρο. Με ωραία και μεγάλη εκκλησία ακριβως απ' έξω. 5 μέρες δεν μπήκε κάνεις να καθαρίσει ούτε να μας αλλάξει σεντόνια και τα σακουλάκια με τα χαρτιά. Και λίγο βρώμικο το πάτωμα και το κρεβάτι.

• Letizia (1/5): Horrible. - On the first night, unable to open the door;therefore I was locked in the room all night like a prisoner. I had to beg him to come and he did not arrive until the next 10:00 next morning. The room was ice cold. No heat generated into the bedroom or bathroom. The spare blankets were horrible. I had to use the hair blow dryer to warm pajamas and sheets all night, awakened to the ice cold room. Cold air streaming into the bedroom. The lock box of the keys very difficult to get into. There was an alley below of restaurants. There was loud screaming, singing, auguring until 11 pm. Monday 2:30 am garbage truck came. Again screaming, aurguring for a half hour. Then cats started screaming.
• Krasimir Ivanov (10/5): Very helpful host. - The place was beautiful and exactly in front of Santa Maria Maggiore. The room was clean, comfortable, cosy with a view to Santa Prassede. I forgote my coat there and Engin (the host) was extremely kind and helpful. Great value for the money!

• mahdi (7/5): Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour court, pratique et bien situé à Rome. - L’emplacement est idéal, très proche de la gare Roma Termini et à deux pas des principaux sites touristiques. L’appartement est petit, mais bien aménagé avec une petite penderie, une douche agréable et tout le nécessaire. L’accès est très facile avec un check-in autonome grâce à une boîte à clé juste à côté de la porte, ce qui est très pratique. Le lit est confortable, parfait pour un séjour de 2 à 3 jours. On trouve facilement des magasins et transports à proximité. Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour court, pratique et bien situé à Rome. La chambre est petit
• Silviu (1/5): No hot water - — This is my first 1-star review in 14 years of using Booking. The accommodation has no hot water. In the evening, there was no hot water, I contacted the owner, and he did nothing. The next morning, the situation was the same – only cold water. I contacted the owner again, and he didn’t even have the decency to reply. Completely ruined stay, disrespectful owner. Dirty walls. Be careful when booking!

• Roberta (6/5): Solo la posizione - La struttura è in una posizione ottima. Vicino alla stazione Termini, a pochi passi da Monti e Via Nazionale. La stanza e il bagno erano in ordine e puliti, tuttavia in 4 giorni (3 notti) di soggiorno nessuno è passato a riordinare la stanza o svuotare i cestini. Per cui ho provato a tenere pulito il pavimento con fazzoletti di carta oltre a rifarmi il letto. Neanche un bicchiere dove inserire lo spazzolino. Viaggiavo per lavoro e nonostante abbia chiesto più volte la ricevuta/attestato di pagamento della tassa di soggiorno, non mi è stata rilasciata. Confermo quanto letto nei commenti in merito alle pareti "sottili" e rumori.

• Nikhil (10/5): Loved the stay - A 10/10 location! This place is so close to the station one can literally walk- we had 2 checked bags and cabin bags still walked! The apartment is in a very good neighborhood with a lift and it was very good a stay. There were cafes and restaurants all around so we didnt have to rush. The famous tourist attractions are also close by. We walked to the Colloseum etc. Bus stops are close by too and grocery stores in case you want to grab anything. The host was kind and accommodating. He helped us with an issue we faced during the stay. All was good.

• Landen (10/5): All in all a wonderful stay! No major complaints! - Wonderful location, great host, rooms were nice and clean. The Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major is literally right across the street which is great because it can get so busy there so you have the advantage of getting in early before the crowds. Shower is a little small if you are a larger person, bad smell from the courtyard when you enter but don’t fear, it isn’t in the rooms. Wish it had a mini fridge.

• Loretta (10/5): Excellent - I really recommend the Dielle Apartments if you want to stay in Rome. It’s a nice and clear room, near the main attractions by walk, and 10 min. from the Termini station. Many restaurants available nearby. The owner gave us all the details about the room, check-in and check-out.

If you go to Rome for a weekend the place is perfect. Our problem was that we stayed for a week and nobody cleaned the room for the whole week. If we knew it probably we’d have chosen another place to stay.

• Fanya (5/5): Just a room and bathroom - It was a room with a bathroom within an apartment suite that looks like it is converted to 3 bedrooms. The only positive thing was that the room and bathroom were clean and updated. It had a wardrobe closet, 2 bedside tables, 2 chairs and a pull down table along with the bed in the room. Walk in shower was adquate in size. Shower head was good. They had lock box for keys so didnt need to wait for anyone at checkin. Location is right across from Santa Maria Maggiore Church and is only 4 blocks from the termini so away but close to the hub of places to see. Walking distance to Monti area and Colosseum. Farther walk to Trevi, Spanish steps and Trastevere. Take metro to go to Vatican is very easy from here. Communication with whomever owns the room was difficult. Barely responded to requests or questions and gave instructions to entry on day of arrival. The toilet seat was broken and the ring to the door lock was coming off. After reporting these deficiencies, no one came to look at the issues or fix it. The owner requested the highest payment of city tax per day (a 5 star rated one of $7 euro pp per day) but this room is not a 5 star rated place. They should only be charging tax of $3 or 4 euro per day pp.

• Cesar (9/5): Great location next to train main station - Is situated right next to the basilica Santa Maria Maggiore and next to the main station Termini. Lots of cafes next to it. All was good.. The explanation where the entrance is could have been better..
• Wheeldon (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect getting into Rome to stay here, close to the station next to a nice piazza. Comfortable bed with cozy linen and towels. Hosts were flexible and provided self check in which was nice and easy.
• Leesa (7/5): Great location. - We loved the location with its proximity to Rome Termini and the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore church. The street below had numerous restaurants and cafes to choose from and the area in general felt safe to walk about at night. The property felt clean and the entry instructions very clear from the host. We had no hot water until the morning we left. The room was small and we had to lift suitcases onto the bed to be able to open them which was a minor inconvenience

The door to the room itself is a sliding door as if it's from a wardrobe, with a key lock on it. Didn't feel very private/safe. Air conditioning remote was not in the room. We didn't meet the host at all, although we did get a text on arrival and departure but no response message during our stay at all - quite unhelpful.
• Mario (1/5): Not recommended, the host doesn’t want you to use the facilities and ingnore the guests - It was located was very convenient, so close to the Roma Termino, Coliseum and other interesting places The place was too small; the heater radiators and the air conditioner don’t work or the host doesn’t want you to use it. On the other hand, I reported the first day that the lock door was damage and every time that I tried to open it the handle came off, this is to dangerous in case is emergency evacuation becouse it’s not easy to open. It took more than 5min to open evert time that I had to exit while I found the way to “solve it”. I asked to the host about that but the person ignored my asks.

• Corrie (5/5): Eh - Location was good and staff were nice to address our concerns about the safety issues we had. Bed was soft and bathroom was decent. Cleaners got some of the mold the following day but behind the heater is sus. Dark mold under the window and behind the heater. We had a hard time getting the key at check-in. Then getting out, the handle kept coming off the door. The door issues were very frustrating at arrival and trying to leave.
• Yasmin (4/5): Disappointing - The location is fantastic! It's within walking distance of all the major attractions. Plus, the room itself was clean. While the room description listed it as 18 square meters, it felt significantly smaller and uncomfortable for three guests. Movement was quite restricted, making the stay less enjoyable. I believe the room isn't suitable for triple occupancy, and the owner should reconsider advertising it as such. Additionally, the description mentioned a sofa bed, but upon arrival, we found a simple fold-out bed instead. This wasn't what we expected.
• Jennifer (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect size for a single person who is travelling for work and needs a shower and a bed. There is a jug, but you need your own tea/ coffee etc. Streaming service available, but your own log in required (and with no wifi as mentioned later, we couldn’t access it). Towels are fresh, and a good size. Wardrobe handy to hang jackets etc. Shower set up is awkward. The door closes to the right and the tap is on the left, meaning you can’t turn the shower on without being in the shower. Heat pump on the wall but I was told that heating is control automatically with no option to change it to suit our needs. Very disappointing that the wifi password didn’t work for us. Several message with the host who said they check with others and there wasn’t a problem, so then ignored my messages. I sent a video recording of us plugging in the password to show we were using what was given to us, but no reply.

• Mohit (3/5): Frustrating experience - Locations was ok. Close to the Colosseum, but about 20-30 minutes from every thing else. The room was pretty clean and the owner was very responsive. Pretty close to Roma Termini so good to get to from the airport and good access to the metro line 7. The size of the room was very small. The toilet seat was not attached properly and we had to ask to replace the toilet seat, which they did to be fair to them after a couple of days. It was quite noisy from outside too, and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from the neighbouring room.

• Andra (7/5): Great location, communication, and price but noisy, cramped, and the host proved inflexible. - I recently had the opportunity to stay at this accommodation in Rome together with 2 other friends and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. I believe in providing fair and honest feedback, so here's my review: Location: The location of this accommodation was fantastic. It was right in the heart of Rome, making it convenient to explore the city's many attractions. We were within walking distance of some of the most famous landmarks, and that was a huge plus. Also the area had tons of options for restaurants, cafes and bars. Communication with the Host: The host was friendly and responsive to our messages. They provided us with clear check-in instructions and helpful tips for our stay. Accessibility: The accommodation was easy to find and accessible, especially with public transportation. This made our travels around the city hassle-free. Price: The cost of our stay was reasonable, considering the prime location in Rome. We felt that we got good value for our money. Noise Level: Unfortunately, the accommodation's location also had a downside – it was quite noisy, being situated on the first floor of the building in a very busy area. The most bothersome issue were the garbage trucks and the packs of noisy teenagers - we assumed from a nearby school - gathering by the window early in the morning. This made it difficult to get a good rest. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice. Lack of Flexibility: We encountered an issue when we asked the host if we could leave two small trolleys in the room for just an hour before our departure to the airport. The host did not allow this, which was a bit disappointing and seemed inflexible. Limited Space: The accommodation was quite small for three people. There was barely enough room to move around comfortably, and there was very little storage space for our belongings. We felt cramped during our stay. No Blankets Available: To our surprise, there were no blankets available in the room. We had to request them from the host, which was a bit inconvenient. Basic amenities like blankets should be readily available to guests. In conclusion, our stay at Dielle Apartments had its ups and downs. While the location, communication with the host, accessibility, and price were all positives, the noise level, lack of flexibility, limited space, and the absence of blankets were significant drawbacks. If you can tolerate some inconveniences, this accommodation might work for you, especially if you're more focused on exploring the city and less on the comfort of your lodging.
