• AGBOOLA COLE (7/5): Key collection .I would have been stranded if a friend living in London did not bring me to the prop - nearness to key facilities in town getting access to property is clear challenge for a foreigner who does not have a local phone to call. i chatted while at the airport using the wifi yet no one was waiting at the property to check me in

• Markus (8/5): Prima Lage - netter Empfang - Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Der Empfang fand pünktlich um 15:00 Uhr statt. Ein Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft wartete bereits auf uns und öffnete die Haustür und gab uns die Zugangscodes für den Haupteingang und das Unterkunftszimmer (je verschieden)! Weiterhin wurden uns die Einrichtung erklärt (soweit nötig) Heizung und Öffnen und Schließen des Fensters z.B. Die Lage der Unterkunft war top man konnte fußläufig ca. 600 m zur U-Bahn Marble Arch sowie ca. 300 m zur U-Bahn-Station Edgware Road laufen. Außerdem ca. 200 m. diverse Buslinien direkt am Hyde-Park angrenzend. Das Bett war absolut in Ordnung vom Schlafkomfort. Café-Bäckerei (mit frischer Herstellung) "Boxcar" fußläufig nur schräg gegenüber ca. 100 m auf der anderen Strassenseite ABSOLUT zu empfehlen. Das Geschirr (Teller) waren noch verschmutzt im Schrank. Weiterhin waren auch keine Gabeln da.
• LORENZO (5/5): Londra è fantastica, ma per avere un appartamento ad un prezzo accettabile bisogna adattarsi. - Posizione fantastica e quartiere stupendo. Stanza piccola, bagno minuscolo, sporca e senza i servizi descritti (abbiamo chiesto di poter avere un asciugacapelli e in 4 giorni nessuno ci ha aiutato). Lo staff era cordiale nelle risposte (palesemente autogenerate con AI) ma non ha fatto nulla per soddisfare la nostra richiesta. Inoltre, avevamo fissato l'appuntamento per il check-in alle ore 15:00 ma il responsabile che doveva aprirci l’appartamento é arrivato con oltre mezz’ora di ritardo.

• Francesca (6/5): Sufficiente per un breve soggiorno - La struttura si trova tra Oxford street e Paddington, vicino Baker Street ma il quartiere in sé non è bello come può essere Marylebone o Paddington. A Londra traversa prima o traversa dopo può fare la differenza. Tutto sommato comoda, perché a qualche traversa di distanza ci sono bei locali frequentati da londinesi ed anche a Oxford street è vicina. Molti supermarket, caffè e bar. Due le stazioni metro vicine a circa 15/20 minuti a piedi. Il monolocale è fornito di cucina attrezzata (no macchina del caffè) e bagno in camera. Purtroppo, come spesso accade a Londra, la stanza è veramente piccola: letto piccolo, non c’è un tavolo per mangiare, lavandino del bagno piccolo, niente porta asciugamani o mensole dove poggiare le cose. Stando al piano terra abbiamo potuto godere poco della luce naturale perché sono presenti solo tende oscuranti che, per ovvi motivi, abbiamo potuto aprire solo in parte. • Linda (3/5): En aio varata tätä paikkaa uudestaan. - Puhtaat lakanat. Hyvä, että on oma keittokomero. Henkilökunta ei ollut kovin hyvin tavoitettavissa, kaikissa puheluissa oli ongelmia yhteydessä. Vaikka ilmoitin heille hyvissä ajoin tulostani, jouduin silti odottamaan paikan päällä pitkän aikaa ja soittamaan uudelleen heille. Paikan päälle tullut henkilö puhui todella epäselvästi ja vaikutti siltä, ettei häntä kiinnosta yhtään. Jouduin majoittumaan kellarissa, jossa haisi homeelta. Mainitsin tästä henkilökunnalle, mutta hän ei reagoinut asiaan mitenkään. Huone oli ok siisti, mutta sänky ei ollut oikea sänky, vaan sohva, joka oli levitetty sängyksi. Tästä syystä se oli todella kova ja epämiellyttävä nukkua, selkäni tuli tosi kipeäksi. Alue ei ole kaikista turvallisin liikkua yksin pimeällä, se kannattaa ottaa huomioon.

• Alexander (8/5): - Die Lage ist ausgesprochen gut! Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war sehr sauber! Was zu verbessern wäre: mehr Haken zum Aufhängen, Geschirrtücher, eine neue Schlafcouch. Wer es am Abend ruhiger möchte, sollte nicht das ebenerdige Studio wählen, da die Eingangstür sehr laut in die Falle fällt!

• Savreux (3/5): Don’t recommend !! - It is situated in a good neighbourhood. When we arrived there was a smell of drugs that we spent DAYS to get rid of. The noise coming from the hallway and the other rooms is so annoying, there was noise all night long and it was difficult for us to sleep. The couch is not very confortable to sleep on.

• Nadir (9/5): Nice stay - Very good communication from the host before and during the stay. I appreciated someone was waiting for me and explain everything about the room for the check-in. Everything, utilities were working perfectly. The location is excellent. I did not take heavy luggage, but someone may struggle to go upstairs with large/heavy luggage to take to the room if in the top floors. Stairs is narrow and steepy. .

Tiny and not clean plus an uncomfy bed. - It was in a good location The room was tiny and in the basement looking out on a tacky garden so we couldn’t open our curtains. The photos make it look a lot nicer than it is. The bed was rock solid so we couldn’t sleep and I have hurt my neck really badly. The room needs a really good clean. The counters and side table were thick of dust. The shower tray had a big crack that water was getting through. It felt like you were going to fall through it. Even though this property was reasonable for London, I wouldn’t stay again. We were barely in the room due to its size and cleanliness. I don’t think it should be called a suite.

• ELISAVET (9/5): - The studios are really good! They are located in one of the best locations in London. There is everything around you...Hyde park, Oxford Street, buses, underground and in a 10min walk you can find also Elizabeth line. The room is very clean, warm and very clean bathroom!! I would choose it again and again!! The price of rent (but it is a general problem) and the narrow stairs if you live on the upper studio.
• FRANCO MARTIN (9/5): - Estuvimos alojados 5 noches en un departamento que era subsuelo, se accedia muy fácilmente por una escalera interior. Nos recibieron excelente desde el primer momento, siempre atentos a nuestra llegada. El depto muy completo, cama y ducha excelentes. Tenes un armario para guardar ropa (no la valija), una cocina completa que utilizamos para desayunos y cenas y el baño con excelente ducha, que siempre después de un largo dia es muy deseado. Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que no estaba el secador de pelo y a la mañana siguiente ya nos lo habían llevado. Hay lavarropas y secadoras común que se pueden utilizar. La verdad, una excelente estadía para 5 noches para 2 personas. Muy recomendado

• Birand (4/5): - The location was great. Close to public transport. There is literally 0 soundproofing in the room. The window have a gap that lets cold air in the whole time. We had an incident where people were screaming and banging on walls at 3am during the night. I messaged them through booking.com and WhatsApp to inform but they just said: we will investigate. Booking.com told me that the host had spoken with me and I had accepted their solution when that was not true and I heard nothing after I complained? To be honest, I would get a different place for the same amount what I paid. We did not feel safe as you cannot lock the door from the inside in any way (digital lock)
• Maarja (7/5): Good location. Free wifi. - The apartment was well located, close to bus and metro stations. Also Oxford Street and shops within walking distance. The apartment itself was ok. Some places were dusty, but the overall picture was clean and tidy. The four of us were quite cramped there, but the bed and sofa bed were there and quite comfortable. There was also a dining table. Free wifi. The kitchen could have some basic things - salt, sugar, oil. So that when coming as a tourist, you don't have to buy such things from the store, so that you can fry an egg yourself in the morning, for example. There could also be paper towels in the kitchen. The check IN system could have been better - we had to wait on site for 25 minutes, even though I called 30 minutes in advance to say we were arriving. The door itself had a code, it could have also been transmitted as a message so that no one extra would have to come and the guests wouldn't have to wait.

• Birch (5/5): Needs some improvements - Location was very good for us. The staff were friendly enough. No tea or coffee facility, the kettle didn't work so had to use the microwave to make a hot drink, the microwave plate wasn't clean. Some of the dishes and plates are chipped in the very high cupboards. The washing up sponge isn't new and we'll used , no drying towel for the kitchenette to dry cups etc. There's a very large crack in the shower tray/ dangerous for possibly injury if not careful. Had to call again after waiting almost half an hour outside the building when we had already called as directed half hour before arrival at the pottery. I was told that someone would be waiting outside to show us to our Studio room no one was there so called again and they were in the building, if I had known I would have rang the bell. I was told to wait if no one was outside waiting for us, not good communication there 😒. The towel rail in the bathroom is loose and not working, the room radiator also not working.

The apartment is quite small for four people for a long stay. The bathroom lacks hooks for towels and clothes, and there are no shelves for a cosmetics bag. There was a lot of dust behind the bed. Basic amenities, such as sugar, salt, and tea, were missing for the first day.

• Liisa (8/5): Kiva paikka ja asunto, mutta pientä parannusta vaille - Rauhallinen ja viehättävä sijainti silti lähellä kaikkea, parisängyn mukavuus, lämmin suihku ja siisti wc. Hyvä tv. Vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja jääkaappi. Hyvät liinavaatteet. Wc-paperia oli liian vähän, parisänky oli melko kapea ja lisävuoteena käytetty vuodesohva oli liian lyhyt jopa 140cm pitkälle lapselle. Hella ei toiminut. Yhtään naulakkoa ei ollut eteisessä, huoneessa eikä wc:ssä. Roska-astia oli riittämätön ja lisäpusseja ei ollut. Myöskään astiankuivauspyyhkeitä ei ollut.

• Elena (2/5): The ac didn’t work and it was freezing cold - Location When we arrived, we had to wait a long time for the person who was supposed to give us the code, and we were waiting in the cold and rain. We were told that the hotel would have air conditioning for basic heating, but it wasn’t working. When we asked them to fix it, they said they would, but it was never done. There was only a small electric heater, which was very unsafe and took a very long time to warm up the room.

The responses were extremely slow and we were left waiting outside until we gave up and found a hotel elsewhere. They ask for a 30 min heads up for your arrival time, which I gave and no one was there. I have requested a refund and they have refused.

• Rosa (6/5): - The central location to Marble Arch bus stop and shops. The pull out bed when made flat to sleep in was uncomfortable due to the metal frame. Our toaster was broken and we had no kettle when we checked in, but that was soon fixed for us, upon our request. The staircase was really narrow and made it hard to carry luggage up and down.

• Alicia (8/5): Petit logement manque de propreté et de rangement - La proximité des transports en communs c’est un vrai plus et le faite d’être proche de tout. Nous n’avons pas apprécié le fait que certains autres occupants se permettent de faire un bruit excessif à des heures très tardives ou très matinales, ni leur manque de respect envers autrui. De plus, le logement souffre d’un manque important d’insonorisation. Par ailleurs, le logement n’était pas suffisamment propre à notre arrivée : plusieurs ustensiles de cuisine ainsi que certains couverts étaient sales. Le point qui nous a le plus perturbés et choqués concerne la présence d’insectes dans le lit, plus précisément au niveau des taies d’oreiller. J’ai pris plusieurs photos afin de pouvoir les montrer aux hôtes si nécessaire. Malgré le fait que nous ayons tout vérifié et aspiré, les insectes sont revenus. Nous avons craint qu’il puisse s’agir de punaises de lit. Nous avons également constaté l’apparition de rougeurs, semblables à de petits boutons, dans le dos de ma mère (deux) ainsi que dans le mien (une). Cela nous semble nécessiter un contrôle urgent. Concernant le reste de la propreté du logement, certains points restent également à vérifier. Nous tenions à en informer directement les hôtes. Nous vous remercions néanmoins pour l’accueil, qui a été gentil et agréable. Malgré ces désagréments, nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour

• Cristiana (9/5): Mini vacanță de Anul Nou la Londra - Studio mic și curat, într-o locație bună, destul de liniștită, stadală. Personalul a facilitat intrarea în studio după ce le-am comunicat prezența în clădire. Am avut coduri de acces la intrarea în clădire și la intrarea în studio. A fost Ok. A fost frig în cameră. Caloriferul era setat la maxim de căldură dar nu era suficient de mare să încălzească tot studioul. Frigul intra pe la geamuri. Pereții erau subțiri auzeam ce vorbeau vecinii.

• Isabella (5/5): - The furniture was very beautiful also the toilet was renewed, even if it was laid we found a shop to buy water and an adapter. I guess if you receive another flat on another level with the better view, it could be a nice place, but the price is way too high for what it is. We got a room directly directly next to the balcony exit, so our window we was directly on the balcony of the building, a huge wall and a pair of chairs and everybody who would use the balcony you could see directly in our room, I didn’t like that at all. It’s much more far away from Oxford Street or Hyde Park than you think and you have to walk through an era of Arab shops and restaurants. I had to make different calls to tell my arrival time to make sure that someone will be there to open, giving Just the code would have been better. Your room wasn’t really warm. Some dishes were dirty inside the kitchen. The man who came to introduce us in the room didn’t offered to help me with the Suitcase on the stairs
• Elena (3/5): Por su ubicación es cómodo pero el resto deja mucho que desear para el precio que tiene. - la ubicación el tamaño del estudio es mucho más pequeño de lo que aparenta ser en las fotos. además, se nota que han querido hacer muchos estudios en una misma casa y los espacios son muy reducidos. en el baño no hay enchufe. el secador estaba en medio del salón. la cocina no tenía utensilios suficientes y no pudimos usarla.

The neighborhood is quiet thus noise is not a problem - Water started leaking from the ceiling during the first night and never stopped. I had to put towels on the floor to have a path for moving around. - I noted that the emergency exit to the roof was used as storage for vaccum cleaner and cleaning stuff. I suspect this is a contravention of building code Now, I have traveled all my life and for this price I didn't expect Fairmont standard, that's ok. Also, things can happen, the world is not perfect, that's ok. But, I expect the host to try to fix something or propose a solution, which did not happen. - The remote; easiest thing in the world to buy a new one and leave in the apartment, not done - Waterleak, may not be so easy to fix, but which is the alternative or the remedy? Nothing in this case I was told somebody would come by to fix things. I packed my stuff and carried it around all day so that they would not be bothered. It turns out nobody ever went to the apartment.
• Dmitry (3/5): Find anothet space - The only really good thing is the location. Proximity to Hyde Park, Oxford street and Mayfair. So many things: leakage from the ceiling, no TV remote, no simple things like scissors, kitchen towels, paper towels. The entire design of the appartment is really not good for a person to stay even for 1 night…. All is simply not convenient.

• ABDULLAH (6/5): سيئ للغايه والثمن مرتفع. جدا. بالنسبه لاستديو - الموقع جيد النظافه الغرفه الاصوات. الغرفه المجاوره. واصوات عمال التنظيف فى الصباح الباكر مزعجه جدا ولا استطيع النوم ولا يوجد مصعد. مساحه الغرفه صغيره. والنافذة. ليست مغلقه باحكام. ويدخل منها الهواء البارد. ولا استطيع النوم. ولا يوجد مدفأة.
• Christos (6/5): - very good location , near in center of london with bus free wifi kind staff no face towels, only for hands and body. no cleaning service (trash were accumulating from 1 day) no soundproof(we could hear everything from the hallway)
• Martynas (7/5): Great location, good for short stay - The location is really comfortable as it was close to city center. The room is really small, not much space to put put your stuff. It was very strange that you must meet the employee in person to do the check in, even though outside and room doors have keypads and can be accessed with code. The walls are paper thin, you can hear neighbours noises or working washing machine in general area.
