Check in agevole. 3. Pulizia. Un bagno di tre aveva miscelatore doccia non funzionante. Il proprietario avvisato in merito non ha accennato ad alcun intervento. Occupavamo l’appartamento in 8 e questo ha complicato l’organizzazione del gruppo.

La manutenzione è carente a dir poco: -alcune porte non si chiudono perchè mancano dei pezzi -in una doccia non è possibile inserire la temperatura quindi si rischia di rimanere ustionati

En-suite shower not useable as water too hot and was not able to turn temp down. I don’t think they had set thermostat to a safe level.

• Katie (8/5): Would recommend! - Very spacious. Clean. Comfortable beds. Lovely kitchen and living space. Loved that there were 3 toilets to accommodate 3 rooms. Bathrooms really nicely decorated and modern. Good location. Easy check in. Good communication with hosts who were friendly. Very good, highly recommend. Our check out was at 11am and the host messaged us around 5 to 11 asking if we'd left yet as there was a cleaner booked - thought this was a a bit poor as the better thing to do would've been to book the cleaner for later rather than put any pressure on the guests. Other than this, very good stay overall.

• Jade (10/5): Excellent séjour dans un appartement bien aménagé, fonctionnel, idéalement situé avec une vue magnifique. - Séjour parfait ! L’appartement était très propre et parfaitement entretenu. La vue depuis le balcon est tout simplement incroyable, un vrai plus. L’emplacement est idéal : métro à proximité immédiate, logement très bien desservi et proche de tout. Le quartier est calme, sécurisé et agréable. Excellent séjour, je recommande sans hésiter.

It was conveniently location within walking distance of Shoreditch and Hackney. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern and well outfitted with dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The host was very helpful and even gave me recommendations for restaurants and attractions near the property. I had a truly fantastic stay! Nothing.

Heating good during very cold weather. Shower OK. Bed bit small for our liking. Washing machine not working, but they did fix that up, after a couple of calls.

Średnio czysto, kanapa twarda j niewygodna, trzeszcząca podłoga zarówno w mieszkaniu jak i na piętrze nad nim (w nocy budził mnie odgłos trzeszczącej podłogi u sąsiadów nad nami). Ogolnie slychac przez sciany rozmowy sąsiadów. Zdjęcie nie odzwierciedla faktycznego widoku apartamentu, drążek w szafie nie jest przymocowany (spada pod ciężarem pustych wieszaków). Poplamione ściany.
• henning (5/5): Rimelig - Flere subways tæt på, det er nemt,og gode store værelser gode indkøbsmuligheder, men alt kød, både i take aways og supermarkeder er halal eller kylling kvarteret men især naboer i opgangen, støjende og truende adfærd overfor hinanden især om aften og natten på trods af der reklameres med ro efter kl 22. Oc alt hvad der ikke virker i lejligheden :kun kogende vand i den ene bruser, alle toiletsæder er ved at falde af, samt døre der enten binder eller ikke kan låses, mangel på stole trods 2 beskeder til udlejer. Alt i alt er konklusionen: ingen luksus, men hvis man kan/tør bo i kvateret og får en klækkelig rabat ved booking, og kun skal bruge det til at overnatte i, og ikke er flere end 5, selvom de skriver op til 7 personer ( vi var 6, og det er for mange ), er det brugbart

Notre séjour dans cet établissement a été fortement impacté par un niveau de saleté générale inacceptable, aggravé par des draps manifestement sales que la direction a refusé de changer suite à notre réclamation. L'état global de l'hébergement laissait sérieusement à désirer, le linge de lit semblant usé et de qualité médiocre. Au-delà de l'hygiène, les installations sanitaires présentaient de nombreux défauts : une pression d'eau insuffisante, des traces de calcaire omniprésentes, une lunette de toilette désolidarisée, ainsi qu'une chasse d'eau qui débordait en éclaboussant le sol. De plus, la structure elle-même paraissait fragile, avec des portes et châssis branlants. Enfin, le confort thermique n'était pas au rendez-vous, la température étant apparemment trop élevée sans aucune possibilité de la réguler ou de la baisser.

• Cristientje (4/5): Disappointing - I would not recommend the area for a single person as didn't feel that safe. Two taxi drivers didn't want to take me there. Was better if you went back before it got dark. An attempt had been make to prise open the locks which I also mentioned. The dishwasher didn't work (door broken). The water in the shower was very hot and you couldn't mix it to a normal temperature so a. 1 minute shower before scalding. I spoke to the owner who said they would fix it but nothing happened. They asked me to take a picture of the boiler cupboard but didn't reply when I asked where it was. I couldn't find it in the flat or on the landing or entrance hall. The entrance is on a slope and if you have bags on wheel they crashed back on the front door when you were trying unlock the second door. Glad I moved even though a hassle as very busy but a much better apartment for less.

We met the staff by coincidence and he was simply exceptionally kind. Shampoo & Body Wash were missing and he immediately went to buy some for us. The 3 bedroom apartment is very nice as well. Decent decor, spacious rooms, comfy beds. The apartment has all tools for you to cook. Overall I have no complaints and our family has enjoyed the stay there. Location is decent with both underground & overground from the Whitechapel/Bethnal Green station just a few minutes walk away. It seems there is a small leak from the ceiling of the stairs while bathing in the common bathroom. Owner may keep an eye on that, but it's not a big deal. The kitchen ventilator may need to be cleaned as well.

They staged the apartment for the picture and took out the "extras" (pillows, coffee table, tv table). The couch and the bed are uncomfortable. It is not a place to hang out and feel comfortable.

• Ren (8/5): Decent private apartment with great facilities - Apartment was quite spacious. Neighborhood is quiet. Facilities were great with washer and dryer. The location can be slightly far if carrying luggage from the tube. Toilet is small and not well separated with shower thus causing mini floods around the toilet whenever you shower. The sofa bed is not sufficiently big enough for 2 people. Probably can only comfortably sleep one.

• Jacy (9/5): Superb - The location is superb for sightseeing in London including British Museum, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Natural History Museum, Westminster and Tower of London and visiting suburban London such as Hampton Court and Bushy Park. Being easily connected via a few tube lines and overground at Whitechapel and Enthnal Green Stations. Can conveniently pack sandwich meals, drinks and snacks before leaving for the City in the morning at Sainsbury's nearby. Also a community library near Whitechapel Station, if u wish to have a short visit. The host is clear in instructions and responsive with queries. The fridge, induction stove, oven and washing machine (with dryer) are all functional. Enough kitchenware to cook simple food. The shower is hot and powerful. We like the cleanliness of the palace and had a great stay there. The neighbourhood seems safe and you can have a great night view of the Gherkin building. Nothing.
