• Florencia (9/5): Value for the money, great location - Location, clean. The AC was a little bit loud, thats it. Then all great. Value for the money.
• Nurshazwani (8/5): Good Location but Noisy at Night - Very nice location, behind Times Square and near Lalaport. The hotel was clean, and the reception service was good. Easy check-in and check-out process, plus no deposit required. No parking is provided. Guests need to park at a paid parking area, which is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. However, if you are lucky, you may get a parking spot in front of the hotel. There is also no lock for the bathroom. It can be quite noisy until around 2–3 AM due to pub noise and people talking nearby. The curtains were also a bit dirty and would be better without visible stains.

• Claire (8/5): Super friendly and helpful staff and excellent location and value for money! - Very reasonably priced so awesome value for money! The staff were super friendly and helpful, unusually so at this price point hotel anywhere in the world! Extremely central location you can walk to the main shopping malls. The only thing that could be improved were beds and pillows. They were pretty hard and were not very uncomfortable.

• Atahirah (5/5): Ok je - I only like how it cost you & how modern the design is. Very beautiful The floor was oily, the iron outside was very uncomfortable to use, and there was no icebox. Most importantly, during this stay, my husband and I caught a running nose because the towels were extremely dusty. We requested new towel but still the dust was flying around the room and made the bathroom very dirty, with fibers scattered everywhere.

Within walking distance of Jalan Alor street food, but requires a deadly informal crossing along busy roads (otherwise rely on local expertise by tagging along). Also, Beranjaya Mall literally round the corner with a 7/11 so convenient. - very clean and hotel staff are very accommodating 24/7. When I left for five days for Penang, they kept my huge suitcase in their storage safe which saved me for lugging it around. How very considerate given there was no additional fee too - receiving an upgrade to my room - most likely will need to pay tax in cash so when you arrive make sure to have cash on you - most rooms don’t have windows. If you stay out the whole day in KL and only use the hotel to sleep/ shower then this hotel is doable - the room on the ground floor was a lot cleaner and more recently furnished/ more modernised than the third floor room despite it being in the cheaper range. Slightly confused at this (??)

Public tranport friendly and the hotel, although rating is low, but more than enough if you're those people more towards hanging out more than staying in the hotel. Some of the bedsheet having stain on it. Not much, but siggested to person 1 time bedsheet and pillow case for it. May purchase at Ecoshop, Miniso or KKV

I did not able to find the wire for the electric kettle, also I was not able to use the lift as it was not accessible for the other side of the building.

• Danielle (8/5): Very clean and nice rooms - I stayed at this hotel twice as the rooms were really nice and very clean, overall good value for money in comparison to other hotels/ residences in the area. The room got serviced every day wich was really nice. The staff were helpful and remembered me from my last visit. The aircon in the second room was not very effective and there was a noise all night from some kind of ventilation system which I had no control over. The first room had the water machine in the wall so this was a little disturbing, especially at early hours in the morning.

WiFi was quite poor in room would work for about an hour at time and then completely go off. Only other complaint is no window however I was aware of this when booking the room so can’t complain about this really!

Penso sia il miglior posto dove ho soggiornato in Malesia. La stanza moderna e pulitissima, così come l'intero hotel aveva sempre un buon profumo di fresco. La stanza, inoltre, aveva gli accessori necessari (phon, prodotti per il bagno, bollitore con caffè e the) per un soggiorno veramente piacevole e completo. Niente a che vedere o da invidiare ai famosi rooftop che propongono un finto lusso e che di bello hanno soltanto la vista con piscina. Personale sorridente e super efficiente. Anche la posizione dell'hotel e la zona in cui si trova mi è piaciuta tantissimo, da lì puoi raggiungere qualsiasi posto della città. Affianco una lavanderia a gettoni (sempre utile, ristoranti, supermercati, grandi centri commerciali e mezzi di trasporto. Mi sono trovata benissimo e se dovessi tornare a Kuala, sicuramente soggiornerei nuovamente qui! Assolutamente nulla

Excellence to him & the hotel 1st class culture🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 & its educating of staff!!!👍👍👍👍👍 Keep Up the Excellent Work guys & i am certain ur biz is going to rocket! only 1 room card was issued even i proposed to pay a deposit for a 2nd room card. tis is actually quite inconvenient for us as we might intend to leave the room & be back at different time... 😐
