• Bernát (5/5): - Ubytovanie bolo v super lokalite blízko predajne s potravinami. Pár minút od ubytovania sa nachádza Vatikán a taktiež zastávka metra. Kúpeľňa je moderne zariadená. Po príchode na ubytovanie nám udrela do očí veľká zrkadlová stena ktorá bola veľmi špinavá, prach bol v každej miestnosti na zemi. V spálni, na čele postele bola výrazna vrstva prachu taktiež aj na stenách vedľa postele, aj v spoločnej miestnosti kde sa na stene nachádzal dekoratívny panel, ktorý bol výrazne zanesený prachom. Na kuchynskej linke na hrane chýbala povrchová časť nábytku. Po prvej noci v apartmáne paplón vykĺzol z návlečiek nakoľko tam nebol žiadnym spôsobom uchytený, pričom sme si všimli výrazné a zaschnuté škrvny na paplóne. Čo sa týka vybavenia, v apartmáne sme bohužiaľ nenašli utierky na riad, a tak sme utierali umytý riad do uterákov.
• Szymczak (10/5): - Apartament godny polecenia, w pełni wyposażony o bardzo ładnym wnętrzu. Według mnie świetna lokalizacja. Wszystko w najlepszym porządku, dużo przestrzeni i bardzo wygodnie.
• Parah (8/5): Good location and great decoration but cleaning and guest relations could be better. - Location was very close to the Vatican museums ( about a 14 minute walk) the bus stations are in very close proximity so that was a huge help. Good place to stay If you plan on getting around via public transport. I also really liked the amenities and decor. The cleaning could definitely be improved. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the patio because the furniture was not clean, hair from previous guests on bathroom wall, as well as an accumulation of dust on decorative plants and the head board for the bed. The accommodation allowed for early bag drop off which was a major plus since I arrived in Rome at 9am but then i received a message from the property manager asking if I could push my check in to 4/5 PM instead of 3pm so that they could complete a photoshoot in the accommodation. This was pretty off putting as I had over a 13 hour journey to Italy and felt it lacked consideration. when I got there the cleaning staff was also there and told me they still had some things to clean so I had to wait another 15 minutes before I could enter. I feel like there may have been a communication error between cleaning staff and management but overall this incident was not the most pleasant way to start my trip. Other than these things there weren’t any issues.

• Katarzyna (8/5): - Lokalizacja świetna, w mieszkaniu wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy, pobyt udany Czystość mogłaby być lepsza - przydałoby się dokładniejsze sprzątanie przed przyjazdem gości.

• Nadezhda (9/5): Superb - Very good location, close to a metro station, to a nice area of shops, and most of all - to Vatican. The place is specious, with a huge bathroom and anything you need is available. Strange decision for the fridge to be on the balcony, it took us a while to find it 🙂 The sofa is not comfortable for sleeping but it worked since we were three people.
