El apartamento estaba muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario, el vecindario tranquilo y en el barrio había todo lo necesario para abastecernos y buenos restaurantes. Nada, todo fue perfecto.

• Darius (1/5): Freezing cold, no heating, terrible host. - OK neighbourhood, pretty bad looking buildings and surroundings but enough shops and restaurants nearby, also close to the metro. The property itself was fine in terms of how it looked. DO NOT BOOK. The host is a liar who prioritizes electricity bills over guest health. One hour before arrival, he claimed the heating was broken, forcing us to use AC units. We discovered he was remotely monitoring and restricting the AC via a Wi-Fi app from his phone, arbitrarily shutting them off at night and capping them at 22°C. I was staying here with a high fever. Despite begging him via WhatsApp to leave the heat on so I could recover, he deliberately ignored me to save money. He lied, claiming "Italian Law" mandates these restrictions; this is a total fabrication used to gaslight guests. He ignored all calls from us and from Booking.com (who issued us a partial refund due to his negligence), but then he texted us a long text when the check out was due, in order to make sure we leave by 11:00 am and demand us the €60 cash tax. The kitchen was an icebox and the bathroom was freezing. This host is a predator who monitors your energy use like "energy communism." Save your health: stay elsewhere. Couldn't cook at all in the kitchen without the smell going inside the whole house, it is not well isolated. Even though we were 2 guests the owner asked me beforehand if he should prepare the double bed or 2 twin beds. Why wouldn't he prepare the whole house? I told him we will sleep separately and he prepared a double bed and a small twin bed instead of preparing every bed. What if one night I wanted to sleep in the same room with my friend? Some pillows were also really uncomfortable, The keybox instructions weren't very clear, he sent me a picture of an electric meter where the keys were located though he failed to give a clear video. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I will attach photos of him ignoring my plea on whatsapp. Whatever his reply is, don't fall for it. There are hundreds if not thousands of other accomodations in Rome, do not make the same mistake as me by staying here.
• IGOR (10/5): Super! Completely met my expectations and even more. - Great hosts, great location, close to the Metro A, not far from the airport Ciampino. The apartment has everything you need, including two air conditioners, kitchen equipment and nice little gifts from the owners to make the stay here enjoyable. Thanks! 👍 The marble floor is quite cold in winter, it's better to have slippers.

È possibile cucinare: la casa è completamente attrezzata e curata in ogni dettaglio. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e fornisce tutte le indicazioni e le informazioni necessarie piccole chicche presenti in casa, come l’ombrellino per la pioggia, pensato per ogni evenienza. Un alloggio davvero comodissimo, accogliente e ben organizzato.

• Torre (10/5): - Appartamento davvero funzionale e in una posizione strategica. Il vero punto di forza è la vicinanza alla metro Lucio Sestio: in due minuti a piedi ci si arriva e il centro è a portata di mano. La casa è confortevole e, a differenza di molti altri alloggi, l'ho trovata molto ben fornita di tutto l'essenziale per cucinare e vivere comodamente (pentole, padelle, lavastoviglie, moka ecc). Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo, considerando quanto è comodo avere negozi e servizi sotto casa. Pratico e conveniente per chi vuole girare Roma senza stress.

• Michał (10/5): - Mieszkanie znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, tuż przy przystanku metra linii A, dzięki czemu dojazd do centrum jest bezproblemowy. Sama okolica cicha i spokojna, nieopodal znajdują się supermarkety. Lokal jest bardzo przestronny i komfortowy. Posiada wszelkie niezbędne udogodnienia (w tym nawet TV z funkcją Smart 👍🏻). Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i schludne. Osobne zdanie o gospodarzu: Stefano jest niezwykle otwarty, uprzejmy i elastyczny. Nie było żadnego problemu w ustaleniu szczegółów dotyczących zameldowania, wymeldowania itd. Udzielił wielu wskazówek odnośnie dojazdu, polecanych atrakcji i restauracji. Pobyt bardzo się nam podobał i z pewnością tu wrócimy. Ciężko się do czegokolwiek przyczepić.

L'appartamento è estremamente pulito ed ordinato e l'host ha pensato proprio a tutto dotandolo di ogni cosa di cui gli ospiti potrebbero avere bisogno durante il soggiorno. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. Posizione comodissima, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana, con cui in pochissimo tempo si può raggiungere il centro e visitare la città. Il proprietario è eccezionale per cortesia e disponibilità. Rapporto qualità/prezzo insuperabile. Lo consigliamo vivamente e ci torneremo di certo quando avremo occasione di visitare nuovamente questa bellissima città. Non ho nulla da consigliare se non di continuare così.

Nella zona si possono trovare molti negozi. L'appartamento è pulito e ordinato con tutto quello che può servire. Climatizzatore presente, cosa che salva soprattutto di estate. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Appartamento perfetto, consiglio a tutti.

• cohen (10/5): דירה נהדרת למשפחה - דירה מאוד פונקציונלית מתאימה למשפחה עם שלושה ילדים. בעל הדירה פינק בחטיפים מים קרים ובקבוקוני אפרול. יש קפה ומכונת מקינטה. המקלחון מאוד צפוף. הוסיפו ראש פינוק שזה מאוד נחמד אבל כמעט ואין מקום לעמוד בין המוט לבין הזכוכית.

Enough kitchen utensils, and crockery are available for a large group. The TVs in the two bedrooms are modern and I was able to use AirPlay to stream from my phone. The WiFi was fast.

The owner Stefano was extremely kind and helped us throughout our stay with all necessary information about our visit to Rome, suggestions on where to eat nice Italian food, websites to buy tickets for the most famous tourist attractions, etc. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable with all the necessities for a family holiday and also very close to the metro station (Line -A), 15 minutes from the main tourist sites. We had a nice time and hope to come back again.

The location is perfect, only few minutes walking distance to the nearest underground train station, for an easy connection to the city center. The owner of the apartment Stefano is very kind, absolutely reliable and supportive. Long story short- we are absolutely satisfied and would clearly recommend this apartment in Rome. • Jevgenij (10/5): Would I stay in this apartment again? Of course I would. - The owner of the apartment Stefano is a very nice and helpful person. Throughout our stay in Rome he was always in touch and answered our questions. He gave us recommendations for excursions around the city and sightseeing. Upon arrival, Stefano met us outside the house, showed us around and showed us the apartment. The apartment is two bedrooms, kitchen, hallway with corridor, balcony, loggia, toilet and bath. All rooms are separate (not passable!). From the apartment we had two pairs of keys. The apartment had everything we needed - cutlery, plates, pots, pans, gas stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, ironing board with iron, hair dryer. Excellent accessibility to the city center. Near two metro stations Lucio Sestio (440 m) and Giulio Agricola (400 m). To the city center 15-20 minutes. In walking distance to several supermarkets, various pizzerias, cafeterias, pharmacies, etc. There was no electric kettle. But it was not critical. The sofa bed creaked.

Also property owner was wery kind and helpful. To be short wery reccomend. There was building which was noisy in the mornings, generally it is not owner's problem just occasionally it happened. So can't count as disatvantage of this property, but yes, it could happen with anyone.

The building has lift/elevator. The location was also very good, close to Metro A line and there were many restaurants, shops, supermarket nearby. The apartment felt better in reality than in pictures. Loved it!
