- Sean (8/5): - The staff were nice, friendly and attentive. The room was nice enough and the bed was comfy enough. I like that they have a stove and medium fridge which is convenient. Not the most central location but it was ok and rooms like the rest room could do with a ventilator and also scrub down some parts of the shower better, water is a little weak in my opinion. Not really any negatives that are that bad, but I can't give it a full score either. First night wasn't good as our air-conditioning was not cold at all and found out it was super dirty with dust, however the front desk staff solved it for us the next day and changed our room to a better one and it was a lot better. Also, cafe is underneath so if you plan to sleep in till late it can get noisy.
- Marina (10/5): perfect place for Work & Travel! ⭐️ - A good place for a longer Stay! We stayed there for 14 days and worked on our Laptops. There is a great Kitchen, a good AC, a big fridge, a nice bed, a good bathroom - everything you need! They even have super fast in-house laundry service and everyday house keeping, where they clean your room, change towels etc. At the bottom of the House is a Cafe where you can eat an drink all day long. Also many people sit there with their laptops an work. There is a big Mall and many supermarket and shopping facilities in walking distance! It’s a great spot to be in, not too far from the main city but also not too close to the chaos and noise. we will come again!! 😁⭐️
- chluesch (10/5): Excellent value for money near Thao Dien - Excellent value for money. Very clean, well equipped, comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location near Estella Place Mall. And offers a garage to park a motorcycle. The ground floor holds a classy cafe for a coffee or a quick lunch. That I did not find this place sooner. :-)

- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful new building. The room was large,spotless, modernly furnished and had everything you could possibly need, even a washing machine. Hottest shower ever. Quiet area but just 5 minutes walk to 2 shopping centres, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. Nice terace just outside the door, with a great view of the city in the evening. Only 4-5 euros a taxi to D1, if you're looking to visit the centre. Staff was amazing. Definitely one of the best places I've stayed in all my trips to South East Asia.
