• Zaki (10/5): Feeling at your Home Stay - It’s comfortable and quiet, especially, backyard garden along with surrounded balconies that help you release negative energy and feel calm. The building main door’s lock cylinder, it’s required some more space to open as the lock comes at edge of the door. Public car parking in front of the building would be difficult to find at evening time unless you have to park near to school which situated for minutes walk. Public Car parking is available in the morning mostly.

• Helena (9/5): - Apartamento razoável para 5 pessoas - tem um quarto grande com cama de casal e uma sala espaçosa com 2 sofás-cama (que permite ter 6 pessoas se necessário). Camas confortáveis, apartamento limpo. Com ar condicionado, essencial no verão. Casa de banho não muito espaçosa. Chuveiro grande. Tem maquina de lavar a roupa. Cozinha com fogão, forno e micro-ondas. Tem varada grande, com estendal. Localiza-se numa zona residencial, a cerca de 10 min a pé da praia (cerca de 20-30min de carro do centro de Atenas). Local calmo e sossegado. É possível estacionar o carro na zona sem qualquer custo adicional. Fácil comunicação com anfitrião, quer pelo booking quer por whatsapp. É self check-in, as chaves são fáceis de encontrar. Foi possível deixarmos as malas no apartamento antes das 15h, o que facilitou muito o nosso primeiro dia. Cozinha relativamente pequena. A mesa não é suficiente para 5 pessoas; tem apenas 3 bancos altos (o resto são cadeiras que estão na varanda sendo muito baixas para a mesa). Não está completamente equipada - poderia ter torradeira, chaleira e maquina de café. A louça poderia estar mais limpa. A roupa da cama é pequena para as camas e sofá-cama (não é possível estender completamente os lençóis uma vez que são bem mais pequenos, não cobrindo a cama toda). Apesar da grande varanda, não há nenhuma mesa que permita fazer as refeições no exterior e aproveitar mais a varanda.
• Béatrice (8/5): Un logement bien desservi - L’appartement est agréable et bien situé. Proche de la mer, des commerces et des transports en commun dans un très joli quartier résidentiel. L’appartement est très joli. J’ai apprécié la très bonne réactivité du propriétaire. Merci Ce n’est qu’un détail : quelques prises électriques à revoir. Cela ne nous pas empêché de passer un bon séjour. 😊

• Thomas (10/5): - Ανετο διαμέρισμα για ολιγοημερη διαμονη 4 ατόμων. Άριστη σχέση ποιότητας -τιμής Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει κοντά στάση Μετρό ή Τραμ για γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι όμως κοντά η θάλασσα!

• Ioannis (9/5): - Πάρα πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα καθαρό ιδανικό για οικογένεια με όλες τις ανέσεις. Η συγκοινωνία κοντά ,απλά με το αυτοκίνητο είναι δύσκολο το parking,που και πάλι με λίγο ψάξιμο θα βρεις.Θα το συνιστούσα!

• Elena (8/5): Great central location. - Staff very attentive and helpful. Short walking distance from many restaurants and museum. Unfortunately nightclub a few doors down plays very loud music with door always open. We would have liked to sleep with windows open but impossible. Very loud till 2-3 am. With windows shut noise discernible but sleep ok.

• Jan (4/5): Pekný byt ale arogantný majiteľ - Dobrý pomer kvalita/cena, vzdialenosť od pláže 10-15 min pešo, priestranný moderne vybavený byt, možnosť uložiť si batožinu v byte pred check in. Odporúčam kontrolu bytu ihneď po check-in, inak príjemný pocit z bytu nám pokazili šváby, ktoré boli v kúpeľni za umývadlom a v spálni pri posteli na zemi (pozri fotografie). Okná aj žalúzie na oknách boli v priebehu dňa aj v noci zatvorené, čiže ja som ich do bytu nemohol pustiť. Taktiež odporúčam ubytovaným, aby po check-in skontrolovali vybavenie bytu, nakoľko nás týždeň po našom odchode a kritike kvôli švábom majiteľ bytu obvinil, že sme mu poškodili pohovku a požadoval do nás 200 eur na jej opravu. Pohovka bola poškodená už pri našom príchode, čo sme zistili hneď v prvú noc pri jej rozkladaní. Keďže som ju nepoškodil ja, majiteľovi som to neoznamoval a bolo na nej možné prespať. Pán majiteľ som čestný človek a neklamem.
• Rita (4/5): - Spacious rooms. U feel that its clean but it is not really clean. We opened the closets and there is a disgusting smell, some old towels in a bag that smell, even the bed sheets are not the cleanest. There is no comfortable chairs on the balcony as well.

Connexion internet très bonne Le quartier très calme et facile d accès beaucoup de place de stationnement si vous avez une voiture à 5 mn à pieds des plages et du tram De nombreuses supérettes à proximité avec de très bon produits Je recommande fortement cette location pour la qualité et le tarif très raisonnable et l hôte est très facile à contacter et très réactifs

• Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in the apartment past week and found it clean and very comfortable. The apartment is in a great location and a short walk to the nearest beach. There are also good local restaurants that serve great gyros and other local food.
• Viktorija (8/5): Nice stay - Appartment was nice, enough space and clean. Washing maschine, AC and all equipment you need for even longer stay. The bed was very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, some restaurants and coffee shops around. Near the Edem beach, easy to reach by foot, about 10 min walk. Airport bus stop for X96 is 10min walk. Bus going to centrum 10min walk. I waited for information how to get to the appartment until last minute and just when I asked, I got the answer. I think this information should be send without asking. There were not enough of beddings for 3 persons sleeping in separate beds. A big balcony but there are no table in the balcony to enjoy breakfast in the morning, just few chairs.
• Edcel (7/5): Simple & pleasant stay for the family ✨ - The host was approachable & very clear in providing instructions upon our arrival, which made check-in smooth and easy. The location is great — quiet and peaceful, and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room and bed were spacious, and it was nice to have access to Disney+ and Prime Video for entertainment and fast wifi. The only area that could use improvement is cleanliness. We found a plastic chip wrapper and other debris under the sofa, dirt on the kitchen wall, and cobwebs in some areas. Additionally, the glasses and other utensils in the kitchen were not properly washed, with visible oil residue, and there was some dirt inside the kitchen drawers; though the host provided new bed sheets and blankets but it would be better if they removed away the used blankets from the sofa bed which could be addressed for a better experience overall.

• Cristian (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment , brilliant location , really close to the beach and to the tram / bus station, excelent price. Great communication with the host. A kettle and a toaster would have been handy although we didn't miss them much as there where alternatives.
