The apartment was spotless, cozy, and in an excellent location, just 5 minutes by foot from the metro station, making it easy to reach all parts of the city. What really made my stay special were the hosts. They were truly amazing, friendly, kind, and always ready to help. They gave me plenty of restaurant and activity recommendations, arranged a taxi to the airport for me, even helped carry my luggage, and made sure I had all the information I needed before check-in. Their hospitality made me feel at home and completely relaxed. I was very happy with my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. I would definitely book here again without hesitation!

• Elli (7/5): - We liked the aesthetics of the room and the neighborhood. The hosts were quite accommodating even in a late night request and gave us tips for shops and restaurants in Naples. The room is close to the Materdei metro station so we could easily reach the city centre without using the car. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should. The room was quite small for two people which was a bit annoying. We didn't even have large luggage with us but if someone does, it will be impossible to leave the suitcase open and walk in the room at the same time.

Antonio was an amazing host and gave us numerous wonderful recommendations, he even helped us to secure a park right infront of the property. The room itself was exactly how pictured, clean and comfortable. The location was great, very quiet and very close to the metro it made getting around very easy! Nothing everything was great

• Keshini (10/5): Amazing! - I loved everything about this property. 1. The modern, gorgeous interior caught my mind and made me feel like not going out of the room. 2. It was Antonio’s presence which made all the difference. Antonio came to welcome both me and my mother, which I haven’t seen in any other accommodation in my life so far. He gave very clear instructions to check in at the hotel and demonstrated everything for us. It was very easy to communicate with him. The communication process was very methodical because he creates a WhatsApp group for every customer. He recommended tourist attractions to visit, good pizza places and also transportation tips. 3. Air conditioning, having a TV with YouTube browsing, a small fridge, a locker, hangers and a shelf to store luggages and clothes, an en-suite bathroom, 2 stools and a small table to dry clothes, toiletries, towels. 4. The staff were also good. And you can directly request Antonio for which water bottles you need and if you need any tea, coffee, sugar packets or toiletries to be replaced. 5. This place has immense security because of a big gate placed at the entrance and even after that 2 more security controls in place, still they were very easy to follow. 6. This place is the hidden gem in Napoli in terms of accommodation. Because it’s just 5 mins walk to the Materdei train station, few minutes for supermarkets, archeological museum, best pizza place in Napoli - Pizzeria Starita. Absolutely nothing. Loved every minute of my stay here.

The room looks as in the photos with a nice modern touch. Location is good as it is quite near the airport and close to public transport. When I forgot my sleepbuds after leaving, they also helped ship them to me so I didn't need to get replacements. Great customer service

The host gave us the most wonderful recommendations for food around the hotel and we had a lovely stay in the cosy and very clean hotel room.

Met by Ivan who showed us our apartment, he sourced a restaurant near by that had gluten free option for dinner and also booked a taxi for us for the airport We were well looked after. Accommodate is very chic and nicely laid out, compact but has all the necessary components.The bed very comfortable linen and towels good.There was a coffee machine and kettle so had coffee before we headed to the airport Nothing to say

• Sophie (9/5): Fantastic vacation - Ivan and Antonio were fantastic hosts- quick to respond and made us feel very welcome. It was our first time visiting Naples and they gave us great suggestions of places to visit/eat. The room was kept very well clean and although the neighborhood was quite quiet compared to the central part of Naples- it was perfect base to rest (there's a supermarket next door which helped us stock up on drinks and snacks for our travelling days). A very short walk from the hotel to the metro station with quick and easy links to the rest of the city. Not a criticism: the place is quite small (perfect for couples or single) but if you're after a location where you'll be out exploring most of the time, this is ideal. There are steps and a stairway up to the property so I wouldn't say it's wheelchair user friendly.

Everything is considered for convenience of guests in the room and the access to the property. The property owner is nice and kind person who helped me to find anything I want in Napoli and after check out he gave me best directions in WhatsApp where I want to go and he asked if I had arrived safely.
