• Henderson (8/5): Comfortable, spacious and good value. - Plenty of space in the apartment and all facilities easy to use. Building felt very safe and in a friendly convenient location for local cafes, grocery shopping, dining (El Mexicana is excellent) and airport. I wanted to feel away from the tourists in the main areas (more into hiking than the beach) and this provided that. If you are comfortable with car rental or using the easy local bus then I would recommend. Disinfectant smell was a little strong on arrival. Balcony doors had a lock which was very confusing to use! When using hot water there is a small leak from the boiler in the kitchen which drips on the counter down to the floor. Sorry, these are minor issues, but feel I should be truthful in letting you know.

• Rebeka (9/5): Odlično za eno noč!! - Odlično za eno noč. Parking čez cesto. Čisto in udobno stanovanje. Dobra in pravočasna komunikacija za predajo ključev. V kopalnici toaletni pribor. 42 stopnic do apartmaja o čemer nas je lastnik opozoril. Hvala.

• Aday (10/5): Fantástico alojamiento, repetiría - El alojamiento estaba en perfectas condiciones, buena limpieza y bastante equipado (tabla para cortar, cubertería, vasos, toallas, etc) todo lo que se necesita para una estancia. Además, contaba con un sillón cama grande y cómodo.
• Vladimir (6/5): - Недалеко аэропорт, множество общественных парковочных мест (не всегда рядом, но найти свободные можно). Достаточно просторный номер, неплохо оснащённая кухня. Вполне удобный (хоть и узковатый) балкон. Место очень шумное! Движение не прекращается и глубокой ночью. Отсутствие кондиционера заставляет искать компромисс между духотой и шумом. Но тщетно! "Звукоизоляция" картонной коробки - даже при закрытых окнах все шумы внутри. Выспаться нереально. Подниматься по лестнице на третий этаж будет удобно не всем. Особенно с багажом.

• Stefania (10/5): Abbiamo alloggiato per solo una notte, la struttura ci è sembrata molto comoda e confortevole - Abitazione molto ampia e ben fornita
• Yasmany (10/5): - Todo muy limpio, buena ubicación. No usamos cocina pero había menaje El aparcamiento está un poquitín difícil pero algo hay en la orilla de la carretera. Pero vamos que algo hay.
• JOSE IGNACIO (5/5): - Disponibilidad horaria para el check in si llega tarde tu vuelo. En general no puedo opinar nada porque fue sólo una noche. Lo único que no había gel de ducha y que hacía mucho calor en el apartamento, y que la salida a la 10 a. m. nos pareció muy temprano.

• Viktar (7/5): Good option for a short stay - Nice place to stay for its money and localization. Not far away from the TFS airport, you will get there in 20 minutes even with traffic jams taken into account. There are literally lots of grocery stores nearby - you will not die starving. Speaking of groceries, there is enough kitchenware to cook almost whatever you want. I can't bet on local restaurants, but i didn't have any plans to visit it anyway. There are some parking places nearby the building. Most probably you will have to walk from your car, but i am sure you will find a spot to leave it. It is easy to join TF-1 highway and reach any place on the island. Lufthansa dropped my outbound flight and i had to find a place to stay for one extra day. This venue solved my problem for 100%, for its money i and comfort level i desired it was very good. However, there is a negative section below which degraded my final rating from solid 9 to 7 There is an airport in close vicinity to venue. If you don't like roaring airplanes above your head - think again. Also there is a long road made of 42 steps between ground floor and the 2nd floor where apartment is located. Lack of elevator will give you a good workout while bringing your luggage. I was ok with these two points, but not necessarily it is ok for you What i didn't like is collecting personal passport data with scans via link. During my 2 week stay this is the only property which enforced me to do so. I do not trust things like this. If you wanna collect my personal data, you should either disclose it explicitly in the booking offer description OR doing it in person. I have never had an issue with the 2nd option, but i hadn't been informed about passport data collection before 2 days of arrival.
