Les indications données étaient parfaitement claires et la communication avec l'hôte était très fluide. La chambre était petite, mais disposait de tout le nécessaire pour être confortablement installés, avec 2 véritables lits (un grand lit pour nous et un lit simple pour notre fille). Elle était très propre, moderne avec la climatisation !!

• James (10/5): Several family members have stayed at Suite Croce. I recommend to friends traveling to Rome. - Two flights up, so just be aware. The location is excellent. The young lady that greeted us was wonderful, and communication with instructions prior to arrival was spot on. Room was spotless and modern. The building is old, but typical of Rome. Did I say that the location was superb? Two flights up is great exercise for this couple in our late, late 70's.

• Ευγενία (10/5): - The room was great! It was in the center so we could walk everywhere but it was also a short walk to the metro, no more than 5 minutes. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was really spacious. In the streets around the building there are many restaurants which was very convenient. The only thing that they should change is there trash bins which honestly didn't 't fit anything. But it wasn't such a big problem. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Loads of shops/restaurants on the door step 2 flights of stairs but that’s just because I’m Lazy & is not a reflection of the property as it is beautiful

• Criss (10/5): Nice stay in central Rome - The room was comfortable. As for the location, it was nice and you could pretty much walk anywherethe. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There were many amenities and restaurant around it too, but the good thing was that you couldn’t hear any noise from outside. I will definitely book again!

Check in was very smooth and reception was extremely helpful. The one thing to note is that the unit is in a multi purpose building on the 3rd floor (up 3 flights of stairs) so there are a lot of steps to climb. Everything was very clean and AC worked very well

Would definitely be back! - Super location close to the Spanish Steps and an easy walk to many of Rome’s iconic sites and great shopping if that’s your thing. The rooms are quiet, modern, clean, comfortable and a wonderful base with everything you need to rest in between activities. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was specious and well-appointed with a giant rain shower head. Gisele is friendly and incredibly responsive. She made communication very easy and booked our transfers for us. Checking in and out was a breeze. There wasn’t much to criticize. The reception area is a bit small. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit if waiting for a taxi after check out. The walk up to the 2nd floor might be taxing for anyone with mobility issues.

The sound-proofing cut out all noise from the street, and the room was fine for our overnight stay. Modern bathroom, comfortable beds and tea/coffee making facilities always very welcome! Overall, a positive experience - we would definitely choose to stay here again. Nothing springs to mind. Perhaps the room would be a bit tight for a longer stay. There were 3 adults sharing in our case.

Cool! Location in general can not be better - all the famous historical places are in walking distance. There is no elevator in the historical building, but for us was not a problem at all

Once we were checked in, she made recommendations for places to eat and she accommodated a later checkout time for one of our rooms. The location is perfect for exploring Rome! In the heart of Rome, with many bistros, restaurants, and gelaterias, on a street that's bustling during the day and very quiet at night. Cleanliness – impeccable, amenities – exactly what’s needed. • Aurelia (8/5): Great location and comfortable room. - The only issue was that the first night, some guests occupying a room had a child that screamed and shouted all night. The guests occupying the room allowed their young child to put the TV on at a very loud volume waking me at 4am. The guests with child left at approx 4am and returned again at 5.30am to continue with causing noise to my distress. I politely knocked on their door to ask them to keep the noise down and they complained that they were all jet lagged. There appeared to be no consideration for any other guest and this clearly caused me to lose an entire night's sleep. For this reason, this impacts on booking a suite when unfortunately, the disadvantages of no reception to monitor obtrusive situations like this can occur. Roberta was very helpful and suggested that on the last night at the suite, I close the interconnecting door between the corridor and the opposite room and I only wish I had been informed I could do this on the first night. Noise from other room on the first night causing loss of sleep.

Given that its an old building and theres nothing really that can be done , the stairs was a lot for my elderly parents but the apartment itself was exceptional. Just make sure to pack light.

The bathroom was quaint yet well-appointed. Beds were super comfy as well. Staff were really helpful on arrival. Well located right in the heart of shops and restaurants and just around the corner from the Spanish Steps. It was really hard to get to, even in a taxi. Make sure your driver knows where they are going. Then we had to walk a fair way on cobblestone streets with luggage.

• Parzych (7/5): We stayed 3 nights so it wasn’t bad. It was a vacation but price wise wasn’t worth it - The pictures expended the size of the room. It was a very tiny room, clean and cute. No window. The price was too high for what it was. Would I come back? I’d for the service of the wonderful lady but definitely not for the price of the room. Although there was a cleaning lady every day, she didn’t bother cleaning under beds. Very dusty. No tea available although we were told there is some inside. If you have someone that has little difficulties walking up , this is not for you. Wasn’t clean the proper way, lack of window and fresh air. No tea. The price for the room for what it was.
