• Marta (6/5): En general es una casa que necesita una profunda renovación y una limpieza a fondo. La casa es grande y espaciosa, y la - La piscina La acumulación de cosas que tiene, muchas viejas o en mal estado. En la ducha varios botes de gel empezados de antiguos inquilinos, en la cocina también restos de alimentos no perecederos de otra gente que no creo que nadie use…una cucaracha en el baño. En el garaje, unas sábanas extendidas tapando gran cantidad de cosas, probablemente también en mal estado, pero da mala impresión.

• Olga (10/5): Maravilloso relax en familia - La casa era perfecta para lo que nosotros buscábamos: estar tranquilos y desconectados, y al mismo tiempo cerca de todo. La amplitud de las estancias nos permitía tener la máxima privacidad en cuanto a dormitorios y baños individuales, y al mismo tiempo compartir las zonas comunes con mucha comodidad. Hemos disfrutado especialmente de los desayunos en el exterior, y de la piscina privada, muy bien cuidada. La persona de contacto, Lucy, estuvo muy atenta en todo momento para facilitarnos el check-in y check-out.

• Clive (8/5): A spacious, comfortable house close to Denia's beaches and town. - The property was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for doing our own cooking. The outside space was great with plenty of seating. Had we been there in warmer weather, we would have loved the pool and ability to choose places to sit around the house. The garage was useful and the house felt very secure. It was 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 15 minutes in to the town centre. There were only 2 of us, but the house could easily have taken 6 people in comfort. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We knew there wouldn't be wi-fi, but we saw a TV in the living room in one of the pictures, and there wasn't one. As we stayed in November and the weather was getting colder, the house struggled to stay warm without the underfloor heating which was broken. Although this wasn't in the details, the owner gave us a half day refund as a gesture of goodwill which we appreciated as it definitely would have been a better experience had the heating worked.
