• Krzysztof (8/5): Nice stay - Overall, everything was fine. The building is located in the city center, close to the most important attractions, close to the bus and train station. A plus is the separate bedroom with a wide, comfortable bed and a large wardrobe. Enough towels in the bathroom. The weakest point of the apartment is the bathroom: 1) limited space; you have to maneuver around the appliances, 2) only one towel hanger and one by the sink for a hand towel – there's nowhere to hang another, 3) the hairdryer is a travel-sized one, very small, and doesn't have temperature control – it proved useless for longer hair, 4) there's no basket (shelf) for toiletries in the shower. There's no coffee machine in the kitchenette (although it's offered on booking.com), only a coffee pot heated on an induction hob. The kitchen is equipped with a small (0.5 liter), travel-sized, and inconvenient kettle for boiling water with a permanently attached cord – it has to be unplugged both for pouring and emptying. There's no coffee or tea in the kitchen. The TV remote control is broken because it doesn't have an "on" button - the switch is on the back of the TV, but you need to know how to find it.

• Henk (10/5): - Leuk appartement. Voor 2 personen is het perfect. De ligging was ideaal. Midden in het centrum. Veel bars en restaurants in de directe omgeving. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Alles aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf in Malaga. Niets.

• MARIA PILAR (9/5): Ubicación inmejorable - La ubicación era inmejorable, en pleno centro y cerca del metro. La atención de Ramón también fue un plus, super atento con todo, y respondiendo superbien todas nuestras dudas. El ruido de la calle, al ser un primero y estar en pleno centro se oye mucho el ruido de la gente, de camiones, de la limpieza de la calle...Asi que si eres de sueño ligero, recomiendo unos tapones para los oídos.

• Scarlett (10/5): Cozy and child friendly apartment, we had a great time in Malaga - The location was great, right in the center, and close both to the historical attractions and the beach. The facilities are very clean and new to use. Ramon has been a great host to provide us enough info of touring and restaurants. It's to my astonishment that every detail is so thoughtful. Culinary applicants are perfect.
• Grzegorz (7/5): - Despite the noise, the location is excellent, with everything close by. Apartment clean, spacious for 2 persons. Kitchen fully equiped, air condition working. The apartment is located on the first floor above several churros restaurants. As a result, the area can be crowded and noisy, which is typical for an Old Town location. Lack of remote controller to TV and Wi-Fi in bedroom is low. Old bathroom.
• Iraya (10/5): - Hemos pasado unos días genial. Apartamento muy cómodo y super completo. Muy céntrico para poder visitar toda la zona sin problema. Y valorar mucho la amabilidad de Ramón y su esposa que en todo momento nos tenían atendido tanto con el alojamiento como con la información de interés de lugares para visitar, lugares para comer etc. Sin duda si en algún momento volvemos a Málaga no dudo en volver a quedarnos aquí. • HIND (5/5): Médiocre - Emplacement central en plein centre de malaga. Proximité du marché central, des monuments historiques et quartier animé. L’appartement ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles car plusieurs choses sont améliorer. Il y a un manquement côté hygiène. Les murs de la chambre à coucher sont sales, une forte odeur de d’insecticide à notre arrivée, un odeur de renfermé dans le placard, des bestioles dans les coins et dans le tiroir des couverts dans la cuisine. Tachés sur coussin canapé. L’extracteur d’air dans la salle de bain n’est pas nettoyé (poussière). Le Réveil en sursaut tous les matins au bruit de l’ouverture du café d’en bas de l’immeuble et bruit très fort d’un moteur (peu être une machine de nettoyage?). Certains équipements de la cuisine sont détériorés (casserole brûlée) et manquants. Pas de machine à café comme le montre la photo de l’annonce de l’appartement. Pas d’ascenseur, peu pratique pour remonter une grande valise surtout avec des marches d’escalier hautes ou quand tu es accompagné de personnes seniors. Le canapé n’est pas confortable. Bref, la qualité du séjour a été médiocre et ne nous a pas permis de profiter de vacances paisibles et reposantes comme souhaité. La pire des expériences avec booking. Je ne recommande pas.

• Elena (9/5): Also we are very grateful to Ramon for hospitality and tips where we can go and what we can see - Location is perfect, by walk you can visit almost all sightseeings, close to bus and train stations, around you can find a lot of places to eat or drink, very close to sea coast. Street noise, was very loud, but if you a not planning to stay in apartment during the day, it’s fine during the night hours
• John (10/5): ideal location & apartment, great host too. - Perfect location for us, so close to the market, next to food outlets and the tourist area of Malaga. Noise was no issue overnight and the apartment layout was ideal with separate lounge area, kitchen section and bedroom and bathroom separate. We were on the 1st floor. Ramon was attentive and offered extremely useful advice during our stay- plus made the check in and check out simple and easy. He was great. Absolutely no complaints. Despite the apartment being ideal for us, I'd say Ramon's ready advice and availability made it even better- like having a local friend to rely on.

• Lisa (9/5): Superb - Great clean apartment in a perfect location, walking distance to everything. 5 minute walk to get the train to the airport that takes 7 minutes. There is pedestrian street noise as expected in a city centre location but all quiet after 11.30pm.
• Joomi (9/5): Reviews - The location is really good, you can walk to the famous tourist spots. There is a famous churros place on the ground floor. They open early and stay open late It's quite noisy, but you can start your morning with churros:), I feel safe even at night because there are a lot of people passing by. The host tries to give a lot of information to the guests. And answers are fast and kind. I don't think it needs much improvement. It's clean and well organized.
• Jeremy (10/5): definitely stay here - location is perfect, Choose this place over anything similar in price! - Amazing location - really perfect (7min from train station that is only 11mins from airport - €1.80 train) and then you are basically within 5 minutes walk from the centre and then not much further for most/all main tourist sites Host was amazing with lots of information and communication really good place to stay was around £90 per night but worth that amount i feel lots of amazing places to eat at locally, bakeries and cafes - and the famous market is only 1min walk away too! more or less everything was great - hot water didnt last very long (shower pressure was amazing though)

• Celia (10/5): Comfortable apartment at a great location. Nice host! - Amazing location in a walking street in the center, close to everything, right next to the food market Mercado de Atarazanas. And a few blocks from the shopping street. Walking distance to everywhere we went and easy to come back during the day for a rest. The owner was super nice and helpful. He gave us a lot of advice to go around the city and was very welcoming by text. We didn't meet him in person as we got the keys in a box which was super nice for us as we arrived very late at night. The apartment was comfortable and lively. The blinds in the window are very good and completely block the light from outside. The bathroom was also nice and clean. It corresponds with the pictures in Booking. Highly recommend! We would come back again for sure :) The central location comes with some noise, especially in the morning as there are a couple of popular cafes below the apartment. And also a bit of noise at night, but as it is a walking street, there is no traffic noise. But it wasn't a problem for us, as we wanted to be central. We loved everything!

Our host was exceptionally helpful with information to make our stay in Malaga a a good experience. He sent us regular information on places to visit, costs of entry for museums, and galleries and general helpful information. It was a really great place to stay. The sofa was rather low and uncomfortable, but we spent so much time out walking and sightseeing we did not need to spend time sitting in the apartment!

• Suzanne (9/5): Delightful stay in the heart of Málaga - Right in the heart of Malaga, a few metres walk from the famous Atarazanas market. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. First floor apartment (stairs) is situated above some lively cafes and bars which we liked - only noisy during morning and early evening. The host Ramón couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing except that this is not a high end apartment and although the shower worked perfectly, the bathroom could do with some updating. There is a filter coffee machine, but no Nespresso. There is no dishwasher.

Stunning historical town. - Location was amazing if you enjoy city living, literally out the door and straight onto one of the most popular streets for coffee and churros, vibrant but quiet at night and a walk away to everything historical plus it is very central to get a bus or walk to the main beach. Ramon was a fantastic host, what’s app’d us before we arrived and kept us informed about everything going on in the area. Gave us recommendations for music nights that we wouldn’t have known about without him. If you like music go to Antojo - free to get in and goes on all night. Friday - Sunday the main nights. Busy but fun and the locals were so friendly. The apartment is not that big but has everything you need and for us we were out more than in so this was fine and plenty big enough for two people. The shower is nice and hot with good power. The apartment is near the main shops and also a supermarket and the exceptional fish/meat/veg market is on the doorstep. It was our first trip to Malaga and we absolutely loved everything about it - a clean and beautiful city with happy, friendly people everywhere. Meals out and drinks are also affordable. We could have stayed a lot longer and would be happy to stay here again. Only one minor thing- I would have liked two front door keys so we could have come in and out independently (I’m sure Ramon would have sorted this if we’d asked but it wasn’t a big enough problem to bother him with - just one occasion when we separated to go shopping and had different timescales an extra key would have been useful. You can open the patio windows and look out on the street below but can’t sit on the balcony as it’s too tiny.

• Michel (10/5): Exceptional - The host (Ramon) as been very gentle and available with all our requests and keeping us informed day by day what would be interesting to do during la Feria. Check in was perfect despite the late arrival time. The position of apartment was so perfect and you can reach by walk almost every places you want in Malaga. Very clean and modern apartment. If I or any of us ever return to Malaga it would definitely be one of our first choice. The location might be a problem for someone (not our case by the way) because its really loud and crowdy during the summer. The only negative point is that we were 3 boys, the mattress and its room is comfortable and well soundproofed, we cannot say the same about the sofa bed, not very comfortable and poorly soundproofed.
• Piratebuster2012 (10/5): FANTASTIC LOCATION AND HOST, HIGHLY RECOMENDED !!! - Our stay from our arrival to our departure was unique, special, and above all perfect, the apartment was really in the center, a short walk from public transport, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, taverns, taverns, pharmacies, and everything your mind can imagine. The apartment was very comfortable with all amenities, household appliances, and cooking utensils, the bed was very comfortable, and internet connection, in general, it lacked nothing, we had a very enjoyable week in July and we can confidently recommend it to any person who would like to have our experience and make their stay in beautiful Malaga unforgettable. Now the cherry on the cake was the host, I can't describe in words how human and helpful he was with us, helping us in every aspect of our experience, recommending places to visit so that our experience of our visit to Malaga would be better, even when our arrival was late in the evening to keep in touch with us to make sure we found the key to the apartment and the right place to find the apartment. There are no words to thank him for all the things he has done for us, even on our departure late at night to keep us in a taxi and until the last minute to communicate with us to be sure that the taxi has arrived at the place he has chosen to be close to the apartment and we do not get lost, Poor words, whatever we say is not enough to thank him, now we can say with confidence that we have a really good friend we can rely on for everything we need in beautiful Malaga. Thank you, our good friend. Nothing, for us, was all more than enough.
• Chris (10/5): Perfect location, amazing host, beautiful apartment and spectacularly clean and well-prepared! - Everything in the stay was perfect. Ramon, the host, was easy to contact, and arranged to meet us for the key collection whenever we needed. He was available with local information as well as any recommendations or suggestions that we asked. The place itself is beautiful, and perfectly quiet, as well as having air conditioning and all of the features you would expect in a modern apartment. The location is also perfect. Nothing!
