• Ranjan (9/5): - Very clean apartment, a lot of amenities, great location away from the busy city center. No elevators (not a problem for our stay as we were on the second floor, but could be if you're on a higher floor and have luggage to take up and down).

• Yehudi1990 (8/5): Très bon logement - Le logement était vraiment très bien agencé, literie très confortable et quel bonheur d'avoir une machine à laver pour notre séjour ! Idéalement situé entre deux gares, permet de rejoindre l'USJ en 30/40 minutes. Peu insonorisé, notre voisin était assez bruyant et nous a quelque peu empêchés de dormir par moments.

• McChesney (9/5): Wonderful stay on the outskirts of the city - Quiet area, close walk to the train. I thought it was great value for money considering the amenities available and closeness to the city centre (via train) i had a very pleasant time here. It wasn't the most sound proof so I could hear my neighbour talking on the phone. I was out most of the day so was only an issue at night.
• Zuzanna (9/5): Perfect alarms - The apartment was nice and cozy. Not too big, not too small. It’s 2 stations from Namba, so getting to the city center is easy and quick. The bed was comfortable, with heavy duvet. Bathroom was clean with shower and bath. It was dusty when we arrived, but the support team offered us apartment change or cleaning the one that we’ve got at first.

• Joshua (10/5): It was a pleasant stay and I just wish I stayed in japan for my entire tourist visa duration instead - The host is very nice and great at communicating when there was a question or need for anything. The location is between two stations at a similar distance, Hanazonocho and Tengachaya. Tengachaya made is easy to get there from the airport and easy to return to it upon leaving. There was a kitchenette and a small refrigerator with enough room to store groceries if you opted to cook for yourself sometimes. Just follow their rules and everything is great.
• Konstantinos (9/5): Value for money - The apartament was new and the location was very convinient because it is just 500m from the Metro. Also it was super clean. We didn’t like the fact that when we arrived the balcony door was slightly open and the room was very cold. It took like 3h to heat it up because in Japan almost all houses use only air conditioning which is not ideal for all people.

• CHIA LIN (10/5): 地點在南海天下茶屋站，從關西機場到南海機場線（最快最方便）、南海特急、南海普通車全部都有停，非常方便，住宿地點位於南海天下茶屋站和地鐵花園町站中間，看似很遠，但其實走路一下子就到，從天下茶屋搭車南海鐵道到難波只需坐兩站就到，一到難波站出站就 - 舒適、乾淨、空間大、設備齊全、性價比超高。
• CHEN (9/5): 空間寬廣 適合獨行旅客的公寓市民宿 坐車到關西機場也很方便 - 離天下茶屋站走路5-7分鐘 附近靠近大馬路有一間全家 對獨行旅客來說空間很大 房間很乾淨 有廚房可以自炊(車站就營業到00:00的超市) 該有的都有 Check-in的時候平板出現故障(可能是因為天氣太冷?) 導致沒辦法順利取得房間密碼 花了一些時間 還好工作人員透過LINE迅速解決問題 希望能改善這個部分 另外希望能增設一組行李架或是多放一兩張桌椅、穿鞋椅等

• K M THOUHIDUR (9/5): it was a nice experience. When I'm back to Osaka, definitely going to stay hwre again. - Very close to metro which goes directly to Osaka-Namba. Also the room was well equipped and tidy. The room did not have any window.

• Mbelebele (10/5): If you looking for a place to stay in Osaka PSD is the best and value for money - I don’t usually write reviews, but I would never say nothing about FDS Panache. Everything was on point. The cleanness of the rooms was on top notch. I forgot my phone charger but I was pleased to find a multi cable charger there. They have everything you need for your stay. Most accommodations doe’s not leave the iron in rooms you’ll have to go and borrow it , but at FDS there is one with an iron board. They have kept many towels for us that lasted the whole weekend, the soaps, etc. I recommend this place. They are also near the hanazonoch station and Tengachaya station. Getting in the house was a bit confusing

• Фёдорова (9/5): It was great! Highly recommend especially if you travel for more than a couple of days. - Everything was great! I and my husband stayed there for 2 weeks. It was very comfortable, spacious (in comparison with a lot of options in Japan) and convenient. Different combinis, ramen cafes, etc were nearby. 2 metro stations are very close and the direct line to the airport too. The flat was quite big and everything needed was there like washing machine, iron, hot tube, fridge and etc. If you follow the rules that the host sends you in advance, then the check-in will be quite easy. We definitely recommend this place! none

• Sage Ingle (10/5): - The room was extremely spacious and provided all the amenities someone traveling might need as well as some extras like a vacuum and a lint roller. The tub was nice to use after a long day and I enjoyed hanging out in the living area. Note the laundry unit is a washer only and you'll need to hang dry your clothes, however there's a covered balcony with a drying rack that does the job. Overall, would recommend!

• Dawn (1/5): I was very disappointed I’m in a foreign country and had to find alternative accommodations for a week. - Nothing The place was small, didn’t like the area. Directions to enter 2nd bldg not clear. The place had an odd odor. The hallways were cluttered with stuff. Felt like I was staying in a trailer instead of an actual bldg. Did not stay there at all left not too long after viewing the accommodations. They would not refund any money.

• Sisse Marie Gröger (10/5): Lovely place close to the centre - We absolutely loved this place. Easy to find and not far from the centre and in a quiet area. The place is spacious and very clean and with everything we needed for our 5 day stay. It even has a washer and Netflix access. The stay, even if they where not present, answered our messages with short notice, which felt safe and reliable. We will defiantly be back if we return to Osaka. Thank you. Nothing

• 萱瑜 (10/5): 非常棒 - 整體環境和空間都很棒，人員也都很立即回應問題，入住體驗很好 對非日本人來說，浴室的溫度調控有點複雜
• Savas (10/5): Simply lovely - Pretty much the same as in its photos. Modern but not cold. Thoughtful touches like, adapters/chargers/umbrella/washing machine (I'm not counting free amenities which is a norm in Japan). Compered to Japanese standards, it can be easily considered as a big place. Close to Tengachaya and Hanazonocho stations, one goes directly to Namba, the other to Dotonbori. You are out of bustling city center, yet too close. It is also 25-30 mins walk away from Shinsekai, though small section of the walking route is a bit shady, full of needed people but gives great opportunities if you're into photography. Not need to say that they are totally harmless. There is a nice cafe nearby run by an Oba-chan, you can try her "miksu-sando" and cheese toast. Vibe is awesome. Not much, maybe a few small kitchen towels.

• robyn (10/5): - The room was nice, clean & tidy. It was an okay size for me. It is in a very convenient location, close to railway station, shops. I found it very safe walking around. The staff were quick to answer any queries (online), always happy to assist & follow up. After travelling for 14 hrs & not being accustomed to digital checkin, I did have some confusion & called the help number (for Panache)where I was stepped through everything, the assistance was much appreciated. A pleasant stay. I would stay there again.
• Miguel (7/5): Scaperoom to get the entry code - El apartamento estaba nuevo, limpio y bien equipado. Qué a pesar de indicar en Booking que se puede entrar desde las 16:00 luego contacten para que no se entre hasta las 18:30 (hora tardía para andar con las maletas). Ademas el check-out es máximo a las 10:00. El proceso para poder entrar en la habitación: 1. En el anuncio de Booking te mandan a la ubicación de otro edificio tambien de su propiedad situado cerca si pero hasta que lees un cartel indicando que tu apartamente puede ser otra ubicación en funcion del nombre puedes estar un rato. 2. Haces el check-in a través de una tablet que no funciona muy bien en un segundo edificio y cuando has acabado te muestra el número de tu habitación y el código de apertura de puerta (si te falla en ese momento la tablet suerte para conseguir la información). 3. Tener que abrir la puerta de un tercer edificio donde está tu habitación a trabes de llamar a la habitación con otro codigo distinto al de la apertura de puertas. Sinceramente he estado en sacape rooms más faciles.

De plus la wifi n’est pas stable, elle ne fonctionne pas tout le temps. Énormément de bruit, on entends tout ce qu’il s’y passe. Et le ménage reste à désirer…

• Supitchaya (9/5): nice place with good price. recommend. - very convenient. close to two stations 'hanazono chou' and 'tengachaya' i recommend you to access tengachaya for many restaurants, supermarkets and drug stores. the bed was comfy. the bath is quite small but understandable with this price. there was microwave, fridge, electric stove, washing machine, shampoo conditioner and soap. basically everything you'd need for a long stay. no elevator. we are lucky to get our room at the 2nd floor, but it could be tough if you get your room at the 3rd floor higher.
• Michael (9/5): Best value apartment from our entire two week trip around Japan. - Location was good, situated equally between two train stations from different lines. Clean and tidy, bonus couch and TV made for enjoyable down-time after a day of walking non stop.
