• Cindy (4/5): Practical but not worth it to me. - It was fairly clean with a nice new comfortable mattress. Large selection for breakfast. The room smelled like a sewer, and it was coming from the bathroom. I told the front desk attendant and she poo hoo'd me. Yes there was a ton of room freshener, but I smelled the sewer underneath right away and she knew it....She should have changed our room instead of trying to disregard my nose. They were generous on letting us get a room early and stay late for that I tried to over look the smell.

• Carla (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La stanza era pulita, accogliente e molto confortevole. La posizione è comodissima, vicina sia alla stazione che al centro di Firenze, perfetta per muoversi facilmente a piedi. La colazione del mattino era ottima, con tantissima scelta per tutti i gusti. Un complimento speciale alla signora Maria: sempre molto disponibile, gentile e alla mano, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Un altro aspetto molto comodo è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check-out, un servizio davvero utile per godersi la città senza pensieri. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura e ci torneremmo volentieri! Nulla tutto perfetti

• Sonja (9/5): - Sehr feines Hotel gleich in Bahnhofsnähe. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und wir konnten unser Gepäck den ganzen Tag noch dort lassen bzw. im Schwesternhotel gleich nebenan. Wir konnten auch noch die Toilette benutzen und Wasser auffüllen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, guter Kaffee. Die Betten waren uns etwas zu weich.

Não deixem de comer o croissant de pistache Banheiros pequenos, mas para Europa normal. Os colchões muito moles. Elevar para levar ao 3o andar onde fica o hotel muito pequenos, não comportando pessoas e malas. No máximo 4 pessoas sem bagagem ou bolsas grandes.

• Lawrence (10/5): Great hospitality with a warm welcome and fabulous breakfast. - The hotel is a gem of a find, Maria greeted us so warmly and gave us such a good reception and was so helpful during our stay. The location was perfect for transport to and from the airport with easy walking distance to the centre. The trains, trams and buses all within easy reach of the hotel. The breakfast was simply amazing with a wide selection of food which set us up for the days out visiting the sites. All in all it was a fabulous place to be based and a really nice place to come back to after a long day.

• Laurent (8/5): Séjour agréable à Florence - Nous avons très apprécié la grande sympathie de Maria, toujours souriante et à l'écoute de ses clients. Dès notre arrivée, elle nous a expliqué les visites à faire, donné les bonnes adresses pour les restos et s'est adaptée à notre anglais scolaire. L'hôtel est bien situé a proximité de toutes commodités. Bon petit déjeuner avec des pâtisseries italiennes, chambre avec un petit frigo très appréciable et nettoyage journalier de la chambre. Lorsque les voisins sont bruyants, l'isolation phonique de la chambre n'est pas suffisante.

Dank ihr ist der Aufenthalt im Hotel zusätzlich gut bewertet. Dies macht einfach so viel aus, wenn man herzlich empfangen und während des Aufenthalts so gut betreut ist. nichts

Elle a été adorable tout au long de notre séjour, en ayant changé la literie et en essayant de refixer la cuvette des toilettes! La literie d’un lit. Le bruit (la chambre était situé à proximité de l’entrée de l’établissement) des autres clients, même lorsqu’ils rentraient au milieu de la nuit. Bruit également subi par les voisins d’à côté et de la chambre du dessus. Niveau équipement, une chaise serait la bienvenue. La cuvette des toilettes n’était pas adaptée et donc n’était pas stable.

• Juan (10/5): Incredible visit and unique customer service! - Everything from the check-in process to the room's cleanliness, the tasty breakfast, and the exceptional assistance from Sabi and Maria regarding the facilities and attractions in Florence. If we decide to return to this fantastic city, we’ll choose Hotel Angelica Firenze as our stay and recommend it to family and friends. The only suggestion I have is to position the plug inlets differently from the back of the beds.
