• Vilma (4/5): - We were a group of 7 friends, and one of the main reasons we chose this apartment was because it was advertised on Booking as having 2 bathrooms. However, when we arrived, we found that there was only 1 bathroom, which was very inconvenient for our group. Additionally, the bed sheets looked dirty and did not feel fresh, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, the apartment did not match the description provided online, and the lack of cleanliness and incorrect information made our experience disappointing. We would not recommend this property to others.
• Jens (9/5): Fantastisk tur til skønne Prag - God beliggenhed tæt på banegården. God kommunikation med værterne. Dårlig indretning af rummene. Ikke helt rent. Ikke mange køkkenredskaber (kunne godt have brugt en brødkniv og en ostehøvl)
• Francesco (10/5): Soggiorno estremamente positivo - We were a group of seven, and the apartment—with three bedrooms and a kitchen—accommodated us perfectly without any issues. It was clean and located in a fairly central area of Prague. The staff supported us with any needs even before our departure, and the check-in manager Ekaterina cleared up every doubt during our stay as well. All of this came at a very fair price. If I were to return to Prague, I would definitely choose them again. 😊 Nothing.

• Piotr (10/5): - Jestem bardzo zadowolony z lokalu, dużo przestrzeni, wygodne łóżka, bardzo czysto i dobry kontakt z Panią manager obiektu ( szybko reaguje na zapytania ) . Trochę brakowało mi dobrego noża do krojenia i drewnianej łyżki do mieszania na patelni teflonowej. Podobało mi się, iż dostępne były przyprawy, cukier, kawa, herbata płyn do mycia naczyń i inne rzeczy w łazience 🙂. Serdecznie polecam i chętnie wrócę w to miejsce.

• Кухал (2/5): - Понравилась администратор Катя была всегда на связи и старалась помочь.Спасибо В квартире было просто не убрано,пыль просто везде на подоконнике,пыль под кроватями..Было 3 комнаты в одной из комнат не работала батарея....Постельное белье!!!! Просто 100 лет подушкам и одеяло и матрасы нужно просто сжечь! ФОТО КВАРТИРЫ СДЕЛАНЫ КРАСИВО НО НЕ ОТОПЛЕНИЯ НЕ КОМФОРТА ТАМ НЕТ.

• Hugh (10/5): A pleasant and comfortable apartment for small groups looking for best value of money in Prague. - Don’t be fooled by the outside, the inside of the property is very nice and comfortable. Neighbours are a problem, they clearly do not like tourists staying in the apartment block. We made an effort to be quiet however we got a lot of complaints even when we wasn’t in the residence.
• Antonio (1/5): Pessimo - Posizione e comunicazione con l'host. Pulizia inesistente, letti scomodissimi. In pratica erano presenti dei divano letto 🛌 sporchissimi che neanche il mio cane ci dormirebbe. Dicono 2 bagni essere presenti ma in realtà in uno c'è solo 1 vaso e nell'altro solo doccia e lavabo. Insomma, i 2 bagni insieme ne fanno forse 1.

• Üzümlü (7/5): - First of all, communication was excellent. We received the house keys from Ekaterina, a company employee. Her directions and communication were excellent. We found the property easily. (Booking Number says 21, but the correct number is 33.) The location is good; we always walked to the city center. It's very close to the National Museum. There were 3 toilet rolls and 1 paper towel. It was sufficient. There was 1 noodle dish, which we didn't eat. Water would have been nice, but there wasn't. Other than that, the kitchen supplies were adequate. There were large TVs in the living room and one room. It was nice. . Unfortunately, there are some negative points I have to mention. The toilet is very narrow. If you're overweight, you might have a hard time. The house had some issues with cleanliness.The undersides of the beds were very dirty The bedding was clean, but old. The beds were old. The large bed in the living room was especially fuzzy and had a bad surface. It wasn't a terrible experience for us, but it could have been better
• Dmitriy (8/5): - The appointment was big, 3 bedrooms with a double bed. In one of them was a big table. Check in/out was easy. The host always answers the messages. The property is 900 meters away from the address on the Booking site. There is no soap and enough toilet paper. For me the cupboard was missing, it wasn't in the apartment at all. The host tried to charge us for city tax(we paid it already on booking) and non refund property protection cost. There is no place to leave luggage after check out.
• Szymon (7/5): Miejsce idealne na intensywne zwiedzanie centrum Pragi. Niestety w mieszkaniu nie jest najczyściej, ale nie sprawia to n - Lokalizacja oraz wielkość apartamentu. Czystość pozostawia trochę do życzenia.
• Evgeni Stavinov (8/5): Central location, clean and renovated apartment. But need to update address and Front Desk Services - Central location. Communication with the host to get the keys. Clean, renovated apartment. As already mentioned in other reviews, the address is wrong. It's Vinohradska 33, not 21. There is no 24-hour front desk and no baggage storage as mentioned in the Front Desk Services description. It was important for us with late arrival and late departure. No door lock in the shower.
• Magdalena (6/5): - Lokalizacja Bardzo mała toaleta i łazienka. Brak odpowiedniej ilości ręczników i sztućców na ilość gości.
• Pawłowska (6/5): - Dobra lokalizacja Brak szaf , Rezerwacja na 5 osób a zostawione 4 duże ręczniki o wątpliwej częstości i jedna rolka papieru toaletowego. Zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają faktycznego wyglądu obiektu. Było po prostu brudno.

• KarBa (10/5): - Przestronny i w pełni wyposażony apartament. Sama przyjemność. Świetna obsługa i kontakt. Bardzo blisko centrum.
• Anne-marie (4/5): Not a 3 bedroom apartment - Location not too bad, handy for train station and museum. Clean. Kitchen OK. Allowed to leave luggage early. OK for two couples or small family. Fruit, prosecco, and chocolates a nice touch lady managing the apartment was nice. Not as advertised, no air conditioning, wardrobes, or dressing room. Really only 2 bedrooms with 3rd bed and sofa bed in the living room, no storage in the living room. Making it hard to watch tv. Not two bathrooms! Only a shower room and a very small toilet separate. Not suitable for large groups as no privacy. Very noisy., due to busy road with trams and cars. No signage so is hard to find. Lift is very small, so it's not suitable for a wheelchair user.

• John (2/5): Misleading advertisement of property. - Location, even though it’s not the location stated on booking.com Misleading advertisement. - Not the 102 square metres it’s advertised, more like half of that. - 2 bathrooms means 1 toilet and one separate sink and shower. Weird set up. -Half broken furniture when we arrived. -Unhelpful staff, that just basically told you to ‘get on with it’. - pillows, sheets were not fit for purpose - old and could be thrown away. I came here with a large group and we were squeezed in to this apartment even though it’s meant to fit a large size. Luckily we spent most of the time sightseeing, wanted to avoid coming back to apartment as much as possible.
• Tetiana (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked the location, the apartment is very cozy, there is everything you need for a long stay. We will definitely come back again ☺️ I was especially pleased with the gift of fruits, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine ☺️

• Chilipalmer (4/5): Great location coupled with disillusionment - Location near by main train station and near by Wenceslas square is perfect. In case someone will be aware of details I am describing in negative part of my assesment or owner will change the description on Booking.com according to truth then it could be very interesting stay for 4 to 7 people. Honestly we were most probably in totally different suite than it is announced on Booking.com. At least it looked like. Rooms etc. were the same as on the pictures so it should be this suite but 1. there was no 24/7 reception, we received keys from person according to phone call, 2. it was not a suite but stadard 3+1 flat, 3. suite is on different location/address!!! than it is mentioned on Booking.com although it is not far away, up to 1 km, 4. communication was possible just in English language (in Czech it was complicated to understand), 5. we paid for suite for up to 6 persons but just 2 beds were provided with bedding. Finally we were just 4 persons and we find out bedding but it is not professional.
• Celestin (6/5): It’s a good place but poorly managed. - Room size was good. Location was good, within walking distance to center, station, opera with nearby supermarket and bakery. Welcome drink in the fridge and fruits on the table was very nice. The address on booking.com is wrong. The location on the map is different to the address but also wrong. We therefore went first to two wrong locations. Finally the host sent the correct location by WhatsApp but then was almost 1h late to handover the key. We had to wait in front of the building for quite long. Then the host arrived with the key but she couldn’t speak any word in English, she couldn’t give us any explanation. There was also no information sheet in the room, so we didn’t know anything. Also for check out absolutely no information. We texted the host to ask what to do with the key but no answer. Very unprofessional. On top of that, the pillows and blankets are poor quality and the bed sheets/covers felt unwashed.
• Ladislav (8/5): nice place/location, nice accommodation, good service- good communication with service - great location, close to the Vencesalv´s square and public traffic NO Private parking, hope we won´t have penatlty...
• Ganna (8/5): Nice stay in Prague - Big nice 3 rooms with good size bed also we had everything we need in the kitchen. We used parking not far from apartments (mrParkit), because apartments don’t have any personal parking areas. Overall feedback is good, but we had some issues during stay. Too poor quality of pillows in all rooms, should be replaced because it was hard to sleep. In one of the rooms previous guests smoked, so it smelled not good in 1st day of our stay. Also we found in wardrobe room some packages with trash from restaurants delivery, it was strange, like nobody throw away it before our arrival. The doors were very noisy while opening/closing, so at night when someone needs to use bathroom everyone will hear it.
