- Tomasz (8/5): Wygodny wypoczynek blisko dworca w dobrej cenie, idealny na krótszy pobyt - Hotel jest blisko dworca, ale w bocznej uliczce. Łatwo skomunikować się z resztą miasta. Hotel znajduje się na 5 piętrze budynku, w którym jest też inny hotel (na 3 piętrze). Winda jest oldschoolowa i mieści dwie osoby z walizkami. W hotelu jest bardzo czysto, atmosfera jest przyjazna, personel pomocny i życzliwy. Hotel posiada części wspólne dla gości, m.in. kuchnię i taras. Na dworcu, obok stacji metra, znajduje się market, czynny długo i dobrze wyposażony. Wieczorem okolice dworca Termini nie są zbyt przyjemne, ale w hotelu czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Nasz pokój był sprzątany codziennie, jest bardzo czysto. Na tarasie miło spędza się czas. W pokoju było wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy (szafa, biurko, miejsce na walizkę, lodóweczka). Z mniejszych mankamentów (bo dużych nie ma): jeśli masz pokój przy tarasie (okna pokoju wychodzą na taras), mogą ci przeszkadzać inni goście, którzy z niego korzystają, np. palą papierosy. W kuchni przydałoby się więcej naczyń. Łazienka nie ma najlepszej wentylacji, co trochę widać po obecności czarnych kropek pleśni na suficie. Spłuczka jest trochę głośna, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało jakoś bardzo. Pod prysznicem przydałaby się jakaś półka na kosmetyki. Brakuje też trochę miękkich powierzchni w hotelu, które pochłaniałyby głos (np. słychać dość głośne drzwi do hotelu). Fajnie też byłoby mieć w pokoju sejf. Jak ktoś potrzebuje ciemności do spania, to lepiej wziąć ze sobą coś na oczy, bo zielona lampka bezpieczeństwa świeci dość mocno.

The bathroom was nice, clean, and spacious, and the shower pressure was really good. One thing I didn’t like was that there was no A/C. (First week of April) It was hot inside the room, and I had to keep the windows open all the time. Because of that, outside smells and humidity came in, which made it uncomfortable to sleep or relax on the bed. I wish they could at least offer A/C for an extra fee.

- Andreea (10/5): Un sejur minunat - Camera foarte curata, patul confortabil. Locatia aproape de gara si la aproximativ 15 minute de mers pe jos de Colosseum si Fontana de Trevi. Bucataria si terasa este comuna, foarte curata si cu toate cele necesare. Mie personal nu mi-a placut zgomotul. Este situat la etajul 5, nu se aude deloc zgomot de afara, dar se aude tot de la vecini, chiar si de la receptie, aspiratoarele dimineata cand se face curat. Asta pentru cei sensibili la zgomot.

- Prittinen (7/5): - Keskeinen sijainti oli hyvä. Perus siisti. Seinät olivat ohuet ja kaikki äänet viereisistä huoneista ja rappukäytävästä. Olisi hyvä, että hotelilla olisi järjestyssäännöt esim.milloin tulisi olla hiljaa. Ilmastointilaitteesta tuli vain lämmintä ilmaa.

- Lalosevich (1/5): Tienen una estrella porque menos no se puede - me gustó la ubicación y las duchas tenían buena temperatura Tienen una política de check in pésima, si llegas después de las 12 te quieren cobrar 50 EUROS, una estafa. En la habitación había toallas de las personas que estaban anteriormente, en la recepción todos tienen muy mala actitud, preguntas algo y te responden de mala manera, les molesta que preguntes. Nuestros vecinos se la pasaron haciendo ruido toda la noche y todo el día, avisamos para ver si se resolvía algo y brillaron por su ausencia las personas del hotel. Es IMPOSIBLE reconocer el hotel desde afuera, no hay ni un cartel ni nada, tenes que llamar para preguntar dónde está (además los llamamos y nos dijeron que estaban en el piso 6 de un edificio, cuando llegamos al piso 6 era otro hotel que nos mandó al piso 3 y en ese piso recién nos dijeron que terraza magenta estaba en el piso 5, mil vueltas, parece que no saben en qué piso estaban por la llamada). No hay calefacción, el aire solo tira frío, no tira calor.

So it was easy to get around. Excellent for late arrivals as staff is there til midnight. There were many restaurants open late for dinners. With good cafés for breakfasts. The coffee in the lounge could be better.

Personal irrespetuoso. nos acosaron. Habitaciones asquerosas, con MOHO NEGRO, humedas. Cobran 30 euros si llegas pasado las 00.00, cosa que no dice booking al reservar y si no no te dejan entrar. No parece hotel, esta en quinto piso deun edificio viejo. Sin letreros. Solo les digo a quien quiera reservar en este hotel que tenga cuidado antes de hacerlo, no se guien por puntuaciones que claramente son falsas. La peor experiencia de mi vida en un hotel, me tuve que ir antes de completar mi reserva completa por el acoso de los empleados, debido a que reclame a booking ya que la habitación tenia MOHO NEGRO y nos estaba afectando a la salud, pasado dos noches que fue cuando nos dimos cuenta de lo asquerosa que estaba la habitación en las esquinas, los empleados se enojaron porque nos quejando con booking y nos acosaron incluso desde su numero personal, somos dos mujeres jovenes viajando sola y por nuestra seguridad tuvimos que irnos ya que sentimos que nuestra seguridad se vio vulnerada por reclamar nuestros derechos como clientes al pagar supuestamente un hotel, esta en un quinto piso de un edificio viejo sin letreros en la entrada, sin atencion de recepcion 24/7, pedimos que nos esperen porque llegariamos minutos pasados las 00.00, llegamos 00.20 y ni habia nadie, no teníamos señal y estuvimos fuera de la entrada 40 minutos sin saber que hacer, cero respeto y consideración por los clientes, tuvimos que salir a un kiosko a pedir ayuda e internet para localizar al personal que nos dejo a la deriva en plena noche. Si quieren considerar quedarse aqui NO LO HAGAN, el personal es grotesto e irrespetuoso, no tienen un equipo profesional “de un HOTEL” nos acosaron e insultaron sin importarles nada.

Great air con, amazing shower (very hot water and high stream). Staff was amazing. Let us check in in the morning (6 hours before) free of charge and kept our bags stored after we checked out and until our train back south Nothing. Great value for money

- Chai Hong (10/5): It is a rare gem within Roma Termini, total worth of value - The hotel provides full kitchen and dining facilities with great interior and exterior design. There are ample spaces for guests to hang out - a comfortable sofa and reading hall, an indoor kitchen and dining place, an open air (but covered) sofa and smoking area. The location is great, only 5 min walk to the main train station Roma Termini. The room is clean and comfy. I love the shower room design as it completely shields water splashing. Friends are all very friendly and helpful, including the cleaner. Although there is no signage on the buidling, the staff has given clear instructions on how to reach the hotel - it is located within Hotel Marco Paolo, but at Level 5 (with lift access). The mattress can be improved, and please provide more pillows.

- KhimberlyMelissa (8/5): - La ubicacion es perfecta, a una calle de la estacion, con bastantes restaurantes cercanos para comer, mi habitacion era pequeña pero comoda , el hotel esta dentro de un un piso un poco antiguo, cuando veas el hotel marco polo ahi es, en la entrada esta el timbre , el chico que me atendio muy amable.

- Loredana (5/5): - Les coussins étaient peu confortables et, malheureusement, les chambres sont mal isolées : on entend beaucoup les bruits de l’extérieur (ouverture de la porte d’entrée, rires, claquements, etc.). En revanche, le personnel était sympathique, la chambre était propre et l’emplacement, proche de la gare, est pratique. Mais je trouve le prix quand même chère pour ce que c’est.
