• Rocio (8/5): Ubicación inmejorable - La ubicación es magnífica , inmejorable.... Muy cerca de la plaza San Marcos , supermercados y Gran Canal... La persona que nos atendió muy agradable. No tuvimos ningún problema. Casa limpia y moderna. Los mosquitos, deberían poner mosquiteras o aparatos para espantarlos sabiendo que hay muchos , o por lo menos avisar para no abrir las ventanas. Se podría mejorar la calidad del sofá cama , ya que estaba bastante usado y no era muy cómodo para dormir.
• Andreas (9/5): - Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Bei der Ausstattung war alles vorhanden und entsprechend gepflegt. Abwaschschwamm und Handtücher waren sehr sauber. Der Vermieter stellt sogar Spülmittel, Duschbad und Shampoo. Einen kleinen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die ganzen Hinweisschilder. Überall in der Wohnung kleben Zettel mit Hinweisen was man nicht darf. :)

• Bordelais (10/5): - Très bien placé, spacieux, climatisé. Accueil très sympa avec plein de conseils
• Vicky (7/5): Good - Apartment was warm, clean enough, had everything we needed. Main bed is super comfy! Sofa bed not very comfy, a few little things didn't work (bubbles in bath, a light switch). Shower and screen could do with some tlc, but very acceptable for the price and location!

• Gareth (7/5): Excellent host, great communication and lovely apartment in the heart of Venice. - Shower went cold very quickly. Was either boiling hot or freezing cold.
• Purvi (8/5): Great location but located on the 4th floor - The location was excellent The apartment was on the 4th floor. This is not advertised or mentioned and hauling our luggage up and down the stairs was a nightmare.
• Puja (9/5): Convenient location, clean and comfortable. - It was accessible and comfortable stay. Laundry in the apartment was a savior. Climbing 4 floors. This was top floor. So if you have luggage be mindful that you will be climbing 4 floors.

• Jody (6/5): Lovely apartment but let down by a couple of issues which could have been resolved by the host. - Great location with lots of facilities within the apartment. It was on the top floor and the stairs didn’t have reliable lighting at the bottom so very dark. We had a radiator leak on arrival so had to use towels and cups to prevent it running and there was also a lot of mould coming out of the vents in the bath. We reported both of these things but nothing happened. We also fell down the stairs leaving the property with the suitcase but fortunately nothing was broken, just battered and bruised.
