Tina (5/5): - The hotel itself was very lovely, with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, particularly when the weather changed unexpectedly and we needed to adjust our plans. Their assistance in that situation was greatly appreciated and made the stay more enjoyable overall. We were disappointed by the handling of a late checkout request. The room availability was confirmed, but the actual late checkout charge was not clearly communicated beforehand and only appeared on the bill at departure. We also felt that some of the later customer service responses were defensive and implied that the charge had been explained at the time, which did not reflect our recollection of events. Although the hotel later acknowledged this and offered a partial refund, we felt the situation could have been handled more transparently and fairly. The dispute significantly spoiled the overall experience

Jede Butter, Marmelade ja sogar jede weitere Tasse Kaffee kostet extra Rezeptionsdame unterirdisch. Man wird behandelt wie ein Aussätziger Am Ende noch als Lügner hingestellt, welcher von Anfang an auffällig war..... Ach ja. Dachterrasse bei besten Wetter, Ende April, winterfest verpackt. Judy (10/5): Beautifully renovated hotel - The location was perfect, on the edge of the old town, right next to the cathedral.. It was easy to find, and they took our car and parked it for us. The design of all the areas was in keeping with the age of the building. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The shower was great, and loved the Molton Brown products. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly and gave us good advice about where to go. The rooftop terrace had a small pool, and great views of the cathedral We were a bit challenged by the lighting controls!

Jan (7/5): Comfortable stay and super friendly staff, disappointing facilities - A hotel located at a perfect location for visiting Jerez de la Frontera and the bodegas in town. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The bigger room that we booked was still relatively small. The bathroom was large and luxurious. Don’t be misled by the suggestion that the hotel has a swimming pool (or even pools), spa and a gym. The so-called rooftop swimming pool is tiny and only 40 centimetres or so deep. It is less than a bath tub … roof top puddle would be a more suitable description. The gym is a very small room with only two instruments of mediocre quality. We looked at the spa facilities and these were disappointing as well. No sauna and the jacuzzi was not more than a bath tub.
Mary (3/5): Depressing . Overpriced. - It was clean and central. It is billed as a 5 star hotel, but it is more like serviced rooms there is no sitting room or bar, a tiny room with a sofa where you can sit facing the wall which they call a sitting room! The Smart TV would not connect to the wifi and despite being told it was fixed it would not connect. The room safe was not attached to anything and so you could just pick it up and walk out with the safe and contents. When I spoke to the staff about this they already knew it was a problem and just hadn't got round to fixing it. As the hotel was almost empty I asked why they had selected this room as they knew it had issues and was met with blank stares. The first floor rooms are open to the elements as this part of patio does not have a roof! the blinds and blackout blinds do not fit properly so on the patio side you get light all night and on the other side light in the early morning. I attach photos of the view from the bedroom window!!

The staff are all an amazingly helpful and proactive. The rooms are kitted out with the most up to date furnishings. Moulton Brown shower gels, very comfortable beds. Situated right next to the Cathedral in Jerez. It is well worth staying here. Nothing

Very comfortable bed and quality fittings in room, complete with Japanese toilet! Efficient air con. Lovely roof terrace overlooking cathedral with tiny pool and handful of loungers/tables/chairs. Room rather cramped with lack of surfaces. No staff in hotel restaurant when we arrived for dinner, despite having table reservation at 21:00. Had to hunt someone out. Fortunately, a lovely waitress eventually turned up and saved the night - she was a delight! Struggled to find someone for a coffee in the morning too. To be fair, there appeared to be very few guests staying at the hotel (it only opened a few months ago) and it was off season.

Exceptional service and luxury comfort - Very close to all the important sights in Jerez, clean and modern design, excellent restaurant at the hotel. From the moment we drove up to the door, the hotel manager welcomed us personally and we were offered refreshments. A beautiful hotel with very comfortable beds. Everyone at the hotel is extremely hospitable and friendly; from Ismael at reception to Alejandro the chef. Be sure to grab lunch or dinner at the restaurant—delicious arroz soccarat. Valet parking. Nothing—everything was fantastic!

They couldn’t do enough for us. - Size brightness bathroom comfy bed little extras like 4 bottles of water free and a half a bottle of sherry The wardrobe was awful. Hardly any long hanging space and what was there was full of hotel items such as the ironing board and 2 massive fluffy robes so no space for clothes. Also we had the most bizarre art. The picture by my bedside was of a really horrible gnarled forest with tree roots protruding everywhere; it gave me a nightmare!
Vincent (10/5): The Perfect Stay - Beautiful quiet hotel at the best location. Manager Ismael and an excellent staff made our stay a true pleasure! The hotel interior and artwork is very tasteful. My Junior Suite was spotless clean with an exceptional standard of comfort. I already miss the breakfast outside on the terrasse enjoying the view of the Cathedral. I´ll be back! Nothing
