• Yoseff (10/5): Amazing ! Really great value too for Riyadh. - Host was very responsive and customer focused and everything was extremely clean and functioning in the room. I would say that although there is parking allocated it’s tight and under the building so not great for big cars

• Aldo (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy and clean apartment located in a good position close to airport and a very serviced area, I had a problem with the tap for cold water but luckily the apartment owner was helpful and she called a pluber that came shortly after to fix the problem
• Rajesh (9/5): Comfortable apartment for business travelers, great location and very nice host. - Very responsive and very co-operative staff. My flight landed early morning 7am. And it was nice of them to offer me early check in so I could rest and freshen up before leaving for work. Very clean, comfortable apartment with all convenience handy. Good location, grocery, restaurants and shopping all close by. Very peaceful street despite being so close to market area.

The location is unbeatable—close to everything you could need: cafes, restaurants, markets, and even dry cleaning! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay. • John (8/5): Very good - Given there was an unforeseen complication from the owners side, the stay was excellent. I was met at the door on arrival, helped me with suitcase, and communication with the owner throughout was first class. The property was properly clean and ventilated, both challenging aspects for certain renters. A/C worked a treat and was fully manageable; again, a challenge in many previous Riyadh apts. Would definitely stay again.
