• Florian (4/5): Disappointing - Location is great, the layout of the apartment is great too , bedrooms are clean and comfy. mould in the bathroom, no way to get pressure in the shower, no clean broom to quickly clean the floor, too bad when you come from the beach. Not enough dishware, dirty plates, greasy pans

• Cassandra (1/5): TERRIBLE!!!!! Avoid this apartment it’s ILLEGAL you will be confronted by the local authorities and police. - Location Bad experience!!!!! This apartment is ILLEGAL and the local authorities showed up at the door interrogating us and when we approached the company who manages the apartment they denied all of it and kicked us out! From our return from the mall all our belongings was in black bin bags outside the apartment unattended. Passports, laptops, tablets all personal items was just thrown out. My sons PlayStation was thrown out he got for Christmas he was in pieces. This was a terrible experience for our family! We have been coming to Barcelona for over 10 years and never experienced such disrespect and out right violation from a tourist establishments. Not to mention the threats I was receiving through what’s app from the company when I was told to collect my belongings. Avoid this property with your life! The neighbors know the property is illegal there are signs everywhere in the lift in the hall etc! I am seeking legal advice and will be taking things further as the company has not accepted liability and won’t compensate me for my troubles.

• Rene (1/5): Very expensive for this service!!! - Location, very good distribution of the rooms Totally dirty, especially kitchen. We were with child 2 years old, it was very disgusting. The cleanliness of the bathroom and bedrooms was 50/50. Very dusty under the beds. But kitchen you can not even imagine!!! It was horrible, all the dishes were dirty, spoons, kitchen towel was 😖😖😖 very smelly. Nothing is thrown away after guests, you can find oatmeal, vanilla syrup, soy sauce, yeast. Apparently, cleaning is rare here. The smell was very strange and not nice. I spent New Year's Eve washing pans and kettles. It's scary to look into the oven. We had a scandal with the company that rents out these apartments. They said that they cleaned in the morning, you can see the quality of cleaning in the photo. We asked to clean again. When we returned it was obvious that the floors had been washed, but we didn't notice much of a difference. Therefore, if you plan to visit the apartments, take everything with you. • Silverblueman (7/5): unclean but cosy - - Great localisation - sunny, cosy, bright, with the sun-block shutters - Not disctuptive noices from the Street (more distruptive were from the other apartment across the corridor) - I really liked it, even though it wasn't the cleaniest one - The mattresses on the beds and sofa were dirty and stained, requiring either replacement or a thorough cleaning. - The mattress protector was heavily stained, making it uncertain if the clean bedding was actually touching something dirty and unsanitary. - The toilet light didn't work. The other light provided a dim, subdued glow, making it difficult for daily grooming tasks like shaving. The photos of the toilet and shower show them as bright and well-lit, but this was clearly just photo editing. In reality, the bathroom was dark and poorly lit. - The toilet and shower were elevated, which wasn't shown in the photos. While not a major issue, it could be dangerous in case of a slip coming out of the shower and also limited the space. - The towels were quite worn from frequent use by previous guests. - There were no dishcloths in the kitchen or paper towels. - There was no hand towel in the toilet. - The shower cabin and shower head needed refreshing as they were in a rather worn condition, although it was a plus that the shower head was on a hose and not fixed to the wall. - The bathroom ventilation was very strange - a piece of the ceiling with some holes that would rise and fall noisily with every gust of wind. -The kitchen utensils were greasy and everything had to be washed thoroughly before first use. There were strange LED lights around the bedroom and living room that couldn't be turned on and didn't work, and the living room lamp was also non-functional. The remote control for the lights was greasy and didn't work. - There weren't enough towel racks (only 1 on the door). Additional racks could be placed in the hallway, where there is plenty of space and they would be very useful. - The walls and kitchen cabinet fronts were scratched and greasy. A good cleaning and a light refresh would be enough to avoid feeling uncomfortable.
• Emily (2/5): Don’t stay here - Nothing The apartment is very dark no natural light, the entire place needs to be revamped it’s so grubby looks like it has not been painted in years. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything from neighbors.
• Oliver (2/5): Terribly noisy, avoid! - not much VERY Noisy - description lies, jt says ‘quiet street’ which it is NOT. heavy traffic, loud bars and pedestrianised side street all equal lots of late night noise. Not as nice as pictures make out, lots of wear and tear, not well looked after. Paper thin walls, can hear all parties going on all night all over building. Possibly the worst stay ever in Barcelona.
