• Tanja (6/5): Ist ok, könnte besser sein - Sehr netter Kontakt, Vermieter sehr bemüht, Lage Nähe zur Stadt, Strand, WLAN u TV funktioniert super, modern eingerichtet, Wasser u Tee sowie Kaffee standen bereit Die guten Bewertungen bzgl Sauberkeit, kann ich leider nicht bestätigen bei Ankunft waren im Bett u im Kasten noch Haare der Vorgänger, Backofen war schmutzig, Geschirr teilweise auch. Im Bad gibt es etwas Schimmel, der scheinbar schon etwas behandelt wurde. Vermieter war sehr nett u hat am nächsten Tag abends jemand zum putzen geschickt, es sei wegen Feiertagen nicht so gründlich geputzt worden, die Nachbarn sind nett aber sehr laut, Musik teilweise bis in die späten Nachtstunden, im Treppenhaus funktionierte das Licht nicht u Parkplatz vorm Haus war auch keiner frei, es war sehr umständlich mit dem Gepäck. In der Küche gab es weder Salz, noch Öl, Backpapier oder Geschirrtücher, es war nur spartanisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten nur 3 Tage u diese waren durch diese Umstände leider doch etwas getrübt. Definitiv würde abraten dort zu den Feiertagen buchen.

• Marta (10/5): Rewelacja! - Rewelacyjny kontakt z właścicielem, dostaliśmy wiele wskazówek i rekomendacji mało znanych miejsc na wyspie :) mieszkanie było czyste, zadbane i w pełni wyposażone, bez problemu z miejscem parkingowym i blisko do centrum. Wszystko było super!
• Chao (1/5): Worst stay ever - Nothing, If you enjoy being jolted awake by a screaming baby, nonstop parties upstairs, people yelling in the hallways, or neighbors showering and flushing their toilets at all hours, then by all means, book this place. This is hands down the worst stay of my entire life. The building has zero soundproofing — you hear everything: talking, footsteps, furniture dragging, babies crying… It’s like living inside other people’s rooms. I barely slept during my 3-day stay. The property refuses to take responsibility and offers no real solution. Their brilliant advice? Buy earplugs and deal with it, or call the police yourself. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Also, the appartment doesn’t have any nature lights, no views as it’s described in the page

• Maria Damiana (7/5): - El apartamento estaba limpio y era cómodo. El anfitrión te mandaba sugerencias para hacer. En la zona había muchos descampados y obras. Booking decía que tenía lavadora y vistas al mar. Era un bajo, el mar estaba muy lejos. No se veía. Quizás desde la terraza de arriba....La lavadora no funcionaba, ni se arregló mientras estábamos allí. Pedimos salir más tarde porque el avión era por la tarde. La contestación fue No, porque en Booking ponía a las 11. Si nos hubiera dicho, lo siento mucho, es que está alquilado...lo habríamos entendido mejor..

El apartamento está limpio, bien cuidado y bien equipado. Excelente contacto con el propietario, puedes estar seguro de que serás bien atendido :) Base ideal para explorar Lanzarote. Tuvimos una estancia exitosa y regresaremos con gusto a Lanzarote.
• Mohamed El Amine (9/5): - Very nice apartement So clean The neighborhood was so quiet and clean, and you can find a place to parc you car easely It 5 min to the supermarket and you can go to the beach with you car on 5min or 30 min walking. 15 min to the airport 😊 The host was friendly and very helpful and also he send us a lot of fantastics places to visit.

• Migdalia (9/5): Recomendable - Apartamento en edificio de varias viviendas. El piso con dos habitaciones, salón, cocina y baño muy bien amueblado y acondicionado para suplir las necesidades. Piso en el segundo piso sin ascensor pero muy accesible. Aunque es una zona concurrida no tuvimos problema nunca de aparcamiento. Zona tranquila y con vecinos también tranquilos. Nuestro anfitrión excelente, siempre atento a lo que pudieras necesitar y dándonos muchos consejos diarios para disfrutar de forma óptima de Lanzarote. Fueron muy amables y nos pusieron a petición de última hora la cuna para nuestra bebé. Lugar recomendado, nos dieron la comodidad de un hogar.

• Cosmin-marian (9/5): Good value for money in Lanzarote. - Allows for easy exploration of the whole island, especially by car. It takes around 45 minutes to reach both the North and the South of Lanzarote. The host went above and beyond to accommodate our circumstances and to advise on the island's attractions. Neighbours can be loud, very loud in the middle of the night.
• Jasna (10/5): Nice holliday - We stayed in the apartment from 20.11.-27.11.24. The apartment is clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and parking is easy to find. Communication with the owner is fast and transparent and the owner sends you good recommendations for visiting the island. Highly recommended
• Veronika (2/5): Be aware that the host communicates in Spanish only - - Unprepared, not clean space. Clogged shower and morning noise that is not isolated and cannot be ignored. The bed sofa is very uncomfortable so if you're traveling the four of you - would not recommend as sleeping arrangements are not ideal.

It had all the facilities for cooking, the beds were comfortable, the location is an excellent base for getting out and about, with a bus stop about 10 minutes walk, there is a supermarket just round the corner. The host Jóse was so helpful and very informative on places to go and see. I would definitely recommend. Nothing everything was amazing

• Hjf (9/5): A very good and clean appartment on a good location - Location was about 500 m walking from boulevard and center of Arrecife. Bakery on 200 m walking distance. Parking places (public) in the street. Appartment was clean and furniture was new and sufficient large for 2 persons. On the roof you can sit in the sun and have a view over the city Blankets were very thin. All communication with host was via whatsapp in spanish, so you need google translate when you do not speak spanish. Television had no instructions how to set language to english, but you do not hire a apparment for watching TV

The bed was spacious and comfortable. The sofa is comfortable also, there is a great view of the sea from the balcony and upstairs patio. The host is incredibly kind with great communication. anything we needed they were happy to help. Also, great recommendations of restaurants and places to go in the area.
