• Donna (3/5): Overpriced and not worth the price, go somewhere else - Has A/C in the rooms, but common spaces do not so are hot. Location was okay but on busy street. Which made it difficult for pickups from taxis or tour buses. Very hard to find, entrance is hidden behind closed store. Parts of the apartment are exposed to the outside, so when it rained hard, you would get wet going from the 2nd to the 3rd floor. Stairs are very steep and narrow and you need to go up them to get into the apartment as well as to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Place is very old and washroom was smelly. Garbage hadn’t been changed when we arrived. Very noisy at night as the street just outside the windows is full of honking cars all night. No detergent for washing machine, need to buy or bring. Shower is weak. Inconvenient padlock for the apartment that you need to unlock and lock every time you go out. Definitely overpriced for what you get, would recommend going to a better place for the same money. Priced like a hotel but was worse than a hostel.

• Jimjaylea (8/5): Fantasti owner, fantastic location for a well equipped apartment - Almost Perfect <3 - So the property here in all fairness was great. The host was so cool and accommodated us checking in way past the agreed time, due to a mega delayed flight. She made sure the keys were available, and agreed to meet us the following morning to settle the balance. All the rooms were well equipped with Tv's, very comfy beds and clean linens. The location was in a great area, not too much in the hustle and bustle of old town, but a very short walk from the main attractions. We negotiated a very late check out with the owner for a small fee to allow us to use the property until we were ready to leave for our night bus, which was really appreciated. Okay, my biggest frustration with this property was just about the method of entry and exit. The main gate locks with a padlock and a single key, and our group of 4 had different agendas and plans on different days. There was a lock box for the key, which mean that say if 2 friends wanted to go out on a night, and 2 wanted to go to bed. We would either have to leave the gate unlocked, which we were advised is unsafe, wake our friends up when returning to allow us in, or lock our friends in the apartment while we were out. I hope this makes sense. We just didn't like the idea of locking our friends in, for fire safety etc. My main recommendation would be to switch the keyed padlock with a decent combination lock to allow free coming and going. I know its a small bug bear, but it did cause us some issues, for what is essentially a simple fix.
