• Felipe (1/5): - Que los baños huelan bien. Tuvieron un olor a cañería toda la estadía demasiado incómodo. La nevera hacía ruido toda la noche haciendo que el descansé fuese bastante complicado

Genial el detalle de articulos necesarios - La verdad que cuando entre al edificio no sabia con que me iba a encontrar porque es viejito... pero el departamento esta nuevo e impecable con todo lo necesario para una estadia corta como la que tuvimos. A nosotros la ubicación nos sirvio porque mis hijas estaban alojadsa a 4 cuadras. Teniamos el metro en la esquina y a cuadras de la Estacion Atocha. Asique excelente ubicación! Lo que no me gusto es que no haya ascensor.. llegar cansados y subir dos pisos pesaba. Igual se notó no tenerlo para bajar las valijas que estaban pesadas.

• Hector (4/5): Costoso para lo que es. - Cercano a Estación del tren. 1. Demasiados enlaces, instrucciones. Páginas, codigos etc para acceder al lugar. 2. Los residentes fumando en los pasillos aunque esta el letrero de prohibo. 3. Cobran un adicional de aseo pero el apartamento estaba sucio, el baño sucio ( lo reporte y nunca se contactaron. 4.malos olores en la habitación 5. Instalaciones viejas del edificio.
• Adom (3/5): At first it looks nice and clean, the more you stay the worst it gets. The only advantage is the location. - The only good thing about the property is the location. Close to subway and close to city centre First thing that made the bad impression was an additional fee that just popped while you’re doing the check-in. It was either the fee or 300€ blocked from your account for half a month. Second, if you want to take a warm shower-good luck, bacause there is no hot water! I called the owner of the property the first night and he said “it worked perfectly the previous day”, but he obviously knew what was going on, because he said he will tell maintenance to come first thing in the morning. Of course ,nobody came and the same thing happened the next day. And why would you put a coffee machine and leave no coffee in the apartment?!?
• Rocio (7/5): - El departamento esta muy bien equipado, es todo relativamente nuevo. Tiene hasta lavarropas en caso de alojarse muchos días. La asistencia para el ingreso es buena. Queda cerca de metro a media cuadra. Y la estación de Atocha y parqué Retiro Todo eso es buenísimo. El ingreso para una persona que no maneje mucho el celular es complicado. El depto es pequeño justo para dos personas, sin mucho lugar para las maletas. Te hacen pagar un seguro por si se rope algo que eso no estaba descripto al reservar el lugar y si o si tenes que pagarlo para que te den el ingreso. Incluso que aclaran que si sucede por ej un incendio si no pagas ese seguro te haces cargo de los gastos. El depto tiene un fuerte olor a desagote, cálculo que es porque el edificio es algo antiguo, te dejan aromatizantes de ambiente. No tiene ascensor y es un segundo piso. Claramente no me gustó el hecho de que te hagan pagar un seguro cuando habia cosas en el dpto que estaban medio inestables y se podian romper. Ej mochila del inodoro se movía toda al sentarse o apretar el botón. Lo de más todo perfecto

• Javier (6/5): Does the job but not gracefully - Location. Next to Delicias underground station. Walls are so thin that you can hear your next door neighbor breath (not to mention more intimate activities). Quite uncomfortable. Smelly.

• Alicia (10/5): Good choice - Excellent Property! Very Recommended This is a great place located in a very strategic spot. The unit has everything you need to sleep comfortably and feel at home. It’s just steps away from the metro, which connects you to all of Madrid. It’s ideal for travelers with light luggage, as it includes a washing machine and a drying rack right outside the door — clothes dry in about an hour during the summer! Communication with the hosts was excellent and very fast. Highly recommended! Location safe to walk day and dinner at night. Steps from biggest supermarkets

Good air conditioned and quiet. No problem with communication with staff via messaging Very pleased with everything. Good central no frills apartment with everything one needs. • Barata (9/5): Reccomend vividly! - The Studio provided every needed necessity for us and for our traveling objective. It was spacious and it delivered everything we needed. The apartment is also located in a great neighbourd and has a Metro within a few seconds of walking, providing transportation throughout the City! We loved everything. Neighbours next to the house can be heard, but nothing that ruins the experience.
• Stuart (4/5): Disappointing overpriced bedsit…. - It served as somewhere to stay. Shabby, grubby, worn. Window looks on to open passageway which leads to other flats. Door feels insecure. Dropping pipe from above into shower. Furniture (sofa) so big can’t open kitchen cupboards. Location too far from anything…. Glad we were only there for stopover.
