Der Gastgeber hat also alles richtig gemacht und nichts verschwiegen. Wir würden das Haus nicht mehr buchen, wegen den Kameras, für uns macht das ein ungutes Gefühl, selbst wenn diese abgeklebt werden, können sie meist auch Gespräche mitschneiden. - keine Auflagen für Stühle & Liegen - Poliyesterdecken- & Kissen - es wirkt alles etwas clean & ungemütlich, die Lichtsituation dürfte für uns verbessert werden, es wirkt wie Klinikbeleuchtung - wirklich schade fanden wir auch die Milchglasscheibe zur Meeresfront, so gab es immer nur den Blick auf kahle Wände und diese Scheibe, obwohl der Blick wirklich schön wäre - zu unserer Zeit wenig befahren, trotzdem erwähnenswert: direkt an der Terrasse geht eine zweispurige Straße entlang
• Scott (6/5): Nice looking property, would not use again though. - Modern and has amenities Lots of flys (constantly), hundreds building up on the windows and you could not keep them out. It resulted in us buying extra fly spray and leaving the property a lot to spray it and hope to kill them. So many it was not pleasant. The electric was tripping out multiple times every day. Did inform the host and they did reply and try to fix it but kept happening multiple times a day.

• Martin (10/5): Wonderful! - Perfect location and excellent villa. Easy parking to the side of the villa. We knew of Playa Quemada before arriving. We knew it was a peaceful location which is what we wanted, none of the hustle and bustle of nearby towns. That said, there are 4 restaurants in the village serving some good food and if you want a supermarket there are plenty available in the local towns such as Puerto Calero being the nearest. If you are passing through Yaiza then is a nice mini market there as well. Even Playa Blanca is only 20 minutes away and we travelled there a few times. The peace was what we wanted, however. It more than delivered. We will be back. Only a couple of minor suggestions that we pointed out to the owner on our departure, really to make sure that the stays for future residents match our experience for the long term.
• Mark (3/5): Owner was absolutely horrible, there was no bin for the rubbish when the little bin was full and they freaked - The view Looks good in the picture, the pool was freezing. The owner said they would be at the property at 12 so we sat there and waited. They text me at 12:15 and said they are outside and then try to charge us €50 for a late checkout.
• David (10/5): Best place we have stayed in over 30 yrs of visiting the Canaries. - Spacious, well equipped and wonderfully quiet. Being English a teapot would have been nice.
• Jessica (10/5): Perfect villa in a perfect location. - Where do we start, the property looks exactly how it does in the pictures, very clean, very well equipped, beautiful scenery, and a perfect location. You would need a car to get around but you’re in the centre of everything with a very short car journey. The owners were so helpful, regularly offering to maintain the pool during our stay which was so kind, we arrived to some fresh fruit from their farm and a lovely bottle of wine. I have no faults and we will sure be back. This is our new holiday home when we visit Lanzarote! The ONLY thing I would maybe recommend but would not stop me from coming back, is changing the door locks on the bedrooms as a few times my child who has ADHD locked themself in the bedrooms and I was unable to get in there, maybe a higher lock? Like I said would not stop us returning.
• Mark (8/5): A very peaceful and well appointed Villa - There was someone there to hand over the keys. Having 2 number 28 on the same street was interesting in the dark. The place was very peaceful and the views to the sea were great. There was plenty of space and the washing machine was very useful The WiFi wasn't perfect and two of the party lost a lot of work. Streaming on the TV was very hit and miss. It would be great if there was a shop nearby and the late flight times made getting food on arrival and finding somewhere to leave luggage on departure was very difficult

• Petkov (10/5): I strongly recommend this property it is very clean and comfortable, the host is very friendly. - It is a great property, very nice and clean with a beautiful sea view. The location is great, but there are not so many facilities nearby (coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets).

• Svetlana (7/5): The renter demands 50% additional money - Newly renovated, nice view and location, comfortable, wine and fruits at arrival. The main point was the communication with the host: We initially booked for 4 people, then wanted to add more people. The price difference in booking was 100€, the host required additionally 560€, irrespective of the number of people and nights. It was impossible to speak with the host, absolutely unfriendly. We did not receive any invoice for the additional money. The apartment itself had following weaknesses: -Bathroom was completely under water after taking a shower, it was not well installed -cleanliness: there were some noodles and potato chips lying on the floor -coffee maker looses water -poor kitchen equipment, there were not enough plates even for one dinner, we had to buy additional plates I would not recommend to book the apartment because by changes cost a 50% price increase
• Vilija (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the place the villa is located in, there were two restaurants beside the sea with a estimated time of a five minute walk to both of them from the villa with many amazing sights, The place was also very quiet and peaceful. The villa was neat and tidy with a nice pool area where children could have fun. The interior and exterior were great and are really a perfect place to spend a holiday in Lanzarote There wasn't anything I didn't like

Great outdoor space with privacy and fantastic open plan living space inside. Been staying on the island for several years now and easily one of the best villas we have stayed at. Great host with warm welcome and very responsive throughout.
