• Véronique (1/5): - La disposition des meubles. La cuisine équipée. L'acces à l'appartement par le biais d'une boîte à clés disposée à même le sol accrochée à une grille d'évacuation et à une adresse différente du logement. Nous n'avons pas pu accéder au logement la nuit de notre arrivée car la photo ne s'est pas chargée sur mon téléphone et avons dû louer une chambre pour la nuit qui m'a été remboursée. Le chauffage de la pièce à vivre ne fonctionnant pas, un.petit chauffage d'appoint de 30cm de haut a été allumé le matin de notre arrivée pour tenter de chauffer la pièce. Mon fils de 4 ans a eu froid et en était épuisé. L'aprés midi un autre chauffage d"appoint a été livré mais entre temps c'est la chasse d'eau des toilettes qui s'est cassée. L'eau ne s"arrêtait pas de couler tant que le cache n'était pas soulevé. C'en était trop. Nous avons quitté le logement pour un autre réservé en.urgence, transis de froid en ayant pris soin de laisser l'appartement comme nous l'avions trouvé. En dépit de toutes ces problématiques liées à l'appartement, le directeur général.de Royal Residence m'a contactée par un mail officiel pour retourner la situation contre nous en nous m'accusant de tentative de fraude et m'a indiqué qu'il allait transmettre le dossier à La Police Belge. Je n'en reviens toujours pas. Comment une simple réservation sur booking peut mener une famille honnête ayant effectué un grand nombre de réservations sans aucun problème à une situation inhumaine et d'ordre judiciaire? Je ne m'en remets pas. J'ai transmis une plainte auprés de booking mais aucune suite n'a été donnée à ma demande.

Arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble Difficulté pour trouver la boîte à clef qui est derrière un tas de poubelles (arrivée un dimanche soir) Logement sale, mal nettoyé ( vaisselle, sol, accessoire de salle de bain....) Le logement Mériterai un rafraîchissement Le propriétaire a mis en doute le fait que nous avions bien rendu les clefs. Nous avons du retourner à l'appartement 1heure après notre depart

• Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional - A spacious and comfortable apartment equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Conveniently located near the European Parliament. The staff were very helpful, providing clear instructions for finding the apartment and the self check-in process. They were also very accommodating when we requested a late check-out There was nothing in particular that we disliked. Just a small note: the apartment does not have air conditioning. However, we didn’t find it necessary, even with the unusually warm temperatures for early May (around 27°C)
• Alemap1959 (9/5): Perfect location - Perfect location and lovely apartment which was great for a 3-night stay. There were no instructions on how to use things, such as the dishwasher or the TV, and it would have been nice to have a bedside lamp on both sides of the bed. Other than that, it was fine.
• Indira (9/5): A perfect apartment for a short break or a longer stay. Thank you! - Lovely big apartment well located for getting into town by bus. Very quiet and tastefully furnished. Some suggestions: add a toaster, more teaspoons and some bedside lamps (there is only one!).

It was my first time in Europe and I had some issues with the door an - Excellent washing machine and crying facilities once we worked out how to use them! The agent that came to the property with a man who she did not introduce to try and resolve an issue for us. She was rude and quite scary.
• Aki (8/5): AK - Roomy, good lay-out and great location. Some minor details a bit worn out. With a small effort could be great experience instead of good.
• Andreas (5/5): Passable - Flat was large and clean. Flat is not fully maintained (e.g. heating not properly fixed). Kitchen lacks basic items, e.g. chopping board. Cups and glasses are mixed and used for a long time. Electrical appliances do not have European plugs and do not have a CE logo (lack of safety). Very bad coffee machine (Temu quality). There was a dishwasher but no taps for cleaning. .... Suggestion to invest 200 EUR in proper kitchen equipment.
• Michael (7/5): Good - Good size apartment It was dusty, pillows were hard or lacked covers, some of the kitchen equipment was dirty - likely because the dishwasher doesn’t work so glasses, mugs etc has gone back into cupboards without a proper clean

• Bob. (3/5): Poor - Great location. The sofa bed in the living room was just a sofa which was not great. The previous guest left the apartment extremely dirty and this was hell for the clean up crew. Smelled of smoking inside.

• Carole (8/5): would stay again when visiting family on Brussels - spacious and comfortable. very clean. near shops, restaurants and public transport. no kettle but there was a coffee machine but we couldn’t get it to work. boiled water in a pot so all good 😊
