• Joel (8/5): It is what it says, a cozy studio, perfect for a nights get away - The location was perfect as it was a a short walk to the O2 Brixton as we were travelling for a concert and the room was ideal for our needs for one night The only issue we really had was that we couldn't connect to the WiFi and when we tried to scan the qr code posted on the walls it didn't work

• Tabitha (7/5): Great value stopover for a stay in Brixton - It was so quiet! We stayed a Sunday night and we couldn’t believe how very quiet the house was. The room was well equipped with essential amenities including fan, hairdryer etc. We used it as an overnight stop for a gig at the Academy and it was easy to find and great value. The host was kind, patient and professional when dealing with my query. Everything was so clean. I would recommend this place. We missed extra pillows as only two thin ones were provided.

• Linda (7/5): Perfect for enjoying Brixton - The studio was exactly what we needed, a place to rest after attending a concert in a nearby location. Plus, the place was SPOTLESS. Very, very clean. I couldn't find any ventilation in the bathroom, so we refrained from taking a shower, which is a shame. The bed was not the comfiest I have ever slept on, but again, at least it was clean.

• justine (8/5): don’t judge a book by its cover, it was a clean comfortable stay in the back streets but very quiet - it was close to the venue we was going to, was very clean with cooking facilities, tea, coffee, sugar and personal washing supples included. the outside doesn’t look so nice as it’s a multiple accommodation and ownership building and 2 doors with the same number. entrance is via codes sent so no face to face or directions to where your studio is.

Per arrivare in centro a Londra è una mezz'oretta di autobus ma comodo ed economico, il quartiere Brixton merita molto, ci è piaciuto un sacco. La casa è piccola ma c'è tutto ed è pulita, in particolare il bagno (rispetto alla media dei bagni inglesi) Il prezzo ottimo Un po' pieno di codici per arrivare e il wifi potrebbe essere più rapido.

• stephen (7/5): - Good spot for the night. In a very walkable city area. easy to get to Brixton centre. Train station 8 min walk from the place. Other residents very friendly Not necessarily a dislike would just recommend having a window cracked as the room was very warm when we arrived.

The location didn’t feel the safest, especially walking from the tube and in the dark. Some of the outer property doors were already unlocked so anyone could’ve come in.

• Charleston11 (6/5): Carino ma potrebbe essere meglio - C'è a disposizione tutto l'essenziale e anche di più (per esempio caffè, tè, shampoo). Principalmente ci sono due problemi: (1) ho soggiornato in gennaio, e il calorifero faticava davvero molto a scaldare la stanza, che è sempre rimasta sempre fredda, (2) la pressione dell'acqua della doccia era molto debole.

• léna (10/5): - Logement propre Le logement était vétuste, sol abîmé, peinture écaillé, pression de l'eau de la douche très basse, miroir de l'armoire cassée, porte d'entrée avec un système a code pas rassurant, cela ressemble a un logement d'hébergement d'urgence, quand au quartier défavorisé 12 min de marche a pied jusqu'au metro pas vraiment rassurant et approprié pour des touristes.

Lots going on round about and near to some excellent restaurants. Provided tea, coffee which was not expected a nice touch. • mel (9/5): Great stay, clean and value for money - Very smooth check in as access codes messaged through on the day. Very helpful with requests. Was clean and the bedding and towels smelt lovely. Was going to a gig at the 02 academy so within walking distance which was great. Very suprised how quiet it was also even on a Saturday night. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Could maybe do with a small TV in room. Then again it had free wifi so most people stream everything or listen and watch things on their phones nowadays. It didn't actually bother us just an observation.

• Martin Amofa (9/5): It was okay - The fact that parking is available but wasn’t stated if is free or not. I had to call and ask first and it was now explained to me that, during weekdays you will have to pay but free on weekends. It needs to be explained before we book so we know what to do next

Anfitrião muito prestável e muito rápido a responder a quaisquer questões que tinha. O apartamento é um bocadinho quente mas com a ventoinha é suportável, ajuda imenso. As cortinas não tapam muito bem a claridade mas também é algo suportável

• Katie (9/5): Superb - The location to the O2 academy in Brixton was perfect, 10 minute walk! Which is ideal as it's what we came here for. The room is just what we required and the bed is very comfortable (although broken in some places) As it's London in the middle of summer, the room is very warm and clammy.. perhaps invest in a fan 🫠 The water pressure for the shower isn't great either, but it was manageable and seeing as we were only here for the night for a gig it really isn't the end of the world.

• Julien (9/5): Perfect for my night out at Brixton Academy. - Clean and Tidy. The mattress was to soft, you could feel the springs through it. No lightening in the hallways .. had to use the touch on my phone to find my way to my room.

• Kristin (10/5): Great value, clean, would recommend! - Me and my friend had such a lovely stay at this flat! It was spotless when we arrived, and you could tell the place is well cared for. The smell was absolutely delightful – fresh and inviting the whole time. It really felt like a home away from home. Plus, for the price, it’s fantastic value! The location was great too, so easy to get around, 10 minute walk away from O2 Academy Brixton which is what we came down for. Host was lovely and helpful, provided towels, tea, coffee. The bed was very comfortable, had the best sleep in ages. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and affordable spot to stay.

Great facilties, with a comfortable bed and felt secure. Would stay again and recommend. It would be good to have a lamp as the main lights are quite bright for nighttime. a small TV would make it even better!

• Alena (2/5): Scary neighborhood, scary place. - The scary dodgy neighborhood! The place, the building inside, even the apartment. Bed was very uncomfortable. We were supposed to stay 4 nights, but we stayed 1 night and decided to book a four star hotel as we didn't want to have scary memories for London. This place is for students, young single people. Not for family with a kid. Very bad experience for us.

The Internet did not work during the entire stay. The price charged is too excessive and the deal was no value for money at all. Not even a sofa to sit. Horrible experience!

• Chen (7/5): Good - It's clean The neighbor was rude shouting at us saying we slammed the door but we didn't, the door just closed with sound which we didn't know as we just checked in there. The location was 15 mins away from underground. But the Victoria line was close before 10 pm so we can only took bus back.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bedsheets and towels had a wonderful fragrance, though I'm not sure which soap was used. The bed was large and very comfortable. The amenities included but not restricted to coffee, tea, a kettle, fridge/freezer, iron, towels, and basic toiletries. The room featured large windows that let in plenty of natural daylight. Looks exactly like the pictures. Additionally, it was conveniently close to Brixton Station and the O2 Academy Brixton. One downside was the low water pressure in the shower, but this might have been due to the fact that I was showering at around 3 am 😅.

• Jane (6/5): Clean and convenient for Brixton Academy and tube, access doors not locked though. - Location was convenient for us as we were going to the Brixton Academy. The studio was clean and the bed very comfy. Tea and coffee were supplied and all bedding and towels were clean. We had a code for the front door, the corridor door and our studio door but we really didn’t like the fact that the front door and corridor doors were unlocked every time we came in and opened with a push so we felt on edge as a result. There were even signs up telling people to stop locking the corridor door. If the security is there it should be used. No TV. Expensive for what we got.

• Tangelina87 (9/5): Great little space - Great little studio, clean and well looked after. Great access to the tube. Definitely on the small side for 3 adults to share once the cot bed is in the room, but the cot bed was at least really comfy!
• Kay (8/5): Ten minutes walk from the centre of Brixton. Very clean with everything we needed in quite a compact space - Small but perfectly formed. I wish the bed was a bit bigger. We’re both quite tall and my feet hung off the end.
