• Lennart (9/5): Nice location close to the metro for a good price. - Very good location, next to a metro station on the A line. The cornetto with coffee in the morning was perfect to start the day. Was clean and friendly end responsive host. Show pressure was a bit too low, making showers less enjoyable.

Továbbá nagyon rugalmasak és segítőkészek voltak a szállásadók, mivel korán érkezett a repülők, de már korán el tudtuk foglalni a szállást. nincs ilyen

La habitación y el alojamiento es muy limpio, todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Pedimos guardar el equipaje unas horas más después del check out y no tuvimos ningún problema.

• amfer (8/5): Week end a Roma - Posizione ottimale, vicinissima alla fermata della metro; colazione (cappuccino e brioche) al bar sottostante. La nostra camera, pulitissima, aveva un ampio bagno ben accessoriato. Check in tutto digitale, con apertura portoni e porte dal cellulare (attenzione ad averlo sempre carico...). Indicazioni ricevute dai proprietari molto chiare ed esaurienti. Il letto matrimoniale era accostato alla parete per le dimensioni contenute della camera rendendo poco comoda la parte del letto verso il muro; essendoci altre camere, il via vai notturno (3 di notte) si è sentito parecchio e la luce accesa nelle parti comuni purtroppo filtra in maniera fastidiosa dalla porta della camera. Parcheggio in strada libero ma difficilissimo da trovare e multe salate se parcheggio fuori posto (165 euro!).

• Luca (8/5): - Il Soggiorno è stato molto confortevole con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Posizione comoda, stanza pulita, Buona Colazione inclusa, staff molto disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato.

• Avylis (8/5): - La chambre, propre et lumineuse, disposait d'un grand lit, d'une smartTV (accès à Netflix, YouTube...), de rangements en suffisance et bien sûr de la climatisation ! Un.espace commun, tout équipé, était également à disposition pour d'éventuels repas ou grignotage... Les petits déjeuners étaient servis dans un authentique café du quartier, à 50m de l'appartement. L'occasion de s'immerger dans le vrai quotidien des italiens. L'emplacement de l'appartement était également optimal, dans un quartier vivant sans être bruyant et à 3 minutes à pied de la station de métro Lucio Sestio. Elle-même, toute proche de l'arrêt Cinecittà et des studios de cinéma du même nom...avis aux amateurs... Et bien sûr, dans les points positifs, je me dois de souligner la gentillesse et la réactivité de notre hôtesse, aux petits soins pour ses résidents. Un grand merci à elle ! 🫶

• Hubert (9/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni ,spełnił nasze oczekiwania . - Śniadanie Włoskie czyli słodkie bardzo dobre w fajnym klimatycznym barze z miłą obsługą. Wszystko było bardzo dobrze zorganizowane , wszystkie niezbędne miejsca na spacer (park) na dojazd (metro) i na kolację znajduje się w pobliżu .

• Zhappo (9/5): Great stay - Loved how lovely it smelled on the inside and the rooms were so clean! The beds were excellent and comfortable. Host was super nice and accommodating. Parking was a struggle because it is right on the main road. Check in was a bit confusing but the host came in person and helped us inside which was a great help. The shower pressure of the room was really slow.

We had spacious balcony with a table and chairs. Breakfast in bar in oposite site was perfect - tasty pastry, nice people.

Nice neighbourhood with lots of shops and supermarkets. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly. Free breakfast at the bar around the corner included (staff is very friendly there). I didnt really like they wireless key situation since you always need your mobile phone to check in. Very loud also during the night as the apartment is located next to a main street.

• Michał (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect. This is not far from Ciampino Airport (15-20min by taxi), and just next to Metro Station, so you can easily get to the Roma center in 15 minutes. The room, bathroom and kitchen are clean, tidy, well organized. AC is efficient, even during hot summertime, you can adjust any temperature you want in the room. There are in total 4 rooms avalable, and the corridor connecting them. I can say that it is not really soundproof, meaning the various sounds and other people discussions are heard through the walls. This is basically the only concern we had. Otherwise I can only recommend Sunway Rome.

• Petra (10/5): Wonderful stay in Rome - We spent 10 nights in Sunway Rome and we were more than happy about this accommodation. The room was spacious enough, with main room, bathroom and balcony. We also used shared kitchen. Everything was always clean as cleaning service was done regularly. Our host was extremely nice and helpful, she welcomed us warmly and was always on phone, ready to help us. On the first day, unfortunately someone stole my mother's wallet with cash and ID card. Our host immediately adviced us what we should do and took great care of us during our stay there. We especially appreciated the location, everything was so close - metro station only one minute walk, bar with breakfast, restaurants, markets, shops, ATM, drinkable water. I definitely recommend this Bed and Breakfast to everyone coming to Rome - for weekend only as well as for vacation - you won't be disappointed! :)

The place is great. 1 minute away from the Metro, a pharmacy, the caffe, MDonalds, a Chinese store, you can find everything you need in case of an emergency. There is a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hangers. Summer room is great and clean Very noisy, because the apartment is right next to the central street. This is an apartment with a shared kitchen. Access to the premises is a bit tricky. 3 doors with codes. Winter room is too small for two people

• Maria (8/5): Modern and clean accomodation, near metro station - Modern and clean accomodation, very close to the subway station, at ~20 minutes distance from city center and less than 30 minutes from Ciampino airport. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days and towels are changed for free, on request. Good communication with the host. Breakfast was nice, consisting in a croissant and a coffee at a nearby bar, with a very authentic feel. We were surprised to find out on arrival that our room was part of a 4 bedroom apartment, which the owner is renting individually. It was not a big problem in itself but I did not like that this is not explicitly mentioned on their website, where the pictures suggest a studio rather than a plain room. The kitchen area is shared with the other rooms and the walls are thin, so there is not a lot of privacy. There are no mosquito nets and the window is facing the main street, which was not very pleasant, considering it was not very well isolated and the area is rather crowded, with a lot of cars and people passing by (especially on weekends). Property comes with an electronic locking system which sometimes had glitches, I would recommend to provide backup keys for all locks (not just the entry to the building).
• R2r23 (9/5): Superb - Literally a one minute walk from the subway station, which is a 15 minutes ride to the historical centre of Rome. The host, Fabio, is a super friendly person. The breakfast included is in a nice local cafe with a fresh bakery. The windows have motorized outside blinds, and when you close it, it prevents almost all sunlight, which is very helpful if you're not going to get up at 6 am. It's a bit noisy. Our room was adjacent to the common kitchen and we could hear every quietest click and every word from anyone who did something in it. Windows in the room we had overlook the street which could get quite loud.

Bathroom was spacious with shower, bidet, there was also window in bathroom.You can find there shampoo, shower gel, conditioner. Beautiful balcony with chairs and table. Kitchen was comfortable, with fridge, freezer, microvawe, cooker. Location of the flat is perfect, few meters from metro station Lucio Stesio line A. Around the acommodation you can find many restauransts, bistro, supermarkets, shops with clothes, shoes.

• Charlotte (8/5): Spotlessly clean room, easy to get to Rome city centre - Accomodation was ideally located very close to a metro station that takes you to the city in 20-25 minutes (on line A, the main metro line that takes you directly to Vatican etc). It was spotlessly clean and bed was very confortable ! We also enjoyed the breakfast provided in nearby very friendly cafe (coffee + croissant) ! Also the host was very easy to communicate with :). The kitchen is shared with other rooms from the bnb (4 rooms in total) but this wasn't a problem at all, other guests were very quiet during our stay The street is quite noisy with traffic so definitely bring earplugs with you (apartment on 1st floor directly above the road)!
