A/C was perfect. The location was amazing with beautiful restaurants at our doorstep. It was not noisy after 11pm. We slept great. Would really recommend to anyone. Nothing

The staff was phenomenal - communicative, immediately responsive, went above and beyond, and provided all the extras in being very helpful in offering suggestions! Nothing! It was a great experience. High recommend! The one suggestion made was for host to add instructions to the existing useful PDF guide on how to operate the stove (extra steps required).

• Sanela (9/5): Our stay in Trastevere gave us the opportunity to explore a lot of things and really enjoy in Rome - The appartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. It is located in the city center, on walking distance to cultural and historical landmarks of the city. Mr. Malko was a great host, friendly and ready to help for all important things for our pleasent stay. All recomendation for this appartment. I hope we'll be back again in the future ☺️
• Julianna (8/5): Great location in a safe, beautiful area - The place looked just as the pictures did, and it was in a great location near restaurants, cafes, and transit. The host was very kind and helpful, even providing a guide that included food recommendations. The bathroom door was not aligned so it could not close all the way, and there were limited windows and little ventilation, which made the place smell a bit like mildew even upon first entry. There was a wet mop by the kitchen that may have contributed to the smell.
• Marc (8/5): Neat space, great location, could use some work though - Convenient and cute space, nice A/C. The host was nice. A lot of mold in the bathroom, no napkins or paper towels, signs about extra cleaning fees in the kitchen made us afraid to use anything.

Malko was very good communication wise The beds weren’t the comfiest but that’s just each persons preference. We found it a little loud outside at night and street sweepers passing by in the early am. The shower wasn’t great pressure wise and lacked hot water unfortunately (only luke warm).

• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - The loft is as described and centrally located, a few steps to some great food and wine options but out of the hustle and bustle of Trastevere’s main precinct (not even 5 minutes away). Bruno, the host, was great. He met us at the door, communicated with us re our arrival and departure, and provided a fantastic document of recommended places to eat and drink. I was sad to not be able to take up the offer of a cooking class with he and his wife as our schedule didn’t allow. A really enjoyable stay. We will be back… one day! The aircon doesn’t reach to top level as powerful as downstairs, but we were there in the middle of summer and a heatwave. It certainly wasn’t enough to detract from the stay and the great value for money.
• Taneya (9/5): Perfect one night stay. Good value. - Studio loft apartment with simple and clean basic amenities. The location was amazing. Surrounded by many restaurants. Malko was great with setting up transportation to and from airport. He also recommended many great restaurants. Loft sleeping area could use a bit of air. It was slightly warmer. A fan or two could help circulate cool air from lower level. But we still slept soundly.

• Abby (9/5): Great location! - Location was sensational. It’s right on the edge of Trastevere so you can walk to most of the main sites within half an hour. There are so many great places to eat. The communication was fantastic and so helpful, and the apartment itself is super cool. The only thing I would say, is that if you are a light sleeper like me, it is quite noisy. This is definitely an issue I always have, my partner was fine - so if you struggle with a bit of noise then just pack some ear plugs and you’ll be fine!

• Tyla (8/5): Fantastic Stay - Great location! - Location was amazing. I loved being away from all the busy tourists yet close enough to walk to sights. lots of really great restaurants near by. We loved this area and the apartement was perfect for our family of 4. even with the sofa pulled out there was still lots of room to walk around I was a little concerned about the noise since the suite was at ground level and door opens right onto the street - but thats how it is in Italy, and the street had very little traffic regardless. Host was a great communicator. I'd stay again! Queen bed was really really firm and the sofa bed was a little saggy. Bathroom is tiny and not recommended for anyone on the heavy side, but fully functional. Was a bonus to have a small washer after sweating through most of our clothes (Rome is soooo hot in the summer!!!) The loft is low, as others have commented but perfectly functional. Anyone over 6' would have an issue. Kitchen didn't have much counter space but we didn't cook anything so it wasn't an issue for us. Would have appreciated some more cleaning supplies for wiping kitchen and doing dishes, but I didn't bother asking the host as we made do with what was there. Host was great communicator and I'm sure would have delivered what we needed if required.

The area itself has a number of lovely reastaurants, A very relaxed experience. Malko , our host, could not have done any more for us and responded very promptly to our queries. Thank you.

• Horatiu (8/5): Nice vacation, with few inconvenients. - Very good location, 10 min walk from center. Clean apartment. The owner is very helpful. Unfortunately the apartment is ground floor, and door and windows are faceing the street. A lot of street noise from the people until late night. Maximum hight in the kitchen is 185cm and I had few bad experiences with the metal bars on the ceiling.

• Helen (9/5): Fabulous family apartment in buzzing Trastevere. - Amazing use of space to create a beautiful, well equipped apartment in the heart of buzzing Trastevere. Perfect for breakfasts and evening meals. Host Malko couldn’t have been more organized and welcoming. Check in and out were completed with ease. We were a family of 5. Kids loved the balcony beds and TV for a little relaxation.

• Adam (10/5): A great stay in a nice place in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Rome. - The location is one of the best neighborhoods in Rome. It's a spacious unit with most everything we needed for our short stay. The host was attentive and friendly. It's a ground floor unit in a lively neighborhood, so there is some noise issues. The ceiling height is quite low under the loft bedroom area and in the bathroom.
