• dezutter (7/5): .Ik nam een deluxe kamer, buiten het bed volgens mijn oordeel geen deluxe kamer, povere badkamer,. - Vriendelijk personeel, zeer goed bed, en voortreffelijke bar om iets nuttigen van drank en goed gegeten. .Koude douche, lawaai op de gang. Wat mij opviel dat ze niet eens reageren op een email naar hun gericht over uur van aankomst.

• Christina (6/5): Für den Preis und für 1 Nacht in Ordnung - War alles ok, nichts besonderes Die Dame an der Rezeption war recht unfreundlich und hat sich nicht sonderlich Mühe gegeben, auf unsere Fragen oder Wünsche einzugehen. Sie Bettwäsche war außerdem leider dreckig und im Mülleimer waren noch Kondome vom vorherigen Gast.

• Molebatsane (6/5): No soundproof walls, Aircon not working. Terrible breakfast - The location was great The aircon wasn't working, the balcony doors has a gap on the bottom so the wind got inside. The wall of the rooms are not soundproof so I could hear people from next door and footsteps on the hallway. The complimentary breakfast was awful and cold. The extra blankets provided smelled terrible.

• Erica (8/5): Foi boa, mas poderia ter sido melhor. - Da zkna segura e com muitos restaurantes a volta. Barulho. Existe um bar no hotel que fica aberto ate as 4/5 a.m (manhã). É horrível para quem quer descansar.

• Jonathan (10/5): Great place and I enjoyed the stay as a whole. - It was a really convenient location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us and got us settled in . We received a complimentary upgrade to our room. All in all was a great stay. My fiancé was very happy.

• Benting (3/5): From bad to worst - Central to other venues - extra fees on arrival (tourist fees) not advertised on Bookings - no shuttle service to and from the airport, even though it was an added benefit - receptionist wasn't at the desk all the time. Noone was there at checkout - extremely noisy with patrons drinking and walking around the halls at 3 in the morning (not quietly) - moldy ceiling by shower in one room - coffee stains and room not cleaned on arrival

• Willie (3/5): Poor - Love the tranquil environment , friendly stuff , warm water , morning coffee , the electric blankets , everything here is always good .... They was a jack hammer or a drill noise for the rest of our stay , i felt this was unfair 😢 😔 because we initially wanted 3 nights but due to the noise, we couldn't stay more , the noise was quiet disturbing and right next to our room ...worst experience ,prolonged till 7pm on our last day

• Mngomezulu (10/5): Very Relaxing - The hotel was beautiful , the bed comfortable and aesthetic was perfect . It definitely exceeded my expectations . The staff is nice and accommodating . They have a bar downstairs and you can chill with your partner and have drinks which is much safer than going out The remote was not working properly but the stuff does attend to the problem quickly

• Seremo (6/5): Pleasant - The location is really good. The staff is very pleasant as well, from reception to the bar and kitchen staff. Very clean bed linen too. The carpets. They need to be vacuumed on a regular. Flared my sinuses. The noise as well, the room walls are paper thin. It got loud as people walked up and down hallway. The bathroom could use some maintenance too.

• Kudzai (8/5): Exceptional customer service and comfortable rooms. Great place to stay. - The reception was excellent and beyond expectations. All the staff were cheerful and friendly 😄 The room was comfortable and warm, bathroom was excellent but more than anything else the staff deserve a thumbs up 👍 The bar fridge in my room had an irritating sound to it. I also never saw the fitness center, can't confirm if it's there or not.
