• LS B (8/5): Good value and decent - Location was superb, near the Plaza and the Bus Terminal and not too noisy from the street. The Receotion Staff were lovely, friendly, helpful & obliging. The room size, bed tho very firm, & shower were just fine. The price! No convenient socket to charge phones etc. Either above the wall TV or in the bathroom. No bathmat and I had to ask for a top sheet! My room was by the stairwell so I heard everything going on. But given the price, I can't complain.

• Tania (9/5): Genial! - La ubicación es privilegiada, a solo cuadra y media del parque principal. El personal es muy amable, atentos y cordiales. Las instalaciones en buen estado y siempre impecables. El ruido de la avenida que queda en frente del hotel se escucha en las habitaciones con balcon que se ubican en la fachada.

• Ashtar Mauricio (10/5): Un sitio para descansar tranquilo, seguro y limpio - Mi objetivo era obtener un sitio limpio y tranquilo donde pudiera descansar y eso fue lo que obtuve, no tenía grandes aspiraciones por el precio, pero me dejo muy satisfecho Quedé cerquita a la recepción y tuvieron la luz prendida hasta un poco tarde, pero no me fastidiaba, y también tenía su parte positiva, ya que si necesitaba algo, lo tenía a la mano.

• Diaz (7/5): MUY CENTRAL - LO BUENO: Queda en un sector muy central, a una cuadra del terminal de buses, el personal muy amable siempre dispuestos a ayudarte, el baño limpio agua caliente y fria. PARA MEJORAR: La habitación que me asignaron tenia una pared dañada, el guarda escobas roto, las sabanas y almohadas deterioradas, se escuchaba mucho el ruido y la gente hablar.

• Maria Camila (10/5): Super - La ubicación es excelente, esta a media cuadra del terminal de transporte de Rio Negro, también esta a una cuadra del centro, la catedral, y el museo de la plaza central. La habitación estuvo muy cómoda, porque era iluminada y ventilada (solo puedo hablar sobre la mía, ya que hay unas que de pronto no cuentan con eso). No ruido en la noche. Podrían mejorar en la disposición de un "mini closet con ganchos" o adaptar una barra para poder colgar chaquetas... tmb poder adaptar un puesto de trabajo ( por si tienen viajeros que trabajan virtualmente) :)

• Evan (8/5): Perfect stay for my needs with excellent location and nice staff! - very nice staff, let me check in early for my zoom meetings and early check out in medellin and the staff were very attentive to my needs, offering me coffee or directions. its a stone throw away from the center. I enjoyed it! It was perfect for my needs. older hotel, beds could be more comfortable.
• Ryan (8/5): Great value, attentive staff, central location! - It is pretty comfortable and a very quiet stay. It is centrally located. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The price is unbeatable for the quality you get! We had to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper. They should find a way to leave a back-up in the room. They did ask if we wanted the room cleaned but then never knocked. This could have been my fault. I was sick and may have been sleeping when they came by.
