saud alhurayshi (6/5): فندق واسم جميل يحتاج إعادة تأهيل - الموقع ممتاز على شارع هادئ نوعما، الطاقم ممتاز ويعمل جاهدا لارضاء الضيف رائحة منطقة الإستقبال الاجنحة اثاثها قديم ويحتاج الى تجديد بلاط الفندق والاجنحة يحتاج الى جلي وتنظيف او حتى تغيير اعلى من قدرة العمالة لقدمه الستائر لاتحجب ضوء الشمس بشكل جيد لصغرها ونظامها القديم والتصميم كذلك دورات المياة تحتاج إعادة تأهيل كامل واستبدال الكراسي الافرنجيه بالكراسي المعلقة صحيح ان الفنادق مستويات ولكن نرغب لكم الافضل المطعم مساحته ضيقة ولا يقدم الا اكلات محدوده وفطور فقط الأبواب الخاصة بالاجنحة قديمة ولا تقفل ذاتيا تحتاج التأكد ان كانت مقفله او لا القيمة مرتفعة حقيقتا مع مستوى الفندق الحالي

MurshHabib (8/5): Pleasant short stay in the busy capital - The hotel was well located in Qurtubah in a nice area with a lot of amenities and shops on the main road. There was parking space directly in front of the hotel available. Front desk manager was polite and hospitable, and the bangladeshi cleaners were also polite and helpful too and followed up with requests promptly such as provided an extra bed and towels. There was adequate amount of amenities provided in the bathrooms as well. The apartment felt big and spacious so did not feel claustrophic whilst travelling with family. There was a pool available although it was not heated so could not be used for too long. There was some renovation works taking place so early evening and mid morning it was quite noisy with hammering etc and one of the lifts wasnt easily accessible as they were using it for the renovation work. This however did not create a major issue during the stay. The pillows on the bed are quite hard so not very comfortable to sleep on so I would recommend changing those.

Imran (7/5): - Apportment was well furnished and was very clean and well arranged, Breakfast was good and the rest of the staff services were fine The booking details mentioned in the app were confusing and created misunderstanding, which led to an argument with the receptionist. Straingely, the same situation arises during my trip in 2024, but until now, they haven't fixed the detailed neration of the room in booking .com I booked for 4 people and they offer 2 double room once I reached the hotel it was shown to me as these are 2 single beds. I was strainge to fix 4 people's on 2 single beds and how the booking was carried out . Anyhow, they resolved the issue by providing 2 floor beds to spend the night. it was already midnight once we reached, and there was no option left for me.

Staff gentilissimo L'area li attorno, come la maggior parte di Riyadh, è un cantiere...con problemi di viabilità che ne derivano.
