• Carmen (6/5): Mucho potencial desperdiciado - Las camas son cómodas, el hotel es bonito. La falta de agua caliente en la ducha de la habitación y 0 interés de la recepcionista por solucionarlo. Dijo que el de mantenimiento no esta, y que lo sentía... La musica de discoteca en el Spa, musica fuerte y muy electronica. Realmente dificil de relajarte. La sauna no calentó el tiempo que estuve allí. El check in antes de las 18h30 es limitado. Aunque dicen que te pueden dejar la llave pero no te dicen como ni donde.

• Monica (3/5): - Teníamos reserva de una habitación de dos adultos y un niño, y como no hay recepción después de las 6. Llegamos a la 1 de la madrugada, encontramos una habitación de 2. Habiendo entregado los 3 dni previamente. Muy mal y la explicación fue que no se hizo bien la reserva cuando se ve perfectamente en el historial de booking. No han tenido ninguna consideración al respecto, habiendolo hablado en la mañana con una empleada incluso.
• Dieter (9/5): - Die Bauweise des Hotels erinnert an maurische Architektur. Die Zimmer sid mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse aufs Meer ist reizvoll. Die Nähe zum Flughafen in ruhiger Lage ist vorteilhaft. Das Hotelrestaurant EARTH bietet eine fantastische Küche. Man hört Verkehrslärm von der angrenzenden Durchgangsstraße. Warum die vorhandene Tiefgarage nicht zum Unterstellen des Autos genutzt werden durfte, habe ich nicht verstanden. Ob man in der Nähe einen Parkplatz findet, ist Glücksache.

• Eva (7/5): Mooi hotel, jammer van het koude water in zwembad en douche - Schone kamer, rustig s nachts. 1x ontbeten (12 euro pp) was erg lekker. Heel vriendelijk personeel, al verstonden we elkaar maar nauwelijks ( enkel Spaans) We hadden speciaal een hotel met zwembad geboekt maar het water was ijskoud. Niet te doen om erin te gaan. Ook het water van de douche was eerder lauw. Niet aangenaam. Er was verder ook nooit iemand aan de receptie en het personeel sprak enkel Spaans. San Miguel is best een leuk dorp maar geen must see. Wij hadden uiteindelijk liever dichter bij de kust gezeten met een verwarmd zwembad

• davinia (5/5): - La tranquilidad. Que no especifiquen en ningún lado que el spa y el gimnasio no entran dentro del paquete y hay que pagarlos a parte. Tampoco me gustó que si me surgía alguna duda sobre las instalaciones, tenía que comunicarte por WhatsApp, no era fácil encontrar un trabajador.

We felt the price was too high for what was offered. The room was quite dark, and the bathroom only provided soap—there wasn’t shampoo. The shower water did not get hot. The spa facilities were only available until 6 pm, which was quite limiting. Massages were by request, but we only received the information two days in advance, which made it impossible for us to arrange any treatments.

De afstand tot het vliegveld. Het was jammer dat we een minder validen kamer hadden, de badkamer valt dan altijd wat tegen: lage wasbak, geen douchecabine….

Zimmer sehr sauber Das einzige was komisch war , wir hatten kaltes Wasser , anscheinend ist es üblich da . Hatten wir gelesen in einem Kommentar . Und wir waren im Januar da es war kalt 🥶 und mussten sogar den Heizkörper anmachen.

• Max (7/5): Hotel mit Charakter, aber Verbesserungspotenzial - Sehr schöne gestaltete Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück. Bequeme Betten. Leider muss man für den Spa- und Fitnessbereich extra zahlen, was im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert wird. Ausserdem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

Ze "waren maar met 2" dus dat kon niet meer, er was nochtans wel nog plaats en het was 20u. Ontbijt tot 10u. Wij waren er om 9u30. Bijna alles was al op en er werd niet bijgevuld.

Hôtel situé en bord de route passante, demander une chambre éloignée de la route. Chambre à la décoration surannée. Salle de bain hors d'âge et pression de la douche trop forte, eau à peine chaude. • Bianca (8/5): Kann man machen - Ansprechend simple, einladende, sympathische und sinnvolle Architektur. Behindertengerechtigkeit ist ins Auge gestochen! Pool und Terasse auch top, Sauberkeit ebenso. Bisschen Fluch der Karibikvibes was die Einrichtung angeht, man hat sich aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider sehr hellhörig. Irgendein Gast/Gästin hat in der Nacht um 4:10 Uhr gedacht, er/sie müsse duschen. Hat sich angehört, als ob wäre er/sie in unserem Bad. Auch Stimmen von draußen etc. nicht zu überhöre. Frühstück etwas mau. Für hungrige Frühstücker für 12€ weniger empfehlenswert. Wellnessangebote etc. müssen für Aufpreis gebucht und auch in Slots reserviert werden. Für eine spontane Runde Entspannung leider ungünstig aber mei, kann sich eig. echt nicht beschweren!

• Valérie (5/5): Séjour loin de la côte - Nous avons bien apprécié le petit déjeuner original, plein de produits frais et la gentillesse d Ana qui, bien que ne parlant pas un mot en anglais nous a préparé celui du lendemain de bonne heure. La piscine avait l'air air bien mais il faisait trop froid en janvier pour s y baigner et elle était à l ombre. La chambre, impersonnelle, austère, vieux meubles en bois foncés sur mur blanc donnant une impression de froideur , aucune décoration, déprimant!De plus, le tout éclairé par des lumières blanches au plafond. La salle de bain vieillotte avec peu de place pour mettre ses affaires. Surtout le manque d eau chaude qui aurait été appréciable en ce mois de janvier bien frais! La situation de l hôtel près d une route bien fréquentée et l absence de parking: il faut se glisser dans les ruelles étroites. Nous aurions aimé voir la montagne ou la mer mais les chambres donnent sur les murs des maisons voisines. . Le prix de la chambre très élevé.

Hacia bastante calor en la habitación, el chico de recepción nos recomendó abrir las ventanas, pero al estar en un bajo daba directamente a la calle, dormimos inquietos y nos daba bastante cosilla. Además, entraron muchos mosquitos y bichos varios y había mucho ruido de los demás huéspedes. La limpieza es bastante mejorable, las mesillas y mesa (cafetera y vasos) estaban sucios.

• Luc (8/5): leuk en typisch - gezellig typisch Spaans hotel, ideaal voor wandelaars en fietsers. ruime kamer. eenvoudig maar kwalitatief ontbijt, vriendelijke bediening voor de dranken. Warm water is niet echt heel warm, ( ECO-hotel ?) parkeren is niet zo eenvoudig, er is gewoon geen parking. Dus je moet wat geluk hebben een plaatse te vinden in de buurt, maar veel garagepoorten.

• Dr. Daniela (7/5): Hotel in guter Entfernung zum Flughafen - Das Abendessen im Restaurant eARTh war ganz hervorragend, sowohl die Qualität der Speisen als auch der Service. Es gab, auch zum Frühstück, Produkte aus der Region. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Wasser zum Duschen war kalt bis lauwarm, ich habe beim Duschen gefroren, Haare waschen war mir nicht möglich. Die Speisenauswahl zum Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, der Kaffee schmeckte nicht gut bis ok. Die Rezeption war nur stundenweise besetzt. Parkplätze waren bei der Unterkunft nicht verfügbar. Aufgrund des Hotelnamens hatte ich mir eine schönere, größere Anlage mit Pflanzen und eigenem Garten mit Gemüse, Obst und Kräutern vorgestellt, es war aber "nur" ein Gebäude mit Zimmern und regionalen Produkten zum Frühstück/Abendessen.

• Patricia (4/5): Décevant, trop cher pour le confort proposé - Nous avons passé 2 nuits. A notre arrivée dans la chambre les poubelles n'avaient pas été vidées. Aucune possibilité de chauffage, nous avons eu froid. La deuxième nuit passée, le soir à notre retour dans la chambre, nous avons trouvé la chambre dans l'état où nous l'avions laissée le matin, aucun ménage n'avait été fait, Petit choix pour le petit-déjeuner, pas de viennoiseries, pains et pâtisseries décevants, peu de produits salés. Emplacement trop loin de la côte.

• CHRISTELE (9/5): La qualité dans le service et les produits - Cet établissement est très bien tenu, très propre l’accueil est agréable et chaleureux. Le personnel est attentif, nous avions un vol très tôt, ce qui ne nous permettait pas de prendre le petit déjeuner pendant les heures de service, on nous a préparé des petits déjeuner à emporter avec des produits de très bonne qualité.

• Fernando Roque (10/5): Familiar y tranquilo - Sitio tranquilito muy cerca de la zona sur y en nada te pones en el centro de la isla lo que te da muchas opciones. Tiene un poco de todo: pequeña piscina, restaurante, zona weldness. Para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas no se le puede pedir más. aparcar puede parecer imposible, pero al preguntar en recepción enseguida te indican y no hay problema.
