Oscar (10/5): - Apartamento limpio y con mobiliario en muy buenas condiciones. Cocina con menaje completo y limpio. Buena terraza con vistas, zonas comunes agradables y bonitas. La piscina genial con horario hasta las 22:00h. Es una urbanización y, en general, una zona tranquila para descansar y que los peques disfruten mucho. Patricia, la persona encargada de entregar las llaves. Maleducada y desagradable. Durante nuestro viaje de ida insistiendo por whatsapp para que le dijésemos hora ¡exacta! de llegada. Estas personas deben saber que vas conduciendo y que no puedes estar pendiente de eso. Además, el tráfico puede cambiar y no podemos predecir con exactitud. Su contestación fue: "pues cuando llegue me llaman y ya le diré yo cuanto tienen que esperarme allí", en fin, tuvimos que llamar a la oficina central para informarles y la verdad es que allí nos atendieron muy correctamente y enviaron a otra persona para hacer la entrega de llaves.

Hanna Talash (5/5): - Расположение хорошее, апартаменты хорошие в плане интерьера Het appartement zelf is netjes, maar de organisatie en service waren zeer slecht. Bij aankomst ontbraken basisdingen zoals een waterkoker, messen en een bruikbare pan (de enige pan was totaal versleten). Mijn man moest blijven om dit allemaal op te lossen en kwam daardoor te laat op het vliegveld om mij op te halen. We kwamen pas om 22:00 aan, terwijl we er rond 15:00 hadden moeten zijn — een verloren vakantiedag. De stroom viel elke dag uit. Koken, douchen en airco tegelijk gebruiken was onmogelijk. We moesten meerdere keren het strand verlaten om te wachten op tussenpersonen die uit Valencia kwamen. Ook waren er problemen met sleutels en communicatie. Kortom: goed appartement, maar slechte service en chaotisch beheer. Geen aanrader.
