J. Meier (9/5): Schönes Apartment mit Blick auf Oetz - Alles da, was man braucht. Nett eingerichtet. Parkplatz am Haus. Schöne Aussicht über Oetz. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Fehlende Kleinigkeiten: Im Bad könnten ein paar mehr Haken für Handtücher vorhanden sein. Kleiner, Kleiderschrank ohne Türen im Schlafzimmer.

Kai (9/5): - Schön, neu, Ausblick, super ausgestattet Wohnungsschnitt der 4er Wohnung (1 Doppelbett und 1 Schlafsofa). Badezimmer ist im Schlafzimmer ohne Wandtrennung zum Flur.
Alexandra Marcelle (9/5): Een fijn verblijf en ziet er goed uit - Is een ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Waren er met zijn drieën. En dat was goed te doen Ik zou wel een extra zetje handdoeken . 1 handdoek voor een week om te douchen is erg weinig. Ook een ovenschaal en een paar ovenwanten.

Marion (10/5): Urlaub wie zuhause - Super schöne, gemütliche Wohnung. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen! Lage könnte bei Schnee und Eis problematisch werden, da das Haus nur über enge und teilweise steile Gassen erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen Schneeketten mitzunehmen auch wenn wohl der Schneepflug räumt und streut. (Ski)Bushaltestelle ist nur an der Hauptstraße.
Tim (1/5): - Das Apartment selbst war in Ordnung, der Umgang nach der Abreise jedoch absolut inakzeptabel. Wegen einer Kurtaxe von 24 € wurde ohne Anruf, ohne Brief und ohne echten Klärungsversuch direkt ein Inkassobüro eingeschaltet – Ergebnis: über 100 € Forderung. Die Information kam ausschließlich per E-Mail und landete im Spam. Statt einmal zum Hörer zu greifen, wurde sofort eskaliert. So behandelt man keine Gäste, schon gar nicht wegen einer solchen Lappalie. Der Aufenthalt war gut – dieses Vorgehen hat alles zunichtegemacht. Für mich ein klares No-Go und kein professionelles Verhalten.

Kateryna (9/5): - Sehr schöne und saubere Apartments. Die Lage ist auf einem Hügel, daher ist der Weg zu Fuß etwas anstrengend, aber kein Problem. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert! Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt: Es gab keine Seife im Badezimmer und keinen Zucker, obwohl Kaffee vorhanden war.
Martina (7/5): - Der Geschirrspüler auf Arbeitshöhe eingebaut, tolle Aussicht, im Sommer sicher toll. Im Wohnzimmer, das auch mein Schlafzimmer war gab es außer einer zentralen Deckenlichtquelle keine weitere (z.B.Stehlampe , kleine Leselampe), keine vernünftige Möglichkeit um Kaffee zu machen außer einer teuren umweltschädlichen Nespressomaschine.. Brösel vom Vorgänger im Backrohr und in der Schublade.Steile Anfahrt, im Winter daher nicht empfehlenswert

Sans les travaux le séjour aurait été parfait. - La situation et l’appartement en général Pendant notre séjour la chaudière du chalet a été remplacée ce qui implique des bruits de perceuses， souvent pas d’eau chaude et surtout des coupures d’eau NON SIGNALÉES c’est inacceptable la moindre des choses aurait été de nous prévenir.

Hubert (9/5): - Wohnung sehr schön gerichtet, Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Lädt auch mal zum rumlümmeln ein. Lage etwas Abseits und doch fußläufig in ca 10 Min an der 'Wirtschaftsmeile'. Für Aktionen wie Klettersteig, Wandern, Canyoning und Rafting idealer Standort. Bei Bedarf gerne wieder.
neta (9/5): It was a great apartment! And suitable for a big family - Beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable, well equipped , beautiful view, nice location. I almost didn’t see the host, and it was a little hard to be in touch with them. I would be happy if there was a laundry service.
Maya (10/5): דירה חדשה, מאובזרת ומפנקת - דירה יפהפיה, חדשה לגמרי, מאובזרת בצורה מעולה, מיטות נוחות, מצעים נעימים, מקלחת מדהימה, מטבח נוח, מפנק! היו מקסימים אלינו ונענו לבקשותינו. אהבנו ממש! מבחינת מיקום - על הגבעה מעל העיירה, אפשר ללכת את זה ברגל אבל זו ממש עליה. העדפנו לנסוע שתי דקות ברכב למטה. היה חסר לנו מיקרוגל בדירה.
Laura (10/5): Sehr hochwertige Ferienwohung in top Lage. - Wir erhielten vor unserer Anreise ein Upgrade. Sodass wir im gegenüberliegenden Haus eine Ferienwohnung beziehen durften. Diese war sehr neu und top ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Marco (9/5): Soggiorno accogliente in Tirolo - Ambiente moderno e confortevole, cucina attrezzata. Molto bello il balcone e la vista. Le smart TV non si possono collegare alla rete Wi-Fi e non sono presenti canali in lingua diversa da quella tedesca.

Annie (5/5): Better management could have improved our experience - The views from the first floor balcony - although we had asked for a top floor we were never told it was not available. 1. Noisy neighbors and their inconsiderate parking; 2. limited hot water; 3.no microwave, as stated in the description; 4. nail protruding from skirting board in master bedroom which we told them about and marked up with a pile of books; 5. arrival of the guest card at the end of our 3-day stay although we had enquired about it at the very beginning - it would have been very useful 6. being told to pay the tourist tax by bank transfer late in the night prior to our departure, rather than the usual leaving the cash on the table which we were organised for. 7. Slow response to our queries/issues 8. We knew the total cost of the accommodation but when it was broken down we noticed it included £150 for cleaning for our 3 night stay. 9. We won't be back to this property although the apartment itself was okay.
Andrea (8/5): Very good - New or recently renovated house, a fully equipped apartment. Amazing view from the balcony, windows are limited, feels like a basement apartment but on the highest floor. Wifi works well, parking is also ok.
