• Колінченко (10/5): - Tolles Hotel. Modern. Praktische Lage. Saubere Zimmer. Ich habe weder den Administrator noch andere Mitarbeiter gesehen. Das ist sowohl ein Vor- als auch ein Nachteil. Da ich auf einer Geschäftsreise war, benötige ich eine Rechnung. Ich habe sie per E-Mail erhalten, allerdings mit einem Fehler. Die korrigierte Rechnung ist leider noch nicht angekommen. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen, hätte mir aber eine schnellere Rückmeldung vom Personal gewünscht.

• Doris (5/5): - Die Lage ist super Leider sind die Betten ziemlich durchgelesen, ein Fenster war in dem Zimmer kaputt.
• Gerold (10/5): Direkt im Zentrum - Kleines, aber wunderbares Einzelzimmer für eine Nacht. Sehr sauber. Gut geheizt. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Lage: mitten in der Altstadt. Sehr zentral. Das einchecken beim Automaten ist ungewohnt, aber da wir vom Hotel gut vorinformiert wurden, hat alles tadellos geklappt.

• Rovpi (3/5): 冬は泊まるべきホテルではない。 - 清潔 説明書きが全てドイツ語で、暖房の付け方がわからず、とても寒い思いをした。部屋の中は10度を下回ったいて、ひどい状況だった。また、スタッフが常駐しておらす、聞くこともできなかった。

• Peter (8/5): für den Stadtbesuch ideal, ruhig und sauber - gerne wieder - für einen Stadtbesuch in Villingen ideal, direkt an der Innenstadt Fußgängerzone. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig, sauber und ruhig - Parkplatz im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus akzeptabel. Frühstück hat gepasst, sehr netter Service.

• Ellen (8/5): Ein paar Tage Villingen - Die Lage zum Bahnhof und in dir Altstadt ist sehr gut. Es gab ein Frühstücksbüffet mit vielen leckeren Sachen. Die Servicekräfte am Morgen waren sehr freundlich. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt und man bekam die Zimmerkarte mit einem Code.

• Rolf (7/5): Auch wegen des relativ günstigen Preises würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. - Die Lage in einer Seitenstraße der Altstadt ist hervorragend und ruhig. Von dort kann man alles Sehenswerte von Villingen bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Weil es während unseres Aufenthalts sehr heiß war, war ich froh dass es in meinem Zimmer eine (mobile) Klimaanlage gab, aber nicht in allen Zimmern. Die Rezeption ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt. Das Frühstücksbüfett war bereits um 8:30 Uhr nur noch ziemlich "übersichtlich" bestückt

• Guillaume (9/5): Thank you for a pleasant stay - All went well, the location and facilities are very good, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. Perhaps clarify some more the after-hour check-in process in the instructions.
