• MICHELE (7/5): - Posizione eccezionale Camere piccole dove è difficile muoversi. Senza TV in camera, presente 1 nella sala al 1 piano. Impossibilità a chiudere la camera a chiave, per cui le 3 camere devono essere considerate come casa unica.

• Harun (5/5): Daha İyi Olabilirdi.. - Evin konumu harikaydı. Hayatın merkezinde. Ev sahibinin iletişimi iyiydi. Üst katlarda yataklar konforluydu. Eminim ki teras keyiflidir ancak biz mevsim itibarıyla kullanmadık. Alt katlarda rutubet kokusu çok fazlaydı. Özellikle giriş kat çok rutubetliydi. Bebek ile bu katta konaklandığı düşünüldüğünde bu durum daha da rahatsız edici oldu. Giriş katta minik mink çok fazla sinek/böcek türü haşerat vardı. Bu çok rahatsız ediciydi. Bu tip bir çok adalı aile konaklamasına yönelik bir evde bebek beşiği olmalıydı. Ben ilanı okurken beşik olmadığına dikkat etmemişim benim kabahatim ama bu tarz bir evde standart olarak beşik konumlandırılmaması bence bir eksiklik.
• Angel Dabarca Janeiro (10/5): Pefekte Unterkunft für 6 Personen im Herzen Sevillas! Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Die Lage war perfekt im Herzen Sevillas! Wir waren dort zum Städtetrip mit der Familie, Halbmarathon und Stadionbesuch beim FC Sevilla. Die Kathedrale ist von der Dachterasse aus sichtbar. Man hat vor Ort unzählige Möglichkeiten zum shoppen und tolle Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin hat super mit uns kommuniziert und uns auch mit Tipps in der Umgebung versorgt. Nichts. Es war alles perfekt! Einen besseren Urlaub hätten wir uns an diesem Wochenende in Sevilla garnicht vorstellen können. Die Gastgeberin hat perfekt mit uns kommuniziert. Das war unser bester Aufenthalt in Sevilla!

• Michelle (9/5): Had a great stay at this apartment and would recommend! - Brilliant location, very spacious and comfortable. Roof Terrace is great for morning coffee or evening drinks! One of the toilets was leaking and Eva responded to my message very quickly and sent someone round to fix it. Very good communication with Eva throughout our stay

• MARÍA CONCEPCIÓN (10/5): Fin de semana irrepetible - Hicimos una reserva de fin de semana en familia porque acudíamos a un boda. El piso era completo para nosotros, con tres dormitorios con camas muy amplias y confortables. Todos los muebles eran nuevos con algún detalle antiguo. Los cuartos de baño impecables en cada dormitorio. El salón y la cocina completos, la limpieza extraordinaria. Y la terraza un plus con vistas a la torre de la Giralda y maravillosa, pudimos aprovecharla y cenar en ella. La ubicación no podía ser más céntrica y sin ruido para poder dormir y descansar. Por poner una pega y sólo una, la planta baja olía un poco a humedad, pero eso no te impedía descansar bien. Lo demás de 10.

Lots of restaurants/tapas bars nearby and mini supermarket 4 minutes walk. I would recommend it and will stay again Nothing. A lot of stairs for anyone with mobility issues.
• Francesco (8/5): - Posizione, arredamento e disponibilità di Eva per ogni necessità Da migliorare alcuni aspetti sulla manutenzione. Il bagno al secondo piano perdeva ed il lavandino del terzo piano anche. Da fissare meglio la ringhiera al terzo piano.
